1IDENTITY-BASED MULTISIGNATURE AND AGGREGATE SIGNATURE SCHEMES FROM M-TORSION GROUPS显示文摘An identity-based multisignature scheme and an identity-based aggregate signature scheme are proposed in this paper. They are both from m-torsion groups on super-singular elliptic curves or hyper-elliptic curves and based on the recently proposed identity-based signature scheme of Cha and Cheon. Due to the sound properties of m-torsion groups and the base scheme, it turns out that our schemes are very simple and efficient. 2A THRESHOLD BLIND SIGNATURE FROM WEIL PAIRING ON ELLIPTIC CURVES显示文摘The idea behind a (t, n) threshold blind signature is that a user can ask at least t out of n players of a group to cooperate to generate a signature for a message without revealing its content. This paper first presents a new blind signature scheme from Weil pairing on elliptic curves. Based on this scheme, a threshold blind signature scheme is proposed. It is efficient and has the security properties of robustness and unforgeability. In the proposed scheme, the group manger is introduced to take the role of distributing the group secret key to each player. However, he cannot forge the players to generate partial blind signatures (Each partial blind signature depends on not only the secret key of the player, but also a random number the player picks). 12Trends in the Prevalence of Cognitive Impairment Among Older Adults Aged 65 to 105 Years—China,2002–2018显示文摘Introduction:This study aims to analyze trends and subgroup differences in the prevalence of cognitive impairment among older Chinese adults aged 65–105 years from 2002 to 2018.Methods:Data were drawn from six waves of the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHLS).Cognitive function was measured using the Chinese version of the Mini-Mental State Examination(CMMSE).Cognitive impairment was determined by the total CMMSE score and educational attainment of participants.The generalized estimating equation(GEE)models with a logistic link and binominal distribution were performed to assess the secular trend in the prevalence.Results:The prevalence of cognitive impairment among older adults aged 65–105 years decreased from 3.44%[95%confidence interval(CI):3.15%–3.73%]in 2002 to 2.41%(95%CI:2.17%–2.65%)in 2018 in China.The prevalence was slightly higher in women than in men in 2002(3.71%vs.3.13%,P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between women and men in 2018(2.60%vs.2.21%,P=0.12).Rural older adults had a higher prevalence of cognitive impairment before 2014,but their urban counterparts had a higher prevalence in 2018(2.75%vs.2.06%,P<0.05).The GEE regression model showed that each successive year was associated with a 3%reduction in the odds of the prevalence of cognitive impairment[odds ratio(OR)=0.97;95%CI:0.97–0.97;P<0.05].Conclusions:The prevalence of cognitive impairment among Chinese older adults aged 65–105 years declined slowly from 2002 to 2018.The gender,urban-rural,age,and regional differences in the prevalence of cognitive impairment changed over time.Xiaojin Yan Shiqi Lin Jiajia Li Hao Cheng Xiangguo Liu Lijun Pei 2022China CDC weekly2022,4,42:0
13Effects of Transplanting Date on Growth, Development, Yield and Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco in Western Henan显示文摘With Yunyan 87 as an experimental material, the effects of different transplanting dates on the growth and development of tobacco plants and the yield and quality of cured tobacco leaves were studied in Lingbao City, Sanmenxia City. With the postponement of transplanting date, the growth period in field was prolonged, and the plant height and leaf area both increased at first and decreased then. TMV, weather fleck and brown spot all showed an incidence and a disease index decreased with the postponement of transplanting date. The total sugar and reducing sugar contents of the cured tobacco leaves from the upper and middle part increased at first and decreased then with the postponement of transplanting date. The main nitrogenous compounds decreased at first and increased then.
