N-doped carbon quantum dots as fluorescent probes for highly selective and sensitive detection of Fe^3+ ions显示文摘To investigate the effect of nitrogen on the photoluminescence properties of carbon quantum dots (CO Ds), N-doped carbon quantum dots (N-CQDs)were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal treatment using biomass tar as the carbon precursor. As an inevitable organic pollutant, the unsaturated bonds in biomass tar, such as carboxylic acids, aldehydes, and aromatics, are favorable for formation of the graphitic carbon lattice. The obtained N-CQDs are spherical with an average particle size of 2.64nm and the crystal lattice spacing is 0.25nm,corresponding to the (100)facet of graphitic carbon. The N-CQDs emit bright blue photoluminescence under 365nm ultraviolet light, and they have excellent water solubility and stability with a high quantum yield of 26.1%.Coordination between the functional groups on the N-CQD surface and Fe^3+ ions is promoted because of the improved electronic properties and surface chemical reactivity caused by N atoms, leading to a significant fluorescence quenching effect of the N-CQDs in the presence of Fe^3+ions with high selectivity and sensitivity. There is a linear relationship between In (Fo/F)and the Fe^3+ concentration in the N-CQD concentration range 0.06-1400μmol/L with a detection limit of 60nmol/L, showing that the N-CQ.Ds have great potential as a fluorescent probe for Fe^3+detection. | Xiangyi Deng Yali Feng Haoran Li Zhuwei Du Qing Teng Hongjun Wang | 2018 | Particuology2018,16,6: | 5

Current and Voltage Mode Resistorless Universal Biquad Filter Using a Single CCCDTA显示文摘Current mode(CM) Single-input and multi-output(SIMO) and Voltage mode(VM) Multi-input and single-output(MISO) biquad filters are proposed. The presented configurations use one Current controlled current differencing transconductance amplifier(CCCDTA)and two capacitors without any external resistors, which is easy suited for integrated circuit fabrication. The currentmode filter can realize the second-order low pass, band pass, high pass and band stop responses simultaneously. And the voltage-mode filter can realize all the standard filtering functions from the same structure. The natural frequency(ω) and quality factor(Q) of the filters can be controlled electronically by transconductance of the CCCDTA. Moreover, the proposed filters does not require any impedance matching due to its two input resistance can be independently tuned through the diverse external bias currents of CCCDTA. The influences of the CCCDTA non-idealities are also analyzed and both the active and passive sensitivities are considerably low. This design was simulated in PSPICE. Simulation results showed that their performances in power, bandwidth, out-band rejection and in-band ripple are better than the traditional. Additionally, the experiment results are provided in the paper. | LIN Shaojiang ZUO Xiaohua DENG Xiangyi | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2018,27,6: | 1

Correlation study of relative parameters of intracranial pressure and prognosis of patient with craniocerebral injury显示文摘Objective:To analyze the correlation of the relative parameters of intracranial pressure to the prognosis in patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with closed craniocerebral injury were retrospectively analyzed, and all of these patients underwent conventional examinations of arterial blood pressure and intracranial pressure.Neumatic DCR system was used to monitor relative parameters of intracranial pressure from patients.According to the score of Glasgow outcome scale(GOS)upon discharge, they were divided into favorable prognosis group(GOSⅢ-Ⅴ,n=46)and unfavorable prognosis group(GOSⅠ-Ⅱ,n=34).The relative parameters of intracranial pressure of two groups were compared so as to analyze the correlation of the prognosis in patients to ICP-related parameters. Results:Pressure reactivity index(PRx)and intracranial pressure(ICP)of favorable prognosis group were significantly higher than those of unfavorable prognosis group(t=12.27,t=5.22,p<0.05).Meanwhile,cerebral perfusion pressure(CPP)and ICP-ABP wave amplitude correlation(IAAC)of favorable prognosis group were significantly lower than those of unfavorable prognosis group(t=14.54,t=14.78,p<0.05).The average age, gender, duration of admission to neurosurgical intensive care unit(NICU)and GCS(Glasgow coma scale)score on admission of the two groups were not statistically significant. Conclusions:The prognosis and ICP-related parameters(such as PRx,ICP,CPP,etc.)in patients with craniocerebral injury are risk factors for the prognosis effect. Therefore,to monitor the above-mentioned indicators has an important clinical value for assessing the prognosis of craniocerebral injury. | Laixing Liu Yixin Deng Fuquan Liu Lei Chen Dexi Li Xiangyi Wang | 2019 | Discussion of Clinical Cases2019,6,4: | 0
Experimentation of acute injured spinal cord by transplanting the bone marrow stromal cells显示文摘Objective:In this study, bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs)were transplanted in situ after spinal cord injury(SCI)in rats.It was proved that the implanted BMSCs could differentiate into neuron-like cells in the injured spinal cord, and the long-term motor ability test was carried out to investigate the recovery of neurological dysfunction after transplantation.Methods:(1)An improved Alien’s SCI rat model(weight 10 g,height 30 mm)was made by Alien weight drop method.Methyl eosin(Haematoxyli-n/eosin,HE)was used to identify with SCI.(2)The BMSCs were identified by the method of bone marrow adherent culture in vitro. The morphology of the cells was observed by cell staining, and CD44 was detected by BMSCs.After three cultures, the cells were transfected with lentiviral vectors carrying Green Fluorescent Protein(GFP)gene.(3)Cell survival after passage and transplantation:the GFP labeled BMSCs in situ(injury zone)were implanted into the injury model. The spinal cord sections were sacrificed after 2 weeks(2w),4 weeks(4w)and 6 weeks(6w)respectively,and the cells expressing GFP were observed under immunofluorescence microscope.(4)The modified Rivlin oblique plate test and spinal motor function blood brain barrir(BBB)score method were used to compare the changes of exercise ability in the simple injury group,2w after transplantation group,4w after transplantation group and 6w after transplantation group.Results:(1)The Alien’s SCI rat model was made by using Alien’s heavy drop method, and the effect was reliable and stable.(2)The proliferation of BMSCs after 3 passages has stabilized. After culture and amplification in vitro, the cell morphology changed to be conical, protruding interwoven into a network. Therefore,it could be used as a source of cell transplantation after SCI.The morphology of the cells was observed by staining, and the positive CD44 was detected.(3)BMSCs were transfected into the SCI model by lentiviral vector carrying GFP gene, and the expression of GFP in 6w was observed.(4)The results of modified inclined plane test and Rivlin locomotor BBB score of rats in simple injury group were significantly worse than those in transplantation control group(p<.05).2w,4w and 6w after transplantation groups could improve long-term motor function. The recovery of neurological dysfunction after 6w was the best, and the difference was statistically significant(p<.05).Conclusions:BMSCs transplantation could promote the recovery of neurological dysfunction after SCI,and the mechanism may be related to the differentiation of BMSCs into neurons and glial cells, and the BMSCs induced by transplantation could interact with peripheral nerve cells and produce some cytokines. | Laixing Liu Yude Zhu Xiangyi Wang Jishen Li Yixin Deng Xin Sui | 2015 | Discussion of Clinical Cases2015,2,4: | 0
Improvement of Clinical Symptoms and Gut Microbiome After Fecal Microbiota Transplantation:A Case Study of a 106-Year-Old Man with MODS显示文摘Fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)has been used in a wide variety of diseases. Many researchers hypothesize that the dysbiosis of intestinal microbiota plays an important role in the development of gut-derived infections;thus,FMT is a potential therapeutic target against multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).A 106-year-old male patient was initially diagnosed with cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection.During the course of hospitalization, the patient developed MODS.The patient received a single nasogastric infusion of sterile-filtered,pathogen-free feces from a healthy donor.Fecal samples were collected every two days post-infusion to monitor changes in the microbiota composition in response to treatment. After FMT,MODS and severe diarrhea were alleviated;the patient’s fecal microbiome diversity resembled that of the healthy donor’s fecal microbiome;moreover, his clinical symptoms improved remarkably with the changes in fecal microbiome.Additionally,no observable side effects were noted during FMT treatment. These findings warrant further investigation of FMT as a putative new therapy for treating microbiota-related diseases, such as MODS. | Jingyun Fang Jiayu Yin Qinghong Liu Xiangyi Yang Xuesong He Shengzhou Wang Min Fan Mohammed Alnaggar Jingsu Wang Zhaoqun Deng Yuanfei Liu | 2022 | Proceedings of Anticancer Research2022,6,1: | 0
