1Survey of recent progress in semantic image segmentation with CNNs显示文摘In recent years, convolutional neural networks(CNNs) are leading the way in many computer vision tasks, such as image classification, object detection, and face recognition. In order to produce more refined semantic image segmentation, we survey the powerful CNNs and novel elaborate layers, structures and strategies, especially including those that have achieved the state-of-the-art results on the Pascal VOC 2012 semantic segmentation challenge. Moreover, we discuss their different working stages and various mechanisms to utilize the structural and contextual information in the image and feature spaces. 12Ultra-high strength Mg-Li alloy with B2 particles and spinodal decomposition zones显示文摘The bcc-structured Mg-Li alloy is currently the engineering metallic material with the lowest density,but it has not been widely used due to its low strength.In this paper,alloying Zn effectively improves the strength of the bcc-structured Mg-Li alloy.Due to the semi-coherent B2 structured nanoparticles,the compressive yield strength of the as-cast Mg-13Li-9Zn alloy reaches higher than 300 MPa.Due to the solid solution strengthening of Zn and the spinodal zone,the compressive yield strength of the as-quenched Mg-13Li-15Zn(LZ1315)alloy immediately increases to 400 MPa.In addition,the as-quenched LZ1315 alloy exhibits natural aging strengthening behavior.Due to the precipitation of B2 nanoparticles,the yield strength of the peak aged alloy is up to 495 MPa.Shun Zhang Ruizhi Wu Feng Zhong Xiaochun Ma Xiang Wang Qiang Wu 2023Fundamental Research2023,3,3:0
13Fluorometric enzyme immunosensing system based on natural product resveratrol for horseradish peroxidase and Ag/SiO_2 nanoparticles显示文摘The properties of resveratrol (3′, 4′, 5-trihydroxystlbene, RST) were for the first time evaluated as a potential substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-catalyzed fluorogenic reaction. The properties of RST for use as fluorogenic substrates for HRP and its application in immunoassays were compared with commercially available substrates such as p-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid (pHPPA), chavicol and Amplex red by a fluoroimmunosensing method in the use of Schistosomia japonicum antibody (SjAb) as a model analyte. The fluoroimmunosensing device was constructed by dispersing Schistosomia japonicum antigen (SjAg), nano-Ag/SiO2 particles and sol-gel at low temperature. In pH 5.8 Britton-Robinson buffer (B-R), HRP-SjAb conjugates can catalyze the polymerization reaction of RST by H2O2 forming fluorescent dimmers. The increase of the fluorescence intensity of the dimmers product at emission of 462 nm (excitation: 315 nm) is proportional to the concentration of HRP-SjAb binding to the SjAg entrapped in the nano-Ag/SiO2 particles-sol-gel matrix. A competitive binding assay has been used to determine SjAb in rabbit serum with the aid of SjAb labeled with HRP. Substrate RST showed comparable ability for HRP detection and its enzyme-linked immunosensing reaction system, in a linear detection ranging of 1.5×10-6-7.3×10-4 g/L and with a detection limit of 1.5×10-6 g/L. The immobilized biocomposites surface could be regenerated by simply polishing with an alumina paper, with an excellent reproducibility (RSD = 4.7%). 14Understanding COVID-19-associated coagulopathy:From PIC to SIC or DIC显示文摘Coagulopathy,characterized by a high D-dimer level,is a common pathological occurrence in coronavirus dis-ease 2019(COVID-19)and is associated with poor prognosis.Severe cases with COVID-19 is associated with a significantly higher risk of deep vein thrombosis and acute pulmonary embolism.Pulmonary intravascular coagulopathy is the characteristic coagulopathy in COVID-19.Unlike sepsis-induced coagulopathy and dissem-inated intravascular coagulation,which are manifestations of systemic coagulopathy,pulmonary intravascular coagulopathy is a manifestation of a local coagulation disorder in the lung.The progression from pulmonary intravascular coagulopathy to sepsis-induced coagulopathy or disseminated intravascular coagulation in the con-text of COVID-19 may indicate that the patient’s coagulation dysfunction has progressed from local to systemic.Exploring the associated coagulation disease will aid in the understanding of the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying severe COVID-19.Zhong Wang Xiang Gao He Miao Xiaochun Ma Renyu Ding 2021Journal of Intensive Medicine2021,1,1:0
