| 1 | Numerical analysis of mode locking in multi-core photonic crystal fiber显示文摘With linearly coupled nonlinear Schrodinger equations,numerical analysis has been performed on the mode locking forming procedure of a fiber laser in the linear cavity configuration.The fiber is Yb-doped multi-core photonic crystal fiber and semiconductor saturable absorber mirror(SESAM) is adopted as the nonlinear transmission element to start mode locking.Because of the noise randomness,initial pulse would be picked out by SESAM in one or more cores which makes the multi-core mode locking quite different from single-core one.The two situations are compared and fully discussed.Mode locking in multi-core photonic crystal fiber laser can be realized only if the couple coefficient between the cores and the temporal overlap between the pulses in different cores are large enough. | FANG XiaoHui HU MingLie LI YanFeng CHAI Lu WANG QingYue | 2010 | Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,18: | 4 |

| 3 | Influence of PEG 6000 on gallium oxide(Ga_2O_3) polymorphs and photocatalytic properties显示文摘Three different nanorod-like gallium oxides with mono/poly-crystalline nature(α, β, and α/β-Ga2O3) were prepared by regulating the amount of polyethylene glycol(PEG) 6000 in the range of 0.2–0.8 g proportionally via a hydrothermal method combined with further calcination. The bandgap of the products, given by UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra(UV-Vis DRS), was in the order of α-Ga2O3 > α/β-Ga2O3 > β-Ga2O3. To further investigate the photocatalysis performance of the catalysts, the decomposition of rhodamine B(Rh B) by Ga2O3 under UV light illumination(λ < 387 nm) was presented and complete degradation could be achieved within 30 min, a result that showed the highest efficiency. | 4 | Classification of Hemifacial Microsomia Based on Bone Volume Ratio of the Healthy and Affected Sides of the Mandible:A Retrospective Self-control Experiment显示文摘Objective Hemifacial microsomia(HFM),a congenital craniofacial malformation,is characterized by unilateral mandibular dysplasia.At present,the Pruzansky classification is the most common descriptive classification used clinically,which involves mandibular deformities.Although multiple classification systems have been proposed for HFM,a quantitative classification has not yet been proposed.This study intended to propose a quantitative classification for HFMaccording to the mandibular volume on the affected side.Methods Patients with HFM from January 2017 to January 2018 were included,and the A/U ratio(volume of the affected side/volume of the unaffected side)was measured.This study proposed a classification for HFM(mandibular-volume classification,MVC)according to the A/U ratio and compared the new classification system with the Pruzansky classification using consistency and correlation tests.Results A total of 48 patients were included.The results of MVC based on the A/U ratio were as follows:A/U>0.85,classified asmild;0.73-0.85,as moderate;and<0.73 assevere;the weighted kappa value of the Pruzansky and MVC classifications was 0.616(P<0.01).Conclusion The quantitative classification of HFMbased on the A/U ratio can serve asa viable evaluation index for patients withHFM and can provide a new reference index for determiningthe treatment plan. | Xiaohui QIU Xianxian YANG Haisong XU Zin-mar AUNG Xiaojun CHEN Yan ZHANG Gang CHAI | 2020 | Chinese Journal Of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery2020,2,1: | 1 |
