1First mass measurement of short-lived nuclides at HIRFL-CSR显示文摘Recent commissioning of the HIRFL-CSR has demonstrated its ability to perform direct mass measurement for short-lived nuclides. Projectile fragments produced by the 78Kr ions at 481.88 MeV/u were separated with the new radioactive beam line in Lanzhou (RIBLL2), and injected into and stored in the experimental storage ring (CSRe). By operating the CSRe as an isochronous mass spectrometry, a typical mass resolution around 2.0×10?5 has been achieved. The masses for 63Ge, 65As and 67Se were measured for the first time. The measured masses are compared with theoretical predictions and the location of the proton drip-line for As isotopes is discussed. 4Synthesis and Luminescence of SrZnO_2∶Eu^(3+), Li^+ Phosphor by Long Wavelength UV Excitation显示文摘SrZnO2∶Eu 3+, Li+ phosphor powder by long wavelength UV excitation was synthesized by conventional solid-state reaction method. XRD and PL were employed to characterize their properties. The results show that Eu 3+ ions preferentially occupy Sr 2+ asymmetry cationic sites, thus emitting 612 nm red light originated from 5D0 to 7F2 transition. The luminescent intensity can be greatly enhanced with incorporation of Li+ ions. The excitation efficiency in range of 350~400 nm also increases greatly due to incorporating Li+ ions. 6Comparative Study of Trajectory Tracking Control for Automated Vehicles via Model Predictive Control and Robust H-infinity State Feedback Control显示文摘A comparative study of model predictive control(MPC)schemes and robust Hstate feedback control(RSC)method for trajectory tracking is proposed in this paper.The main objective of this paper is to compare MPC and RSC controllers’performance in tracking predefined trajectory under different scenarios.MPC controller is designed based on the simple longitudinal-yaw-lateral motions of a single-track vehicle with a linear tire,which is an approximation of the more realistic model of a vehicle with double-track motion with a non-linear tire mode.RSC is designed on the basis of the same method as adopted for the MPC controller to achieve a fair comparison.Then,three test cases are built in CarSim-Simulink joint platform.Specifically,the verification test is used to test the tracking accuracy of MPC and RSC controller under well road conditions.Besides,the double lane change test with low road adhesion is designed to find the maximum velocity that both controllers can carry out while guaranteeing stability.Furthermore,an extreme curve test is built where the road adhesion changes suddenly,in order to test the performance of both controllers under extreme conditions.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of MPC and RSC under different scenarios are also discussed.Kai Yang Xiaolin Tang Yechen Qin Yanjun Huang Hong Wang Huayan Pu 2021Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,4:6

8Elderly healthcare service at the community health centers in the Pearl River Delta region,China显示文摘Objective:The recent population census showed China had officially become a graying society.In the meantime,China also faces a growing burden of non-communicable diseases.Since 2009,a series of policies have been implemented to enhance primary care at the community level.This study describes the elderly care services provided in the differently organized community health centers(CHCs).Methods:It covered 13 CHCs of six cities located within the Pearl River Delta(PRD)region.In-depth interviews were conducted with a total of 59 health administrators,CHC managers,and CHC doctors regarding elderly care.Results:The study found that accessibility of healthcare for elders has been improved due to the development of health insurance schemes as well as preferential policy to encourage the CHC utilization by the elderly.All the CHCs provide health examinations and chronic disease management to the permanent elderly within their catchment district.However,some preventative care such as fall prevention,immunization and mental health management are not provided.Conclusion:Key barriers include low capacity of health service providers in the CHCs,and a lack of government investment in CHCs.Our report provides an empirical evidence for the health care reform in China.NAN YANG XIAOLIN WEI HAITAO LI ZHENZHEN ZHANG JAMIE RODAS SAMUEL YS WONG MARTIN CS WONG YANG GAO JIAJI WANG DONALD KT LI JINLING TANG SIAN GRIFFITHS 2013Family Medicine and Community Health2013,1,1:5
9Novel benzamido derivatives as PTP1B inhibitors with anti-hyperglycemic and lipid-lowering efficacy显示文摘Based on a non-competitive and selective PTP1 B inhibitor reported by us previously, thirtynine benzamido derivatives were designed and synthesized as novel PTP1 B inhibitors. Among them,twelve compounds exhibited IC_(50) values at micromolar level against human recombinant PTP1 B, and most of them exhibited significant selectivity to PTP1 B over TC-PTP and CD45. 10Cloning of Porcine Lactoferrin Gene and Construction of Expression System in Recombinant Lactobacillus显示文摘Lactobacillus was selected as a bacterial carrier for expression of N-lobe of porcine lactoferrin(PLF N) . A pair of primers was designed with Oligo6.0 and used to amplify PLF N gene. It was in accordance with the characters of translational fusions from gene and expression vector plasmid. A 1 077 bp fragment of the gene from PLF was cloned from mammary gland tissue of the lactating sow on the third day by RT-PCR;the gene was connected with the vector plasmid pPG612.1 and transformed into the host strain JM109. The recombinant expression vector plasmid pPG612-PLF N was created and identified by using plasmid extraction,PCR,restriction enzyme digestion and sequence analysis. The recombinant plasmid was transformed into Lactobacillus casei ATCC393,Lactobacillus plantarum KLDS 1.0344,Lactobacillus paracasei KLDS 1.0652 and Lactobacillus pentosus KLDS1.0413 by electroporation,and produced the recombinant strains of pPG612-PLF N /L. casei,pPG612-PLF N /L. plantarum,pPG612-PLF N /L. paracasei and pPG612-PLF N /L. pentosus,respectively. The results indicated that PLF N gene had inserted into the expression vectors and achieved multiple Lactobacillus expression systems. 11Porphyromonas gingivalis bacteremia increases the permeability of the blood-brain barrier via the Mfsd2a/Caveolin-1 mediated transcytosis pathway显示文摘Bacteremia induced by periodontal infection is an important factor for periodontitis to threaten general health. P. gingivalis DNA/virulence factors have been found in the brain tissues from patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD). The blood-brain barrier(BBB) is essential for keeping toxic substances from entering brain tissues. However, the effect of P. gingivalis bacteremia on BBB permeability and its underlying mechanism remains unclear. In the present study, rats were injected by tail vein with P. gingivalis three times a week for eight weeks to induce bacteremia. An in vitro BBB model infected with P. gingivalis was also established. We found that the infiltration of Evans blue dye and Albumin protein deposition in the rat brain tissues were increased in the rat brain tissues with P. gingivalis bacteremia and P. gingivalis could pass through the in vitro BBB model. Caveolae were detected after P. gingivalis infection in BMECs both in vivo and in vitro. Caveolin-1(Cav-1) expression was enhanced after P. gingivalis infection.Downregulation of Cav-1 rescued P. gingivalis-enhanced BMECs permeability. We further found P. gingivalis-gingipain could be colocalized with Cav-1 and the strong hydrogen bonding between Cav-1 and arg-specific-gingipain(RgpA) were detected.Moreover, P. gingivalis significantly inhibited the major facilitator superfamily domain containing 2a(Mfsd2a) expression. Mfsd2a overexpression reversed P. gingivalis-increased BMECs permeability and Cav-1 expression. 12Deep Desulfurization via Adsorption by Silver Modified Bentonite显示文摘In order to further reduce the sulfur content in liquid hydrocarbon fuels,a desulfurization process by adsorption for removing alkyl dibenzothiophenes was investigated.Desulfurization of model gasoline by bentonite adsorbents loaded with silver nitrate was studied.The test results indicated that the bentonite adsorbents loaded with Ag + ions were effective for adsorbing the alkyl dibenzothiophenes.The crystal structure of bentonite adsorbents was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and their acidity was measured by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy.Several factors influencing the desulfurization capability,including the Ag + loading,the baking temperature,as well as the reaction temperature,were investigated.The desulfurization efficiency was enhanced by increasing the Ag + loading and the best result was obtained at a silver loading of 7 m%.It was found that the adsorption capacity of the alkyl dibenzothiophenes on bentonite loaded with Ag + ions increased with a decreasing temperature.Baking of the adsorbent could also improve the desulfurization capacity,and the optimum baking temperature was 423 K.Tang Xiaolin Le Zheting Shi Li (State Key Laboratory of Chemical Engineering,East China University of Science and Technology,Shanghai 200237) 2011China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2011,13,3:3
13Lifetime and Aging Degradation Prognostics for Lithium-ion Battery Packs Based on a Cell to Pack Method显示文摘Aging diagnosis of batteries is essential to ensure that the energy storage systems operate within a safe region.This paper proposes a novel cell to pack health and lifetime prognostics method based on the combination of transferred deep learning and Gaussian process regression.General health indicators are extracted from the partial discharge process.The sequential degradation model of the health indicator is developed based on a deep learning framework and is migrated for the battery pack degradation prediction.The future degraded capacities of both battery pack and each battery cell are probabilistically predicted to provide a comprehensive lifetime prognostic.Besides,only a few separate battery cells in the source domain and early data of battery packs in the target domain are needed for model construction.Experimental results show that the lifetime prediction errors are less than 25 cycles for the battery pack,even with only 50 cycles for model fine-tuning,which can save about 90%time for the aging experiment.Thus,it largely reduces the time and labor for battery pack investigation.The predicted capacity trends of the battery cells connected in the battery pack accurately reflect the actual degradation of each battery cell,which can reveal the weakest cell for maintenance in advance.Yunhong Che Zhongwei Deng Xiaolin Tang Xianke Lin Xianghong Nie Xiaosong Hu 2022Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2022,35,1:3
14URMG: Enhanced CBMG-Based Method for Automatically Testing Web Applications in the Cloud显示文摘To satisfy the rapid growth of cloud technologies, a large number of web applications have been developed and deployed, and these applications are being run in clouds. Due to the scalability provided by clouds, a single web application may be concurrently visited by several millions or billions of users. Thus, the testing and performance evaluations of these applications are increasingly important. User model based evaluations can significantly reduce the manual work required, and can enable us to determine the performance of applications under real runtime environments. Hence, it has become one of the most popular evaluation methods in both industry and academia. Significant efforts have focused on building different kinds of models using mining web access logs, such as Markov models and Customer Behavior Model Graph(CBMG). This paper proposes a new kind of model, named the User Representation Model Graph(URMG), which is built based on CBMG. It uses an algorithm to refine CBMG and optimizes the evaluations execution process. Based on this model, an automatic testing and evaluation system for web applications is designed, implemented, and deployed in our test cloud, which is able to execute all of the analysis and testing operations using only web access logs. 16Electrochemical performance of polygonized carbon nanofibers as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Carbon nanofibers with a polygonal cross section(P-CNFs) synthesized using a catalytic chemical vapor deposition(CCVD) technology have been investigated for potential applications in lithium batteries as anode materials.P-CNFs exhibit excellent high-rate capabilities.At a current density as high as 3.7 and7.4 A/g,P-CNFs can still deliver a reversible capacity of 198.4 and 158.2 mAh/g,respectively.To improve their first coulombic efficiency,carbon-coated P-CNFs were prepared through thermal vapor deposition(TVD) of benzene at 900℃.The electrochemical results demonstrate that appropriate amount of carbon coating can improve the first coulombic efficiency,the cycling stability and the rate performance of P-CNFs.After carbon coating,P-CNFs gain a weight increase approximately by 103 wt%,with its first coulombic efficiency increasing from 63.1 to 78.4%,and deliver a reversible capacity of 197.4 mAh/g at a current density of 3.7 A/g.After dozens of cycles,there is no significant capacity degradation at both low and high current densities.Jinjin Jiang xiaolin Tang Rui Wu Haoqiang Lin Meizhen Qu 2013Particuology2013,11,4:2
17Driving Environment Uncertainty-Aware Motion Planning for Autonomous Vehicles显示文摘Autonomous vehicles require safe motion planning in uncertain environments,which are largely caused by surrounding vehicles.In this paper,a driving environment uncertainty-aware motion planning framework is proposed to lower the risk of position uncertainty of surrounding vehicles with considering the risk of rollover.First,a 4-degree of freedom vehicle dynamics model,and a rollover risk index are introduced.Besides,the uncertainty of surrounding vehicles’position is processed and propagated based on the Extended Kalman Filter method.Then,the uncertainty potential field is established to handle the position uncertainty of autonomous vehicles.In addition,the model predictive controller is designed as the motion planning framework which accounts for the rollover risk,the position uncertainty of the surrounding vehicles,and vehicle dynamic constraints of autonomous vehicles.Furthermore,two edge cases,the cut-in scenario,and merging scenario are designed.Finally,the safety,effectiveness,and real-time performance of the proposed motion planning framework are demonstrated by employing a hardware-in-the-loop experiment bench.Xiaolin Tang Kai Yang Hong Wang Wenhao Yu Xin Yang Teng Liu Jun Li 2022Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2022,35,5:2
18Primary tumor location in lung cancer:the evaluation and administration显示文摘Lung cancer continues to be the leading cause of cancer-related death in the world,which is classically subgrouped into two major histological types:Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)(85%of patients)and small-cell lung cancer(SCLC)(15%).Tumor location has been reported to be associated with the prognosis of various solid tumors.Several types of cancer often occur in a specific region and are more prone to spread to predilection locations,including colorectal cancer,prostate cancer,gastric cancer,ovarian cancer,cervical cancer,bladder cancer,lung tumor,and so on.Besides,tumor location is also considered as a risk factor for lung neoplasm with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease/emphysema.Additionally,the primary lung cancer location is associated with specific lymph node metastasis.And the recent analysis has shown that the primary location may affect metastasis pattern in metastatic NSCLC based on a large population.Numerous studies have enrolled the“location”factor in the risk model.Anatomy location and lobe-specific location are both important in prognosis.Therefore,it is important for us to clarify the characteristics about tumor location according to various definitions.However,the inconsistent definitions about tumor location among different articles are controversial.It is also a significant guidance in multimode therapy in the present time.In this review,we mainly aim to provide a new insight about tumor location,including anatomy,clinicopathology,and prognosis in patients with lung neoplasm.Xueqi Xie Xiaolin Li Wenjie Tang Peng Xie Xuefen Tan 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,2:2

20Reversal of the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment via platinum-based neoadjuvant chemotherapy in cervical cancer显示文摘Background Immunotherapy favors patients with tumors;however,only 3-26.3%of patients with cervical cancer benefit from single-agent immune checkpoint inhibitors.Combined immunotherapy and chemotherapy has been explored against tumor;however,the combination remains controversial.This study aimed to investigate the tumor immune microenvironment(TIME)and the effects of platinum-based neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT)in cervical cancer to identify the clinical value of combining chemotherapy with immunotherapy.Methods Multiplex immunohistochemistry(IHC)with 11 markers(cluster of differentiation[CD]3,CD8,CD4,CD11c,CD68,forkhead box P3[Foxp3],programmed cell death 1[PD-1],programmed cell death 1 ligand 1[PD-L1],indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase[IDO],cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2A[p16],and cytokeratin[CK])was performed to evaluate TIME from 108 matched pre-and post-NACT cervical cancer samples.The mechanism of antitumor immunity triggered by NACT was explored using RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)from four paired samples and subsequently verified in 41 samples using IHC.Results The infiltration rate of the CD8^(+)T cells in treatment-naive cervical cancer was 0.73%,and those of Foxp3^(+)regulatory T cells(Tregs)and IDO^(+)cells were 0.87%and 17.15%,respectively.Moreover,immunoreactive T cells,dendritic cells,and macrophages were more in the stromal than the intratumor region.NACT increased dendritic,CD3^(+)T,CD8^(+)T,and CD4^(+)T cells and decreased Tregs.The aforementioned alterations occurred predominantly in the stromal region and were primarily in responders.Non-responders primarily showed decreased Tregs and no increase in CD8^(+)T or dendritic cell infiltration.Furthermore,dendritic cells interacted more closely with CD3^(+)T cells after NACT,an effect primarily observed in responders.RNA-seq data revealed activation of the antigen receptor-mediated signaling pathway and upregulation of major histocompatibility complex(MHC)I and MHC II after chemotherapy,validated using IHC.Conclusions NACT can reduce Tregs,and when tumor cells are effectively killed,antigen presentation is enhanced,subsequently activating antitumor immunity finitely.Our study provides the molecular characteristics and theoretical basis for the simultaneous or sequential combination of platinum-based NACT and immunotherapy for cervical cancer.Xue Feng Xiaolin Meng Dihong Tang Shuaiqingying Guo Qiuyue Liao Jing Chen Qin Xie Fengyuan Liu Yong Fang Chaoyang Sun Yingyan Han Jihui Ai Kezhen Li 2024Cancer Pathogenesis and Therapy2024,2,1:1
