1Positive impact of adding No.14v lymph node to D2 dissection on survival for distal gastric cancer patients after surgery with curative intent显示文摘Background:D2 lymphadenectomy has been increasingly regarded as standard surgical procedure for advanced gastric cancer(GC),while the necessity of No.14 v lymph node(14v) dissection for distal GC is still controversial.Methods:A total of 920 distal GC patients receiving at least a D2 lymph node dissection in Department of Gastric Cancer,Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital were enrolled in this study,of whom,243 patients also had the 14 v dissected.Other 677 patients without 14 v dissection were used for comparison.Results:Forty-five(18.5%) patients had 14 v metastasis.There was no significant difference in 3-year overall survival(OS) rate between patients with and without 14 v dissection.Following stratified analysis,in TNM stages I,II,IIIa and IV,14 v dissection did not affect 3-year OS;in contrast,patients with 14 v dissection had a significant higher 3-year OS than those without in TNM stages IIIb and IIIc.In multivariate analysis,14 v dissection was found to be an independent prognostic factor for GC patients with TNM stage IIIb/IIIc disease [hazard ratio(HR),1.568;95% confidence interval(CI):1.186-2.072;P=0.002].GC patients with 14 v dissection had a significant lower locoregional,especially lymph node,recurrence rate than those without 14 v dissection(11.7 % vs.21.1%,P=0.035).Conclusions:Adding 14 v to D2 lymphadenectomy may be associated with improved 3-year OS for distal GC staged TNM Ⅲb/Ⅲc.Yuexiang Liang Liangliang Wu Xiaona Wang Xuewei Ding Hongmin Liu Bin Li Baogui Wang Yuan Pan Rupeng Zhang Ning Liu Han Liang 2015Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2015,27,6:22

3Molybdenum Oxynitride Atomic Nanoclusters Bonded in Nanosheets of N-Doped Carbon Hierarchical Microspheres for Efficient Sodium Storage显示文摘Transition metal nitrides have attracted considerable attention as great potential anode materials due to their excellent metallic conductivity and high theoretical specific capacity.However,their cycling performance is impeded by their instability caused by the reaction mechanism.Herein,we report the engineering and synthesis of a novel hybrid architecture composed of MoO2.0N0.5 atomic nanoclusters bonded in nanosheets of N-doped carbon hierarchical hollow microspheres(MoO2.0N0.5/NC)as an anode material for sodium-ion batteries.The facile self-templating strategy for the synthesis of MoO2.0N0.5/NC involves chemical polymerization and subsequent one-step calcination treatments.The design is benefi-cial to improve the electrochemical kinetics,buffer the volume variation of electrodes during cycling,and provide more interfacial active sites for sodium uptake.Due to these unique structural and compositional merits,these MoO2.0N0.5/NC exhibits excellent sodium storage performance in terms of superior rate capability and stable long cycle life.The work shows a feasible and effective way to design novel host candidates and solve the long-term cycling stability issues for sodium-ion batteries.Xiaona Pan Baojuan Xi Huibing Lu Zhengchunyu Zhang Xuguang An Jie Liu Jinkui Feng Shenglin Xiong 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,10:1
4Eddy current loss analysis and frequency optimization design of double-sided LCC-IPT system in seawater environment显示文摘Inductive power transfer system can generate eddy current when operating in seawater medium. On the one hand, it can cause eddy current loss, and reduce operating efficiency of the system. On the other hand, it can change parameters of the system and increase difficulty of system design. To grasp the influence mechanism of seawater on the inductive power transfer system,firstly, an equivalent circuit model of double-sided inductor-capacitor-capacitor(LCC) inductive power transfer system in seawater environment was established based on loosely-coupled transformer model of eddy current. Then, based on Maxwell’s equations, the distribution function of the magnetic field and electric current density along radium direction of the coupling coils in seawater medium was obtained by analytical calculation. Besides, in combination with Biot-Savart law, expression of the eddy current loss in transfer direction was derived, and based on which expression of the equivalent of the eddy current loss on the coupling coils was got. Thus the equivalent resistance of the eddy current on the coupling coils in a seawater environment could be predicated, and the optimal operating frequency of the inductive power transfer system could be further optimized. Finally, a prototype of inductive power transfer system was established, which gave the experimental results, and verified the correctness of theoretical analysis, and the experiments showed that: in air medium, the transfer distance was 100 mm, the transfer power was 3.3 k W, and the transfer efficiency was 92.6%;while, in seawater medium, the transfer efficiency was 87%. 5The Constitution of Authority:the Past and Present of the Governance Order in Rural Areas显示文摘How should the rural governance order be reconstructed centered on the new authority elements after the collapse of traditional rural governance order with the core of family authority, gentry authority and regime? This is a major problem in the construction of new rural areas of contemporary China. This paper attempts to present a historical picture of the inversely proportional relationship between elements like regime, family authority, gentry authority, financial power, political power, civil rights, and so on, based on review of the change path of rural area governance order tracing back to traditional period, the period of the Republic of China, years before the founding of new China as well as period after reform and opening up. It is believed that'innovations'and'heritages'of traditions must be investigated in the transformation process for the rebuilding of a set of stable and reasonable governance order for rural areas, instead of cutting facts by a certain theory or design.
