1Control scheme of hexagonal modular multilevel direct converter for offshore wind power integration via fractional frequency transmission system显示文摘A fractional frequency transmission system(FFTS)is a promising solution to offshore wind power integration,for which the hexagonal modular multilevel converter(Hexverter)is an attractive choice for power conversion.The Hexverter has recently been proposed to directly connect two three-phase systems of different frequencies and voltage amplitudes,with only six branches in the FFTS in that case.This paper examines for the first time the control scheme of the Hexverter when applied to offshore wind power integration via a FFTS.Firstly,the frequency-decoupled mathematical model of the Hexverter is deduced by introducing the double dq transformation.Then the branch energy of the Hexverter is analyzed in detail and the reactive power constraint equation is obtained.The corresponding control scheme is thoroughly discussed,including the inner loop current control,the outer loop voltage control in both grid-connected mode and passive mode,and a novel optimization method to minimize the circulating current in the Hexverter.Finally,a simulation model of offshore wind power integration via a 4-terminal FFTS based on the Hexverter is built in MATALB/Simulink to verify the feasibility of Hexverter and the effectiveness of the control scheme proposed in this paper.Yongqing MENG Bo LIU Huiyong LUO Shuonan SHANG Haitao ZHANG Xifan WANG 2018Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2018,6,1:12
2从细胞水平研究激光焊接大鼠神经的机制显示文摘目的 探讨激光焊接神经的基本机制。方法 SD大白鼠 2 4只 ,随机分为激光焊接组和传统外膜缝合组 ,每组 12只。游离大鼠坐骨神经 ,从中段剪断行神经断端对合后 ,激光组用氩激光 (波长 5 14 5nm ,石英光纤芯径 6 0 0 μm ,功率 70 0mW ,光斑直径 1mm) ,照射对合处一圈 ;缝合组用 11 0号尼龙缝线缝合对合处的神经外膜。于术后 10天、1个月和 3个月对再生神经用光镜、电镜进行组织形态学观察 ,术后 3个月用电生理仪进行功能测试 ,比较两组间的差异。结果 组织形态学观察 :术后 10天 ,激光组的神经膜细胞明显多于缝合组 ;术后 1个月再生神经纤维生长 ,数量比缝合组多 ;术后 3个月 ,激光组的再生神经纤维密度大 ,且分布均匀 ,吻合部位的神经纤维连续性良好且平直 ,明显好于缝合组 ,神经电生理测试 :术后 3个月测定再生神经的传导速度 (CV)和复合动作电位峰值 (AP) ,激光组优于缝合组。结论 在激光焊接神经外膜的同时 ,透过神经外膜进入神经组织内的漫射激光刺激了神经膜细胞 ,加速其不断分裂增殖 。魏冬季 李晓原 邓卓燊 张爱华 林南妮 刘希凡 LIU Xifan 2001中国激光医学杂志2001,10,1:3

5Protein hairy enhancer of split-1 expression during differentiation of muscle-derived stem cells into neuron-like cells显示文摘Muscle-derived stem cells were isolated from the skeletal muscle of Sprague-Dawley neonatal rats aged 3 days old. Cells at passage 5 were incubated in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium supplemented with 10% (v/v) fetal bovine serum, 20 μg/L nerve growth factor, 20 μg/L basic fibroblast growth factor and 1% (v/v) penicillin for 6 days. Cells presented with long processes, similar to nerve cells. Connections were formed between cell processes. Immunocytochemical staining with neuron specific enolase verified that cells differentiated into neuron-like cells. Immunofluorescence cytochemistry and western blot results revealed that the expression of protein hairy enhancer of split-1 was significantly reduced. 6Neuron-like differentiation of adult rat bone marrow stromal cells induced by transforming growth factor-beta and brain-derived neurotrophic factor显示文摘BACKGROUND:It has been demonstrated that transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) can induce stem cell differentiation into neuron-like cells. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of TGF-βand BDNF at inducing the differentiation of adult rat bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs) into neuron-like cells,both in combination or alone. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A comparative observation experiment was performed at the Department of Orthopedics,First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Medical University between October 2007 and January 2008. MATERIALS:TGF-βand BDNF were purchased from Sigma,USA;mouse anti-rat neuron specific enolase,neurofilament and glial fibrillary acidic protein were purchased from Beijing HMHL Biochem Ltd.,China. METHODS:BMSCs were isolated from rats aged 4 weeks and incubated with TGF-β(1μg/L) and/or BDNF(50μg/mL). MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Expression of neuron-specific enolase,neurofilament and glial fibrillary acidic protein were determined by immunocytochemistry. RESULTS:BMSCs differentiated into neuron-like cells following induction of TGF-βand BDNF, and expressed both neuron-specific enolase and neurofilament.The percent of positive cells was significantly greater in the combination group than those induced with TGF-βor BDNF alone(P<0.01). 7Numerical simulation and experimental study of the characteristics of packing feature size on liquid flow in a rotating packed bed显示文摘Rotating packed bed has high efficiency of gas-liquid mass transfer.So it is significant to investigate fluid motion in rotating packed bed.Numerical simulations of the effects of packing feature size on liquid flow characteristics in a rotating packed bed are reported in this paper.The particle image velocimetry is compared with the numerical simulations to validate the turbulent model.Results show that the liquid exists in the packing zone in the form of droplet and liquid line,and the cavity is droplet.When the radial thickness of the packing is less than 0.101 m,liquid line and droplets appear in the cavity.When rotational speed and radial thickness of the packing increase,the average diameter of the droplets becomes smaller,and the droplet size distribution becomes uniform.As the initial velocity of the liquid increases,the average droplet diameter increases and the uniformity of particle size distribution become worse.The droplet velocity increases with the radial thickness of the packing increasing,and gradually decreases when it reaches the cavity region.The effect of packing thickness is most substantial through linear fitting.The predicted and simulated values are within±15%.The cumulative volume distribution curves of the experimental and simulated droplets are consistent with the R-R distribution.Xifan Duan Zhiguo Yuan Youzhi Liu Hangtian Li Weizhou Jiao 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,6:1

9A trajectory planning method on error compensation of residual height for aero-engine blades of robotic belt grinding显示文摘While the traditional trajectory planning methods are used in robotic belt grinding of blades with an uneven machining allowance distribution, it is hard to obtain the preferable profile accuracy and surface quality to meet the high-performance requirements of aero-engine. To solve this problem, a novel trajectory planning method is proposed in this paper by considering the developed interpolation algorithm and the machining allowance threshold. The residual height error obtained from grinding experiments of titanium alloy sample was compensated to modify the calculation model of row spacing, and a new geometric algorithm was presented to dynamically calculate the cutter contact points based on this revised calculation model and the dichotomy method. Subsequently, the off-line machining program is generated based on a double-vector controlling method to obtain an optimal contact posture. On this basis, three sets of robotic grinding tests of titanium alloy blades were conducted to investigate the advantages of the proposed method.The comparative experimental results revealed that the presented algorithm had improved the surface profile accuracy of blade by 34.2% and 55.1%, respectively. Moreover, the average machined surface roughness was achieved to 0.3 μm and the machining efficiency was obviously promoted. 13Sodium alginate and naloxone loaded macrophage-derived nanovesicles for the treatment of spinal cord injury显示文摘Spinal cord injury(SCI)causes Ca^(2+) overload,which can lead to inflammation and neuronal apoptosis.In this study,we prepared a nanovesicle derived from macrophage membrane(MVs),which encapsulated sodium alginate(SA)and naloxone(NAL)to inhibit inflammation and protect neurons by reducing the free Ca^(2+) concentration at the SCI site.Based on the transmission electron microscopy(TEM)image,the encapsulated sample(NAL–SA–MVs)had a particle size of approximately 134±11 nm and exhibited a sustained release effect.The encapsulation rate of NAL and SA was 82.07%±3.27%and 72.13%±2.61%in NAL–SA–MVs,respectively.Targeting tests showed that the NAL–SA–MVs could accumulate in large quantities and enhance the concentration of SA and NAL at the lesion sites.In vivo and in vitro studies indicated that the NAL–SA–MVs could decrease the concentration of free Ca^(2+),which should further alleviate the inflammatory response and neuronal apoptosis.Anti-inflammation results demonstrated that the NAL–SA–MVs could reduce the pro-inflammation factors(iNOS,TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6)and increase the expression of antiinflammation factors(IL-10)at the cell and animal level.Concurrently,fluorescence,flow cytometry and western blot characterization showed that the apoptotic condition of the neurons was significantly inhibited.In addition,the motor function of C57 mice were significantly improved after NAL–SA–MVs treatment.In conclusion,it is suggested that the NAL–SA–MVs has tremendous potential in the treatment of SCI.Xiaoyao Liu Xue Jiang Qi Yua Wenwen Shen He Tian Xifan Mei Chao Wu 2022Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2022,17,1:0
14Protective effects of prostaglandin E1 perfusion againstspinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury in a rabbit model显示文摘BACKGROUND: Prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) is known to be protective in ischemia-reperfusion of heart, lung,renal, and liver tissue. It still remains to be determined whether PGE1 exhibits similar protection against spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury in a rabbit model. OBJECTIVE: To observe the large, ventral horn, motor neurons of the spinal cord, as well as limb function, and to investigate whether perfusion of PGE1 exhibits protective effects against spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury in a rabbit model. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: Controlled observation. The experiment was performed at the Department of Orthopedics, First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Medical University between June and October 2007. MATERIALS: Twenty male, New Zealand white rabbits, weighing 2.0 kg and of mixed gender, were used in the present study. The following chemicals and compounds were used: prostaglandin E1 injectable powder,as well as malondialdehyde and ATPase kits. Animal intervention was in accordance with animal ethical standards. METHODS: We separated rabbits into control and experimental groups randomly, with 10 rabbits in each group. Rabbits were used as spinal cord ischemia models by segmentally cross-clamping the infrarenal aorta. The control group was subsequently perfused for five minutes with blood and saline solution, and the experimental group was perfused for 5 minutes with blood and saline solution containing PGE1 (100 ng/kg/min). MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The neurological function of the hind limbs was assessed 12, 24, and 48 hours after model establishment. All animals were sacrificed and spinal cords were harvested for histological analyses. The large motor neurons in the ventral horn of L1-7 were observed by inverted microscope. RESULTS: All 20 rabbits were included in the final analysis, without any loss. In the ventral horn of the L5-7 segments, there were more large motor neurons that appeared viable in the experimental group than the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of hind limb functions were greater in the experimental group after 12, 24, and 48 hours (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: Perfusion of PGE1 reduced the amount of neuronal damage in the spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury rabbit model. These results correlated with increased numbers large motor neurons in the ventral horn of the spinal cord, as well as improved hind limb function.Xifan Mei Yansong Wang Chang Liu 2008Neural Regeneration Research2008,3,6:0
