1Dynamic Reliability Sensitivity of Cemented Carbide Cutting Tool显示文摘Influence of geometric and cutting parameters of cemented carbide cutting tool on reliability of cutting tool has become more and more mature,yet influence of its physical and material parameters on reliability is still blank.In view of this,cutting test and fatigue crack growth test of YT05 cemented carbide cutting tool are conducted to measure such data as the original crack size,growth size,times of impact loading,number and time of cutting tool in failure,and stress distribution of cutting tool is also obtained by simulating cutting process of tools.Mathematical models on dynamic reliability and dynamic reliability sensitivity of cutting tool are derived respectively by taking machining time and times of impact loading into account,thus change rules of dynamic reliability sensitivity to physical and material parameters can be obtained.Theoretical and experimental results show that sensitive degree on each parameter of tools increases gradually with the increase of machining time and times of impact loading,especially for parameters such as fracture toughness,shape parameter,and cutting stress.This proposed model solves such problems as how to determine the most sensitive parameter and influence degree of physical parameters and material parameters to reliability,which is sensitivity,and can provide theoretical foundation for improving reliability of cutting tool system.WANG Xingang ZHANG Yimin LI He L Chunmei 2014Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,1:5
2Design and anti-sway performance testing of pesticide tanks in spraying UAVs显示文摘Anti-sway performance is one of the most important factors that affect the stability of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).In this study,an anti-sway performance testing method and an evaluation formula for pesticide tanks were developed,which could facilitate the design and application of pesticide tank.The detection device mainly comprises a testing stand,a mounting and testing part,and a driving and control part.In the testing method,P(maximum pressure)measured by a barometer and t(fluctuation recovery time)measured by a high-speed camera were used as evaluation indexes.With the aim to determine the optimal position of the pressure detection device and the optimal filling ratio,four representative pesticide tanks were involved in this study.The results showed that the optimal position of the pressure detection device was at the middle position on the tank wall,halfway up from the bottom,and the optimal filling ratio was 0.8.Using P and t as evaluation indexes,a comprehensive evaluation formula was developed based on these tests:S=0.7Pi+0.3ti.Anti-sway performance of pesticide tanks was evaluated by a comprehensive score.A disk pesticide tank with a baffle was determined to be the best among the four types of pesticide tanks,showing a score of 1.The scores of the other three pesticide tanks were 0.500,0.428 and 0.612,respectively.These results indicated that the baffle structure in the pesticide tank and the radian design of the tank wall can effectively improve the anti-sway performance of a pesticide tank.The proposed detection device and test method are simpler and more intuitive compared to other approaches in evaluating the anti-sway performance of pesticide tanks in spraying UAVs,and they can be used as a reference to guide the design of pesticide tanks and the stability evaluation of spraying UAVs.Yu Zang Ying Zang Zhiyan Zhou Xiuyan Gu Rui Jiang Lingxi Kong Xingang He Xiwen Luo Yubin Lan 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,1:2
3Upregulation of GLT25D1 in Hepatic Stellate Cells Promotes Liver Fibrosis via the TGF-β1/SMAD3 Pathway In Vivo and In vitro显示文摘Background and Aims:Collagenβ(1-O)galactosyltransferase 25 domain 1(GLT25D1)is associated with collagen production and glycosylation,and its knockout in mice results in embryonic death.However,its role in liver fibrosis remains elusive,particularly in hepatic stellate cells(HSCs),the primary collagen-producing cells associated with liver fibrogenesis.Herein,we aimed to elucidate the role of GLT25D1 in HSCs.Methods:Bile duct ligation(BDL)-induced mouse liver fibrosis models,primary mouse HSCs(mHSCs),and transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1)-stimulated LX-2 human hepatic stellate cells were used in in vivo and in vitro studies.Stable LX-2 cell lines with either GLT25D1 overexpression or knockdown were established using lentiviral transfection.RNA-seq was performed to investigate the genomic differences.HPLCMS/MS were used to identify glycosylation sites.Scanning electronic microscopy(SEM)and second-harmonic generation/two-photon excited fluorescence(SHG/TPEF)were used to image collagen fibril morphology.Results:GLT25D1 expression was upregulated in nonparenchymal cells in human cirrhotic liver tissues.Meanwhile,its knockdown attenuated collagen deposition in BDL-induced mouse liver fibrosis and inhibited mHSC activation.GLT25D1 was overexpressed in activated versus quiescence LX-2 cells and regulated in vitro LX-2 cell activation,including proliferation,contraction,and migration.GLT25D1 also significantly increased liver fibrogenic gene and protein expression.GLT25D1 upregulation promoted HSC activation and enhanced collagen expression through the TGF-β1/SMAD signaling pathway.Mass spectrometry showed that GLT25D1 regulated the glycosylation of collagen in HSCs,affecting the diameter of collagen fibers.Conclusions:Collectively,the upregulation of GLT25D1 in HSCs promoted the progression of liver fibrosis by affecting HSCs activation and collagen stability.Shiwei Wang Lingling He Fan Xiao Meixin Gao Herui Wei Junru Yang Yang Shu Fuyang Zhang Xiaohui Ye Ping Li Xiaohua Hao Xingang Zhou Hongshan Wei 2023Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,1:1

5Test and evaluation method for endurance performance of electric multi-rotors spraying drones显示文摘The endurance performance(EP)of electric multi-rotors spraying drones(EMSDs)is a key technical indicator that ensures the completion of tasks and improves their usefulness.To improve the EP of current EMSD,a test system was designed to determine the EP based on the EMSD test platform,and the performance evaluation method was studied.Firstly,a test model was established to determine the equivalent energy dissipation using the performance-testing platform of the EMSD.Secondly,a multisensory test system was constructed.An attitude sensor,high-power DC power supply,infrared thermal imager,and serial port server were selected.The mounting fixture was designed to meet the universal mounting requirements of drone.In addition,the software LabVIEW was employed to program the code for the controller and the host computer,where functions such as data collection,data processing,communication,and graphical user interface(GUI),were performed reliably in real time.Thirdly,the test method was explored by considering factors such as the power consumption,thermal efficiency ratio,and unit load power consumption rate.In particular,a comprehensive index method and expert consultation weight method were used to evaluate the EP of the EMSD with multiple indexes.Finally,a systematic real-machine test was carried out on the three types of drones that are currently widely used in the market.The results verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method,which was employed to test and evaluate the EP based on the EMSD performance testing platform.At the same time,it can provide a reference for the development of the EMSD.Rui Ming Zhiyan Zhou Xiwen Luo Yubin Lan Xingang He Cancan Song Rui Jiang Luhong Tian Shahbaz Gul Hassan 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,2:0
6Crystallogeny fundamentals of the cholesterol gallstone显示文摘The nucleation mechanism and crystal growth process of the cholesterol gallstone are studied and a systematic theory expounded by crystallogeny is proposed. Normal feed and stone-forming feed were used to raise guinea pigs in the control and stone-causing groups respectively. The state and transformation of liquid crystal vesicles, the appearance of crystal nuclei, and the formation of microcrystal grains were observed under a polarizing microscope during the experimental period. It was found that the liquid crystal vesicles in the bile of the control group were small, scattered, and always existed as single forms, and no shaped gallstone crystals were formed. While in the stone-causing group, liquid crystal vesicles grew to larger ones, and then aggregated to form large liquid crystal cells. Solid crystal growth along the edge of these liquid crystal cells formed microcrystal grains. These demonstrated that bile liquid crystal vesicles form the basic nuclei of cholesterol gallstone. 7Phosphorus-doped lithium- and manganese-rich layered oxide cathode material for fast charging lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Owing to their high theoretical specific capacity and low cost, lithium- and manganese-rich layered oxide (LMR) cathode materials are receiving increasing attention for application in lithium-ion batteries. However, poor lithium ion and electron transport kinetics plus side effects of anion and cation redox reactions hamper power performance and stability of the LMRs. In this study, LMR Li_(1.2)Mn_(0.6)Ni_(0.2)O_(2) was modified by phosphorus (P)-doping to increase Li+ conductivity in the bulk material. This was achieved by increasing the interlayer spacing of the lithium layer, electron transport and structural stability, resulting in improvement of the rate and safety performance. P^(5+) doping increased the distance between the (003) crystal planes from ~0.474 nm to 0.488 nm and enhanced the structural stability by forming strong covalent bonds with oxygen atoms, resulting in an improved rate performance (capacity retention from 38% to 50% at 0.05 C to 5 C) and thermal stability (50% heat release compared with pristine material). First-principles calculations showed the P-doping makes the transfer of excited electrons from the valence band to conduction band easier and P can form a strong covalent bond helping to stabilize material structure. 9Design and test of centrifugal disc type sowing device for unmanned helicopter显示文摘In China,it is difficult for manned aircraft to sow seeds in small and scattered plots,especially in areas including hills,swamps,telegraph poles,windbreaks,and residential areas;in such terrain,the sowing machinery cannot function properly.However,unmanned helicopters(UHs)are flexible enough to control and adapt to the complex environments that are not easily accessible by terrain sowing machinery and large agricultural aircraft,which have been widely used in agriculture.In this study,a centrifugal disc-type sowing device for an unmanned helicopter(CDTSDUH)was designed.The factors influencing the seed velocity when the seeds move away from the disc were explored by analyzing the forces of the seed acting on the sowing disc and the wind field of the UHs.The influential factors include the distance from the falling mouth to the center of the disc,the offset angle of the falling mouth,and the rotation speed of the disc.An orthogonal test was designed with the sowing width and the curvature of the sowing area as the indexes.The test results showed that the three factors mentioned above had a greater impact on the sowing width than the curvature of the seeding area.Moreover,the superior parameters of the disc were determined.It was also suggested that the above factor levels had little effect on the offset width of sowing.The results of the test conducted for studying the sowing uniformity of the CDTSDUH indicated that the maximum and minimum difference values among the number of particles of the sampling points in the forward direction was 11 and 8,and the coefficient of variation of the number of particles in each row was more than 20%,indicating less uniformity was achieved when sowing in the lateral(perpendicular to the forward direction)direction,as compared to that in the forward direction.This study determined the ideal values for the radius of particles position,the offsetting angle,and the disc speed of the sowing machinery designed.Furthermore,considering that there are so many factors that influence the manner in which a UH functions,more analysis results and test data of influencing factors need to be acquired by experiments.The uniformity of sowing needs to be further improved.The results provided some theoretical and experimental references for the technology research on the centrifugal disc-type sowing device for UHs.Cancan Song Zhiyan Zhou Xiwen Luo Yubin Lan Xingang He Rui Ming Keliang Li Shahbaz Gul Hassan 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,2:0
10A domesticated Harbinger transposase forms a complex with HDA6 and promotes histone H3 deacetylation at genes but not TEs in Arabidopsis显示文摘In eukaryotes,histone acetylation is a major modification on histone N-terminal tails that is tightly connected to transcriptional activation.HDA6 is a histone deacetylase involved in the transcriptional regulation of genes and transposable elements(TEs)in Arabidopsis thaliana.HDA6 has been shown to participate in several complexes in plants,including a conserved SIN3 complex.Here,we uncover a novel protein complex containing HDA6,several Harbinger transposon-derived proteins(HHP1,SANT1,SANT2,SANT3,and SANT4),and MBD domain-containing proteins(MBD1,MBD2,and MBD4).We show that mutations of all four SANT genes in the sant-null mutant cause increased expression of the flowering repressors FLC,MAF4,and MAF5,resulting in a late flowering phenotype.Transcriptome deep sequencing reveals that while the SANT proteins and HDA6 regulate the expression of largely overlapping sets of genes,TE silencing is unaffected in sant-null mutants.Our global histone H3 acetylation profiling shows that SANT proteins and HDA6 modulate gene expression through deacetylation.Collectively,our findings suggest that Harbinger transposon-derived SANT domain-containing proteins are required for histone deacetylation and flowering time control in plants.Xishi Zhou Junna He Christos N.Velanis Yiwang Zhu Yuhan He Kai Tang Mingku Zhu Lisa Graser Erica de Leau Xingang Wang Lingrui Zhang W.Andy Tao Justin Goodrich Jian-Kang Zhu Cui-Jun Zhang 2021Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,8:0
11Influence of the Moho surface distribution on the oil and gas basins in China seas and adjacent areas显示文摘Owing to the strategic significance of national oil and gas resources,their exploration and production must be prioritized in China.Oil and gas resources are closely related to deep crustal structures,and Moho characteristics influence oil and gas distribution.Therefore,it is important to study the relationship between the variation of the Moho surface depth undulation and hydrocarbon basins for the future prediction of their locations.The Moho depth in the study area can be inverted using the Moho depth control information,the Moho gravity anomaly,and the variable density distribution calculated by the infinite plate.Based on these results,the influences of Moho characteristics on petroleum basins were studied.We found that the Moho surface depth undulation deviation and crustal thickness undulation deviation in the hydrocarbon-rich basins are large,and the horizontal gradient deviation of the Moho surface shows a positive linear relationship with oil and gas resources in the basin.The oil-bearing mechanism of the Moho basin is further discussed herein.The Moho uplift area and the slope zone correspond to the distribution of oil and gas fields.The tensile stress produced by the Moho uplift can form tensile fractures or cause tensile fractures on the surface,further developing into a fault or depression basin that receives deposits.The organic matter can become oil and natural gas under suitable chemical and structural conditions.Under the action of groundwater or other dynamic forces,oil and natural gas are gradually transported to the uplift or the buried hill in the depression zone,and oil and gas fields are formed under the condition of good caprock.The research results can provide new insights into the relationship between deep structures and oil and gas basins as well as assist in the strategic planning of oil and gas exploration activities.Yimi Zhang Wanyin Wang Linzhi Li Xingang Luo Dingding Wang Tao He Feifei Zhang Jing Ma 2023Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,3:0
12Integrated gravity and magnetic study on patterns of petroleum basin occurrence in the China seas and adjacent areas显示文摘The China seas and adjacent areas contain numerous petroleum basins.One of the main challenges for future oil and gas exploration is to identify the inherent patterns of petroleum basin distribution.The formation and evolution of petroleum basins along with the migration and accumulation of oil and gas are often closely related to the tectonic environment.The gravity and magnetic fields with high lateral resolution and wide coverage provide important data for regional tectonic research.Based on the gravity data in the Global Satellite Gravity Anomaly Database(V31.1)and magnetic data from the Earth Magnetic Anomaly Grid(2-arc-minute resolution)(V2),this study uses integrated gravity and magnetic field technique to obtain integrated gravity and magnetic field result for the China seas and adjacent areas,and then adopts the normalized vertical derivative of the total horizontal derivative technique to conduct partition.Finally,it identifies the relationship between the partition characteristics and tectonics as well as the patterns of petroleum basin occurrence.The research shows that the partition of gravity and magnetic field integrated result has a good correlation with the Neo-Cathaysian tectonic system and tectonic units.The petroleum basins are characterized according to three blocks arranged from north to south and four zones arranged from east to west.The north-south block structure causes the uneven distribution of oil and gas resources in the mainland area and the differences in the hydrocarbon-bearing strata.Petroleum basins are more abundant in the north than in the south.The ages of the main oil-and gas-bearing strata are“Paleozoic–Mesozoic,Paleozoic–Mesozoic–Cenozoic,and Paleozoic–Mesozoic”,in order from north to south.The difference in the overall type of oil and gas resources in all basins is controlled by the east–west zonation.From east to west,the oil and gas resource type exhibits a wave-like pattern of“oil and gas,gas,oil and gas,gas”.The vertical distribution is characterized by an upper oil(Mesozoic–Cenozoic)and lower gas(Mesozoic–Paleozoic)structure.Within the study area,the Paleozoic marine strata should be the main strata of future natural gas exploration.Tao He Wanyin Wang Zhizhao Bai Xingang Luo Jing Ma Yimi Zhang 2023Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,3:0
13Insight into Cellulose Nanosizing for Advanced Electrochemical Energy Storage and Conversion:A Review显示文摘Living in a world of heavy industrialization and confronted by the ever-deteriorating environment,the human race is now undertaking serious efforts to reach the target of carbon neutrality.One major step is to promote the development of sustainable electrochemical energy storage and conversion technologies based on green resources instead of the traditional nonreusable petroleum-based technologies.As an almost inexhaustible bioresource,nanocellulose derived from natural biomass exhibits outstanding physiochemical properties that could be well leveraged to bring about numerous opportunities for electrochemical processes.Through structure engineering,nanocellulose with a width of a few tens of nanometers and a length of up to micrometers could be realized.The drastic reduction in dimensions leads to superior mechanical,optical,and functional properties inaccessible to the bulky cellulose counterpart.In this review,different types of nanocellulose with distinctive physiochemical properties and their respective preparation methods are first examined.This is followed by a detailed and insightful analysis of the superiority and unprecedented performance gains that nanocellulose imparts to different electrochemical energy storage and conversion applications as a result of nanosizing.Finally,we humbly put forward our perspectives on the problems regarding current studies as well as on the future research direction for nanocellulose-mediated electrochemical processes to enable practical applications.This review is intended as guidance to initiate cross-disciplinary research effort in this engaging field and help evoke inspiration to effect solutions to critical energy issues of the day.Wenbin Kang Li Zeng Xingang Liu Hanna He Xiaolong Li Wei Zhang Pooi See Lee Qi Wang Chuhong Zhang 2022Electrochemical Energy Reviews2022,5,3:0
