| 1 | Vegetation cover change and the driving factors over northwest China显示文摘In this paper the spatio-temporal variation of vegetation cover in northwest China during the period of 1982-2006 and its driving factors were analyzed using GIMMS/NDVI data. The annual average NDVI was increased with a rate of 0.0005/a in northwest China and there was an obvious difference between regions. The trend line slopes of NDVI were higher than 0.0005 in the Tianshan Moutains and Altay Mountains of Xinjiang,the Qilian Mountains of Gansu and the eastern part of Qinghai,which indicated the vegetation cover was significantly increased in these areas. The trend line slopes of NDVI were lower than 0.0005 in the southern region of Qinghai,the border regions of Shaanxi and Ningxia,the parts of Gansu and Tarim Basin,Turpan and Tuoli in Xinjiang,which indicated the vegetation cover was declined in these areas. The NDVI of woodland,grassland and cultivated land had an ascending tendency during the study period. The study shows that the vegetation cover change was caused by both natural factors and human activities in northwest China. The natural vegetation change,such as forests was influenced by climate change,while human activities were the main reason to the change of planting vegetation. The changes of vegetation covers for different elevations,slopes and slope aspects were quite different. When the elevation is exceeded to 4,000 m,the NDVI increasing trend was very low;the NDVI at the slope of less than 25° was increased by the ecological construction;the variation of NDVI on sunny slope was stronger than that on shady slope. The temperature rose significantly in recent 25 years in northwest China by an average rate of 0.67oC/10a,and precipitation increased by an average rate of 8.15 mm/10a after 1986. There was positive correlation between vegetation cover and temperature and annual precipitation changes. Rising temperature increased the evaporation and drought of soils,which is not conducive to plant growth,and the irrigation in agricultural areas reduced the correlation between agricultural vegetation NDVI and precipitation. | 3 | Underwater Sonar Image Detection:A Novel Quantum-Inspired Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm显示文摘Object detection plays an important role in the underwater object recognition technology of sonar equipment. We propose a Novel quantum-inspired shuffled frog leaping algorithm(NQSFLA) to obtain more accurate detection results in this paper. The proposed NQSFLA adopts a fitness function combining intra-class difference with inter-class difference to evaluate the frog position more accurately and a new quantum evolution update strategy to improve the searching ability in the searching process. In order to avoid the disadvantages of Quantuminspired shuffled frog leaping algorithm(QSFLA), a fuzzy membership matrix with spatial information model is developed, which can remove isolated regions and further improve the detection accuracy. Segmentation, distribution and noise entropy(SDNE) model is also proposed to quantitatively evaluate the detection results. | 6 | Electrochemical extraction of cerium and formation of Al–Ce alloy from CeO_2 assisted by AlCl_3 in LiCl–KCl melts显示文摘This work presents an electrochemical extraction of cerium and synthesization of Al–Ce alloy in LiCl–KCl melts on Mo and Al electrodes by chlorination of CeO2 using AlCl3 at 873 K. The cyclic voltammogram on Mo electrodes in LiCl–KCl–CeO2 melt showed no obvious reduction wave other than the reduction of Li(I). After the addition of AlCl3, the signals of the reaction of Ce(ⅡI)/Ce(0) and the synthesization of Al–Ce and Al–Li alloys were investigated by cyclic voltammetry, square-wave voltammetry, open-circuit chronopotentiometry and chronopotentiometry. These results indicated that AlCl3 can chloridize CeO2 and that it is possible to extract cerium and form Al–Ce and Al–Li–Ce alloys in LiCl–KCl–CeO2–AlCl3 melts. According to potentiostatic electrolysis, only the Al4 Ce layer coated the Al electrodes. | 12 | A quantitative evaluation for well pattern adaptability in ultra-low permeability oil reservoirs:A case study of Triassic Chang 6 and Chang 8 reservoirs in Ordos Basin显示文摘Based on the previous studies and development practice in recent 10 years, a quantitative evaluation method for the adaptability of well patterns to ultra-low permeability reservoirs was established using cluster analysis and gray correlation method, and it includes 10 evaluation parameters in the four aspects of optimal evaluation parameters, determination of weights for evaluation parameters, development stage division, and determination of classification coefficients. This evaluation method was used to evaluate the well pattern adaptability of 13 main ultra-low permeability reservoirs in Triassic Chang 6 and Chang 8 of Ordos Basin. Three basic understandings were obtained: Firstly, the well pattern for ultra-low permeability type-I reservoirs has generally good adaptability, with proper well pattern forms and well pattern parameters. Secondly, square inverted nine-spot well pattern is suitable for reservoirs with no fractures; rhombic inverted nine-spot injection pattern is suitable for reservoirs with some fractures; and rectangular well pattern is suitable for reservoirs with rich fractures. | 16 | MgO-laden biochar enhances the immobilization of Cd/Pb in aqueous solution and contaminated soil显示文摘Great progress has been made in recent years to alleviate the heavy metal pollution,but the development of low-cost and eco-friendly adsorbents is still challenging.In this work,MgO-loaded biochar,as a potential adsorbent,was successfully synthesized via copyrolysis of corn straw and MgCl2∙6H2O at 600℃and used for heavy metal immobilization in aqueous solution and contaminated soil.Nemerow pollution index and potential ecological risk index methods were also used to assess the potential ecological risk of the metals in soil after remediation.The results showed MgO-laden biochar exhibited a much higher Cd2+adsorption capacity than the pristine biochar.Pseudo-second-order and Langmuir/Langmuir-Freundlich equations could describe the adsorption kinetics and isotherm of Cd2+well.The maximum adsorption capacity of Cd2+could reach to 1058.8 mg g−1 estimated by Langmuir-Freundlich equation.Cd2+adsorption on MgO-laden biochar composite mainly involved the hydrolyzation of MgO,ionization of Mg(OH)2 and precipitation of Cd2+and OH−.In addition,complexes with oxygen-containing groups and adsorption by Mg(OH)2 also enhanced Cd immobilization.The result of soil-leaching test showed that the concentrations of TCLP-leaching(Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure)Cd and Pb reduced by 22.4%and 29.0%,respectively,after 4%of MgO-laden biochar amendment,and the integrated pollution index and potential ecological risk decreased by 28.9%and 28.5%,respectively.These results suggest that MgO-laden corn straw biochar may be promising for application as a low-cost adsorbent for wastewater treatment and soil remediation. | Yan Wang Lu Wang Zhangtao Li Dong Yang Jianming Xu Xingmei Liu | 2021 | Biochar2021,3,2: | 0 |

| 19 | Detection of Underwater Objects by Adaptive Threshold FCM Based on Frequency Domain and Time Domain显示文摘According to the characteristics of sonar image data with big data feature, In order to accurately detect underwater objects of sonar image, a novel adaptive threshold FCM (Fuzzy Clustering Algorithm, FCM) based on frequency domain and time domain is proposed. Based on the relationship between sonar image data and big data, Firstly, wavelet de-noising method is used to smooth noise. After de-noising, the sonar image is blocked and each sub-block region is processed by two-dimensional discrete Fourier transform, their maximum amplitude spectrum used as frequency domain character, then time domain of mean and standard deviation, frequency domain of maximum amplitude spectrum are taken for character to complete block k-means clustering, the initial clustering center is determined, after that made use of FCM on sonar image detection, based on clustered image, adaptive threshold is constructed by the distribution of sonar image sea-bottom reverberation region, and final detection results of sonar image are completed. | 20 | Orange-derived extracellular vesicles nanodrugs for efficient treatment of ovarian cancer assisted by transcytosis effect显示文摘Extracellular vesicles(EVs)have recently received much attention about the application of drug carriers due to their desirable properties such as nano-size,biocompatibility,and high stability.Herein,we demonstrate orange-derived extracellular vesicles(OEV)nanodrugs(DN@OEV)by modifying cRGD-targeted doxorubicin(DOX)nanoparticles(DN)onto the surface of OEV,enabling significantly enhancing tumor accumulation and penetration,thereby efficiently inhibiting the growth of ovarian cancer.The obtained DN@OEV enabled to inducement of greater transcytosis capability in ovarian cancer cells,which presented the average above 10-fold transcytosis effect compared with individual DN.It was found that DN@OEV could trigger receptor-mediated endocytosis to promote early endosome/recycling endosomes pathway for exocytosis and simultaneously reduce degradation in the early endosomes-late endosomes-lysosome pathway,thereby inducing the enhanced transcytosis.In particular,the zombie mouse model bearing orthotopic ovarian cancer further validated DN@OEV presented high accumulation and penetration in tumor tissue by the transcytosis process.Our study indicated the strategy in enhancing transcytosis has significant implications for improving the therapeutic efficacy of thedrugdelivery system. | Feng Long Yao Pan Jinheng Li Suinan Sha Xiubo Shi Haoyan Guo Chuanqing Huang Qian Xiao Chao Fan Xingmei Zhang Jun-Bing Fan Ying Wang | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,12: | 0 |
