| 1 | Model and Algorithm for the Optimal Controlled Partitioning of Power Systems显示文摘解列是电力系统在故障时结构完整性得不到保证的情况下分裂为2个或多个孤立稳定运行子系统的过程或操作。及时恰当的主动解列操作将能有效地避免因保护连锁动作使得电力系统被动解列而崩溃所造成的巨额经济损失。结合图论中的相关概念和输电网最优解列的物理过程,建立电力系统最优主动解列断面选择问题的完整数学模型,并基于含连通图约束的背包问题(connected graph constrained knapsack problem,CGKP)及其求解算法提出“搜索+调整”的2阶段求解方法。为降低问题的复杂性,将完整数学模型分解成图的最优平衡分割问题和基于优化潮流的调节问题,并分2个阶段分别求解。其中,图的最优平衡分割问题又被分解成多个CGKP,利用基于含CGKP的图分割方法进行求解。所提出的主动解列策略具有较强理论基础,计算复杂度低,算例的计算结果证明了该模型及算法的正确性和有效性。 | LIN Jikeng LI Shengwen WU Peng WANG Xudong SHAO Guanghui XU Xingwei MA Xin | 2012 | 中国电机工程学报2012,32,13: | 15 |
| 2 | Drogue detection for autonomous aerial refueling based on convolutional neural networks显示文摘Drogue detection is a fundamental issue during the close docking phase of autonomous aerial refueling(AAR). To cope with this issue, a novel and effective method based on deep learning with convolutional neural networks(CNNs) is proposed. In order to ensure its robustness and wide application, a deep learning dataset of images was prepared by utilizing real data of ‘‘Probe and Drogue' aerial refueling, which contains diverse drogues in various environmental conditions without artificial features placed on the drogues. By employing deep learning ideas and graphics processing units(GPUs), a model for drogue detection using a Caffe deep learning framework with CNNs was designed to ensure the method's accuracy and real-time performance. | 3 | First-principles study on electronic structure and optical properties of N-doped P-type β-Ga_2O_3显示文摘The band structure, density of states, electron density difference and optical properties of intrinsic β-Ga2O3 and N-doped β-Ga2O3 were calculated using first-principles based on density functional theory. After N doping, the band gap decreases, shallow acceptor impurity levels are introduced over the top of the valence band and the absorption band edge is slightly red-shifted compared to that of the intrinsic one. The anisotropic optical properties are investigated by means of the complex dielectric function, which are explained by the selection rule of the band-to-band transitions. | 4 | Artificial bee colony algorithm with comprehensive search mechanism for numerical optimization显示文摘The artificial bee colony(ABC) algorithm is a simple and effective global optimization algorithm which has been successfully applied in practical optimization problems of various fields. However, the algorithm is still insufficient in balancing exploration and exploitation. To solve this problem, we put forward an improved algorithm with a comprehensive search mechanism.The search mechanism contains three main strategies. Firstly, the heuristic Gaussian search strategy composed of three different search equations is proposed for the employed bees, which fully utilizes and balances the exploration and exploitation of the three different search equations by introducing the selectivity probability Ps. Secondly, in order to improve the search accuracy, we propose the Gbest-guided neighborhood search strategy for onlooker bees to improve the exploitation performance of ABC. Thirdly, the selfadaptive population perturbation strategy for the current colony is used by random perturbation or Gaussian perturbation to enhance the diversity of the population. In addition, to improve the quality of the initial population, we introduce the chaotic oppositionbased learning method for initialization. | 6 | Dual-axial self-attention network for text classification显示文摘Text classification is an important task in natural language processing and numerous studies aim to improve the accuracy and efficiency of text classification models. In this study, we propose an effective and efficient text classification model which is based on self-attention solely. The recently proposed multidimensional self-attention significantly improved the performance of self-attention. However, existing models suffer from two major limitations:(1) the previous multi-dimensional self-attention models are quite timeconsuming;(2) the dependencies of elements along the feature axis are not taken into account. To overcome these problems, in this paper, a much more computational efficient multi-dimensional self-attention model is proposed, and two parallel self-attention modules, called dual-axial self-attention, are applied to capture rich dependencies along the feature axis as well as the text axis. | 7 | Fabrication of porous lithium titanate self-supporting anode for high performance lithium-ion capacitor显示文摘Lithium titanate has unique 'zero-strain' characteristics, which makes it promising for rapid energy storage lithium-ion capacitors. However, extremely low electronic conductivity and lithium ion diffusion coefficient severely limit its performance at high rate. Herein, we have constructed in situ clusters of porous lithium titanate nanoparticles on self-supporting carbon nanotube film by combining iron oxide hard template method and F127 soft template method. Due to the nano-structured particle size and the penetrating lithium ion transmission channel, a greatly improved lithium ion diffusion coefficient has been achieved, which brings significantly better electrochemical performance than dense lithium titanate. By assembling with a durable graphene foam cathode, a lithium-ion capacitor with an energy density of up to 101.8 Wh kg-1 was realized(at a power density of 436.1 W kg-1). And its capacitance retention reaches 84.8% after 5000 cycles.
