1Neuroprotective effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction on cerebral ischemia-induced neuronal damage显示文摘Among the various treatment methods for stroke, increasing attention has been paid to traditional Chinese medicines. Buyang Huanwu decoction is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of stroke. 2Application potential of carbon nanotubes in water treatment:A review显示文摘Water treatment is the key to coping with the conflict between people's increasing demand for water and the world-wide water shortage. Owing to their unique and tunable structural, physical, and chemical properties, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have exhibited great potentials in water treatment. This review makes an attempt to provide an overview of potential solutions to various environmental challenges by using CNTs as adsorbents, catalysts or catalyst support, membranes, and electrodes. 3An efficient visible-light photocatalyst for CO2 reduction fabricated by cobalt porphyrin and graphitic carbon nitride via covalent bonding显示文摘Nanoparticle photosensitizers possess technical advantages for photocatalytic reactions due to enhanced light harvesting and efficient charge transport.Here we report synthesis of semiconductor nanoparticles through covalent coupling and assembly of metalloporphyrin with condensed carbon nitride.The resultant nanoparticles consist of light harvesting component from the condensed carbon nitride and photocatalytic sites from the metalloporphyrins.This synergetic particle system effectively initiates efficient charge separation and transport and exhibits excellent photocatalytic activity for CO2 reduction.The CO production rate can reach up to 57μmol/(g·h)with a selectivity of 79%over competing H2 evolution.Controlled experiments demonstrate that the combination of light harvesting with photocatalytic activity via covalent assembly is crucial for the high photocatalytic activity.Due to effective charge separation and transfer,the resultant nanoparticle photocatalysts show exceptional photo stability against photo-corrosion under light irradiation,enabling for long-term utilization.This research opens a new way for the development of stable,effective nanoparticle photocatalysts using naturally abundant porphyrin pigments.Shufang Tian Sudi Chen Xitong Ren Yaoqing Hu Haiyan Hu Jiajie Sun Feng Bai 2020Nano Research2020,13,10:9

5High-Resolution Genome-wide Association Study Identifies Genomic Regions and Candidate Genes for Important Agronomic Traits in Wheat显示文摘Wheat(Triticum aestivum)is a major staple food crop worldwide.Genetic dissection of important agronomic traits is essential for continuous improvement of wheat yield to meet the demand of the world's growing population.We conducted a large-scale genome-wide association study(GWAS)using a panel of 768 wheat cultivars that were genotyped with 327609 single-nucleotide polymorphisms generated by genotyping-by-sequencing and detected 395 quantitative trait loci(QTLs)for 12 traits under 7 environments.Among them,273 QTLs were delimited to≤1.0-Mb intervals and 7 of them are either known genes(Rht-D,Vrn-B1,and Vrn-D1)that have been cloned or known QTLs(TaGA2ox8,APO1,TaSus1-7B,and Rht12)that were previously mapped.Eight putative candidate genes were identified for three QTLs that enhance spike seed setting and grain size using gene expression data and were validated in three bi-parental populations.Protein sequence analysis identified 33 putative wheat orthologs that have high identity with rice genes in QTLs affecting similar traits.Large r^2 values for additive effects observed among the QTLs for most traits indicated that the phenotypes of these identified QTLs were highly predictable.Results from this study demonstrated that significantly increasing GWAS population size and marker density greatly improves detection and identification of candidate genes underlying a QTL,solidifying the foundation for large-scale QTL fine mapping,candidate gene validation,and developing functional markers for genomics-based breeding in wheat.Yunlong Pang Chunxia Liu Danfeng Wang Paul St.Amand Amy Bernardo Wenhui Li Fang He Linzhi Li Liming Wang Xiufang Yuan Lei Dong Yu Su Huirui Zhang Meng Zhao Yunlong Liangi Hongze Jia Xitong Shen Yue Lu Hongming Jiang Yuye Wu Anfei Li Honggang Wang Lingrang Kong Guihua Bai Shubing Liu 2020Molecular Plant2020,13,9:8
6A Decision-Making Method for Air Combat Maneuver Based on Hybrid Deep Learning Network显示文摘In this paper, a hybrid deep learning network-based model is proposed and implemented for maneuver decision-making in an air combat environment.The model consists of stacked sparse auto-encoder network for dimensionality reduction of high-dimensional,dynamic time series combat-related data and long shortterm memory network for capturing the quantitative relationship between maneuver control variables and the time series combat-related data after dimensionality reduction.This model features: using time series data as the basis of decision-making, which is more in line with the actual decision-making process;using stacked sparse auto-encoder network to reduce the dimension of time series data to predict the result more accurately;in addition, taking the maneuver control variables as the output to control the maneuver, which makes the maneuver process more flexible. 7Two freedom linear parameter varying μ synthesis control for flight environment testbed显示文摘To solve the problem of robust servo performance of Flight Environment Testbed(FET)of Altitude Ground Test Facilities(AGTF) over the whole operational envelope, a two-degree-offreedom μ synthesis method based on Linear Parameter Varying(LPV) schematic is proposed, and meanwhile a new structure frame of μ synthesis control on two degrees of freedom with double integral and weighting functions is presented, which constitutes a core support part of the paper. Aimed at the problem of reference command's rapid change, one freedom feed forward is adopted, while another freedom output feedback is used to meet good servo tracking as well as disturbance and noise rejection; furthermore, to overcome the overshoot problem and acquire dynamic tuning,the integral is introduced in inner loop, and another integral controller is used in outer loop in order to guarantee steady errors; additionally, two performance weighting functions are designed to achieve robust specialty and control energy limit considering the uncertainties in system. As the schedule parameters change over large flight envelope, the stability of closed-loop LPV system is proved using Lyapunov inequalities. The simulation results show that the relative tracking errors of temperature and pressure are less than 0.5% with LPV μ synthesis controller. 9ZbAGL11, a class D MADS-box transcription factor of Zanthoxylum bungeanum, is involved in sporophytic apomixis显示文摘Apomixis is a reproductive model that bypasses sexual reproduction,so it does not require the combination of paternal and maternal gametes but instead results in the production of offspring directly from maternal tissues.This reproductive mode results in the same genetic material in the mother and the offspring and has signi fi cant applications in agricultural breeding.Molecular and cytological methods were used to identify the reproductive type of Zanthoxylum bungeanum(ZB).Fluorescence detection of the ampli fi ed products of 12 pairs of polymorphic SSR primers showed consistent fl uorescence signals for mother and offspring,indicating that no trait separation occurred during reproduction.In addition,the cytological observation results showed differentiation of ZB embryos(2n)from nucellar cells(2n)to form inde fi nite embryonic primordia and then form adventitious embryos(2n),indicating that the apomictic type of ZB is sporophytic apomixis.The MADS-box transcription factor ZbAGLll was highly expressed during the critical period of nucellar embryo development in ZB.Unpollinated ZbAGLll-OE Arabidopsis produced fertile offspring and exhibited an apomictic phenotype.The overexpression of ZbAGL11 increased the callus induction rate of ZB tissue.In addition,the results of the yeast two-hybrid experiment showed that ZbAGL11 could interact with the ZbCYP450 and ZbCAD11 proteins.Our results demonstrate that ZbAGL11 can cause developmental disorders of Arabidopsis fl ower organs and result in apomixis-like phenotypes.Xitong Fei Qianqian Shi Yichen Qi Shujie Wang Yu Lei Haichao Hu Yulin Liu Tuxi Yang Anzhi Wei 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:3

11Self-assembled manganese phthalocyanine nanoparticles with enhanced peroxidase-like activity for anti-tumor therapy显示文摘The use of functional nanoparticles as peroxidase-like(POD-like)catalyst has recently become a focus of research in cancer therapy.Phthalocyanine is a macrocyclic conjugated metal ligand,which is expected to achieve a high POD-like catalytic activity,generating free radicals and inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells.In this paper,we synthesized phthalocyanine nanocrystals with different structures through noncovalent self-assembly confined within micro-emulsion droplets,and manganese phthalocyanine(MnPc)possessing a metal–N–C active center was used as the building block.These nano-assemblies exhibit shape-dependent POD-like catalytic activities,because the emulsifier and MnPc co-mixed assembly reduced the close packing between MnPc molecules and exposed more active sites.The assembly had a water-dispersed nanostructure,which is conducive to accumulation at tumor sites through the enhanced permeability and retention effect(EPR).Because of a highly efficient microenvironmental response,the assembly showed higher catalytic activity only emerged under the acidic tumor-like microenvironment,but caused less damage to normal tissues in biomedical applications.In vivo and in vitro catalytic therapy tests showed excellent anti-tumor effects.This work explored a new way for the application of metal–organic macromolecules such as MnPc as nanozymes for catalytic tumor therapy.Jinghan Wang Shanqing Gao Xiao Wang Haozhen Zhang Xitong Ren Juewen Liu Feng Bai 2022Nano Research2022,15,3:2

13Online Healthcare Community Interaction Dynamics显示文摘With the increasing dilemma of the rapid global demand for healthcare services(often in the presence of limited resources),how to creatively allocate and use healthcare resources across a widespread population has become a salient issue.Online healthcare communities(OHCs)are regarded as a potential ICT-based partial solution.In contrast to traditional healthcare,online doctor-patient interaction is unlimited in terms of time and space limitations while an OHC is exposed to the whole community.These characteristics are key to achieving synergistic doctor-patient interaction and community development in the longer term.In order to explore the nature of doctor-patient interaction dynamics in an OHC,we systematically investigate doctor-patient interaction dynamics from the dual perspectives of doctor and patient.Our doctor-patient interaction dual-cycle model has been built based on six doctor-patient interaction processes(i.e.,searching,choosing,knowledge sharing,providing,receiving and balancing).According to our dual-cycle model,four key managerial issues in OHC(information asymmetry,incentive mechanisms,service delivery processes and interaction mechanisms)have been identified as examples.Discussion and directions for future research,with challenges as well as opportunities,have been elaborated.A broad view with fruitful research potential is ensured and new theories and methods ultimately provide implications for effectively and efficiently allocating scarce healthcare resources to a broader population.Xitong Guo Shanshan Guo Douglas Vogel Yijun Li 2016Journal of Management Science and Engineering2016,1,1:1

16Control Design and Implementation of a Spiral Spring Energy Storage System Connected to a Grid via PMSG显示文摘For an innovative spiral spring energy storage system,the permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG)is utilized as the energy conversion device due to its simple structure,low weight and high torque.During power generation,the output torque and moment of inertia of the spiral spring are changing continuously and simultaneously and the parameters of the PMSG show uncertainties.Furthermore,the DC link voltage of the converter should be stable and the power injected into the grid needs to be controlled.First,the change features of the external power source and the uncertainties of the generator’s internal parameters are expressed as the comprehensive disturbances,which are introduced into the dynamic model of the PMSG and also modify the dynamic model.Then,the high gain observers are utilized to estimate the comprehensive disturbances,and an improved robust backstepping control scheme integrating L2 gain and high gain observers is proposed.Secondly,the gridside inverter controller for the DC voltage loop and reactive power loop is designed based on the backstepping theory.Finally,hardware implementation is fulfilled to verify the presented algorithm.The results show that high gain observers are able to accurately estimate the external and internal interferences;the proposed control scheme can effectively suppress the external and internal interferences and guarantees output current,operating speed of the PMSG and output reactive power to correctly track respective references,and effectively stabilize the DC link voltage.Yang Yu Zengqiang Mi Xudong Guo Xitong Niu Xiaojiang Zheng Chenjun Sun 2018CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,3:1
17Lower temperature hydrothermal pretreatment improves the anaerobic digestion performance of spent cow bedding显示文摘The anaerobic digestion(AD)performance of spent cow bedding was investigated with different hydrothermal pretreatment(HP)conditions.Spent cow bedding was pretreated with low temperatures(50,70,and 90℃)and different pretreatment times(2-72 h)with ammonia and without ammonia.The results showed that spent cow bedding was a good raw material for AD.After pretreatment,the concentration of volatile fatty acids(VFAs)in the group of hydrothermal pretreatments with ammonia(HPA)was higher than that in the HP group at the same pretreatment temperature and time.The optimal pretreatment condition was achieved with an HPA of 50℃ holding for 72 h.At the optimal condition,the highest concentration of VFAs was 1.58-10.85 times higher than that of the other pretreated groups.The highest hemicellulose and lignin removal rates were 58.07%and 10.32%,respectively.The highest methane yield was 163.0 ml(g· VS)^(-1),which was 48.9%higher than that of the untreated group.The VFAs,pH,and reducing sugars showed positive relationships with the methane yield.Therefore,HP at low temperature can enhance the AD performance of spent cow bedding.Xitong Wang Hairong Yuan Xiaocong Song Xiujin Li Xiaoyu Zuo 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,11:1

20Preparation, characterization, and in vitro/vivo evaluation of polymer-assisting formulation of atorvastatin calcium based on solid dispersion technique显示文摘Due to low solubility and bioavailability, atorvastatin calcium is confronted with challenge in conceiving appropriate formulation. Solid dispersion of atorvastatin calcium was prepared through the solvent evaporation method, with Poloxamer 188 as hydrophilic carriers. This formulation was then characterized by scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, powder X-ray diffraction and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Moreover, all these studies suggested the conversion of crystalline atorvastatin calcium. In addition, the drug solubility studies as well as dissolution rates compared with bulk drug and market tablets Lipitor were also examined. Furthermore, the study investigated the pharmacokinetics after oral administration of Lipitor and solid dispersion. And the AUC 0–8 h and C max increased after taking ATC-P188 solid dispersion orally compared with that of Lipitor.
