1Research and Evaluation on Key Technological Indicators for Airborne and Shipborne Gravimetry显示文摘Gravimetry technical guides are the scientific basis for air-sea gravimetry. However, the existing technical guides in China are behind the application requirements. This study analyzed the most important indicators of air-sea gravimetry, including the density of survey lines, gravimetry accuracy and space resolution, stability and reliability of the air-sea gravimeter, and proposed a gravimetry accuracy assessment system consisting of gravity RMS of error, systematic error and mean error, and an assessment system for the gravimeter stability consisting of the relative accuracy of the scale value, monthly zero-drift, RMS of the monthly nonlinear zero-drift variation and the threshold of the monthly nonlinear zero-drift variation. The mathematic models for the measurement point determination in shipborne gravimetry, E tv s correction for airborne gravimetry, platform tilt correction and evaluation air-sea gravimetry were also analyzed and modified. 2Efficient degradation of Rhodamine B by magnetically recoverable Fe_(3)O_(4)-modified ternary CoFeCu-layered double hydroxides via activating peroxymonosulfate显示文摘Environment-friendly nano-catalysts capable of activating peroxymonosulfate(PMS)have received increasing attention recently.Nevertheless,traditional nano-catalysts are generally well dispersed and difficult to be separated from reaction system,so it is particularly important to develop nano-catalysts with both good catalytic activity and excellent recycling efficiency.In this work,magnetically recoverable Fe_(3)O_(4)-modified ternary CoFeCu-layered double hydroxides(Fe_(3)O_(4)/CoFeCu-LDHs)was prepared by a simple co-precipitation method and initially applied to activate PMS for the degradation of Rhodamine B(Rh B).X-ray diffraction(XRD),fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller method(BET),and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)were applied to characterize morphology,structure,specific surface area and magnetism.In addition,the effects of several key parameters were evaluated.The Fe_(3)O_(4)/CoFeCu-LDHs exhibited high catalytic activity,and Rh B degradation efficiency could reach 100%within 20 min by adding 0.2 g/L of catalyst and 1 mmol/L of PMS into 50 mg/L of Rh B solution under a wide pH condition(3.0-7.0).Notably,the Fe_(3)O_(4)/CoFeCu-LDHs showed good super-paramagnetism and excellent stability,which could be effectively and quickly recovered under magnetic condition,and the degradation efficiency after ten cycles could still maintain 98.95%.Both radicals quenching tests and electron spin resonance(ESR)identified both HO·and SO_(4)^(·-) were involved and SO_(4)^(·-) played a dominant role on the RhB degradation.Finally,the chemical states of the sample’s surface elements were measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and the possible activation mechanism in Fe_(3)O_(4)/CoFeCu-LDHs/PMS system was proposed according to comprehensive analysis.Tong Li Xiange Du Jieqiong Deng Kai Qi Jiandong Zhang Lili Gao Xiuping Yue 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,10:4

5An Energy-Efficient Query Based on Variable Region for Large-Scale Smart Grid显示文摘The state-of-the-art query techniques in power grid monitoring systems focus on querying history data, which typically introduces an unwanted lag when the systems try to discover emergency situations. The monitoring data of large-scale smart grids are massive, dynamic and highly dimensional, so global query, the method widely adopted in continuous queries in Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN), is rendered not suitable for its high energy consumption. The situation is even worse with increasing application complexity. We propose an energy-efficient query technique for large-scale smart grids based on variable regions. This method can query an arbitrary region based on variable physical windows, and optimizes data retrieve paths by a key nodes selection strategy. According to the characteristics of sensing data, we introduce an efficient filter into the each query subtree to keep non-skyline data from being retrieved. Experimental results show that our method can efficiently return the overview situation of any query region. Compared to TAG and ESA, the average query efficiency of our approach is improved by 79% and 46%, respectively; the total energy consumption of regional query is decreased by 82% and 50%, respectively.Yan Wang Qingxu Deng Genghao Liu Xiuping Hao Baoyan Song 2016China Communications2016,13,10:0
6Phytoestrogen-derived multifunctional ligands for targeted therapy of breast cancer显示文摘Nano-targeted delivery systems have been widely used for breast tumor drug delivery.Estrogen receptors are considered to be significant drug delivery target receptors due to their overexpression in a variety of tumor cells.However,targeted ligands have a significant impact on the safety and effectiveness of active delivery systems,limiting the clinical transformation of nanoparticles.Phytoestrogens have shown good biosafety characteristics and some affinity with the estrogen receptor.In the present study,molecular docking was used to select tanshinone IIA(Tan IIA)among phytoestrogens as a target ligand to be used in nanodelivery systems with somemodifications.Modified Tan IIA(Tan-NH2)showed a good biosafety profile and demonstrated tumor-targeting,anti-tumor and anti-tumor metastasis effects.Moreover,the ligand was utilized with the anti-tumor drug Dox-loaded mesoporous silica nanoparticles via chemical modification to generate a nanocomposite Tan-Dox-MSN.Tan-Dox-MSN had a uniform particle size,good dispersibility and high drug loading capacity.Validation experiments in vivo and in vitro showed that it also had a better targeting ability,anti-tumor effect and lower toxicity in normal organs.These results supported the idea that phytoestrogens with high affinity for the estrogen receptor could improve the therapeutic efficacy of nano-targeted delivery systems in breast tumors.Ying Zhang Hao Pan Changxiang Yu Rui Liu Bin Xing Bei Jia Jiachen He Xintao Jia Xiaojiao Feng Qingqing Zhang Wenli Dang Zheming Hu Xiuping Deng Pan Guo Zhidong Liu Weisan Pan 2023Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2023,18,4:0
