3ST-Trader:A Spatial-Temporal Deep Neural Network for Modeling Stock Market Movement显示文摘Stocks that are fundamentally connected with each other tend to move together.Considering such common trends is believed to benefit stock movement forecasting tasks.However,such signals are not trivial to model because the connections among stocks are not physically presented and need to be estimated from volatile data.Motivated by this observation,we propose a framework that incorporates the inter-connection of firms to forecast stock prices.To effectively utilize a large set of fundamental features,we further design a novel pipeline.First,we use variational autoencoder(VAE)to reduce the dimension of stock fundamental information and then cluster stocks into a graph structure(fundamentally clustering).Second,a hybrid model of graph convolutional network and long-short term memory network(GCN-LSTM)with an adjacency graph matrix(learnt from VAE)is proposed for graph-structured stock market forecasting.Experiments on minute-level U.S.stock market data demonstrate that our model effectively captures both spatial and temporal signals and achieves superior improvement over baseline methods.The proposed model is promising for other applications in which there is a possible but hidden spatial dependency to improve time-series prediction.Xiurui Hou Kai Wang Cheng Zhong Zhi Wei 2021IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2021,8,5:5
4Gene characterization and molecular pathway analysis of reverse thermosensitive genic male sterility in eggplant(Solanum melongena L.)显示文摘The naturally occurring mutant eggplant line 05ms was identified with reverse thermosensitive genic male sterility(rTGMS),but its temperature-responsive fertility mechanisms remain largely unknown.Here,we studied the flower morphology,anther cellular structure,and genome-wide gene expression of this rTGMS line.Candidate genes for thermosensitive male sterility during the microspore development of 05ms and the temperature-insensitive line S63 under low-temperature(LT)and high-temperature(HT)conditions were identified.Under LT,tapetum cells were vacuolated and had delayed disintegration in 05ms.RNA-seq analysis indicated that DEGs were enriched in the KEGG pathways‘plant hormone signal transduction’,‘starch and sucrose metabolism’,and‘phenylpropanoid biosynthesis’.We identified two genes,4CLL1(Sme2.5_00368.1_g00010.1)and CKI1(Sme2.5_10056.1_g00002.1),which could potentially regulate eggplant anther development and may be candidate genes for rTGMS.Finally,we propose a working model of anther abortion for rTGMS in eggplant.CKI1 responds to LT stress and causes expression changes in genes related to anther development,such as 4CLL1,and the cellular structure of the tapetum becomes abnormal,causing male sterility.The findings of this study explain the underlying molecular mechanisms of male sterility in eggplant rTGMS lines.Bing Li Xueping Chen Yanrong Wu Aixia Gu Jingjing Zhang Shuangxia Luo Xiurui Gao Jianjun Zhao Xiuqing Pan Shuxing Shen 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:5
5A cloud detection method based on a time series of MODIS surface reflectance images显示文摘The Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)-Terra surface reflectance product(MOD09A1),with bands 1 to 7,is a gridded,eight-day composite product derived from the MODIS-Terra top of atmosphere reflectance swaths.It performs cloud detection and corrects for the effects of atmospheric gases and aerosols.The cloud mask(CM)algorithms for MODIS are based on empirical thresholds on spectral reflectance and brightness temperature.Since the spatial resolution of the thermal band is 1000 m,while that of MOD09A1 is 500 m,many undetected and false clouds are observed in MOD09A1.These errors always result in temporal and spatial inconsistencies in higher-level products.In this paper,a cloud detection algorithm(TSCD)based on a MOD09A1 time series is introduced.Time series cloud detection(TSCD)algorithm is based on the relative stability of ground reflectance and the sudden variations in reflectance that result from cloud cover.The algorithm first searches the clear-sky reference data,and then discriminates clouded and unclouded pixels by detecting a sudden change of reflectance in the blue wavelength and spectral correlation coefficient at the pixel level.Compared with cloud cover assessments obtained from MODIS’original CM,TSCD provides similar or better discrimination in most situations when the land surface changes slowly.Hairong Tang Kai Yu Olivier Hagolle Kang Jiang Xiurui Geng Yongchao Zhao 2013International Journal of Digital Earth2013,6,S01:2

9DC-CIK细胞的生物学活性及抗淋巴瘤细胞的作用(英文)显示文摘Objective: To investigate the proliferation capabilities, immunophenotype changes, level of secreted cytokines and activities against lymphoma cells under the condition that cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells co-cultured with dendritic cells (DC) in vitro. Methods: DC and CIK cells were induced from peripheral blood mononuclear cells of healthy volunteers. They were co-cultured meanwhile CIK cells were cultured alone as controls. Increased number of cells were counted by tapan-blue staining, killing activities were detected by MTT assay, immunophenotype changes were analyzed by flow cytometry, the IL-12 and INF-γ levels of the cultured supernatants were detected by ELISA kits. Results: The proliferation capabilities of DC-CIK cells were significantly higher than that of CIK cells (P < 0.05). Under the same condition, the ratio of double positive cells such as CD3+ CD8+, CD3+ CD56+ in CIK cells was significantly enhanced by co-cultured with DC cells (P < 0.05). The level of IL-12 and INF-γ secreted in supernatants was increased noticeably by co-cultured DC-CIK cells on day 3 compared to CIK cells which were cultured alone (P < 0.01 and P < 0.05). Within the effector-target ratio range between 5:1 to 40:1, the activi-ties against lymphoma cells of DC-CIK cells were much higher than that of CIK cells (P < 0.05), and this effect was showed a positive correlation with the effector-target ratio. Conclusion: The proliferation capabilities, the level of secreted cytokines and the activities against lymphoma cells of DC-CIK cells were significantly higher than those of CIK cells. 13Application of ecosystem health cost-effect analysis in eco-planning in Guangzhou City, China显示文摘Ecosystem health has been a focal point and research frontier of applied ecology in recent years,increa-singly used in urban ecological studies.To quantify the effect of ecological improvement from eco-planning,an ecosystem health assessment method is used in eco-planning evaluation and decision support in the urban eco-planning research of Guangzhou City of China.Based on features of an urban ecosystem,five factors such as vigor,organizational struc-ture,resilience,ability to maintain ecosystem service,and influence on people’s health were selected to develop the assessment indicator system.Then,to evaluate the validity of planning measures,a cost-effect analysis of the different sce-narios on eco-planning was made,taking investment of the planned projects as the cost and ecosystem health state after implementing the scenarios as the effect.To establish priority of all the proposed planning schemes or countermeasures,variation of the ecosystem health state was evaluated when the investment of eco-environmental construction projects changes by P10%,P20%and P50%,respectively.Thus,the order of importance of eco-environment construction projects to the urban ecosystem health state can be worked out,providing a reference for prioritizing the implementation of such urban eco-environmental projects.The study proved the trial value of an ecosystem health evaluation method in urban eco-planning research.GUO Xiurui MAO Xianqiang YANG Jurong YANG Zhifeng 2007Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2007,1,3:1

17TOPOGRAPHIC CORRECTION OF ETM IMAGES BASED ON SMOOTHED TERRAIN显示文摘A new empirical topographic correction method is proposed in this paper. The main idea of the new method is smoothing the slope angle of terrain in the first place and then performing the cosine correction based on the smoothed terrain. A comparison is conducted among the new method and several other common methods using Landsat-7 ETM+ data. Visual analysis and statistical analysis are adopted to assess the performance of these methods from two aspects: overcorrection, homogeneity within a land cover class. Comparison results indicate that the new method is superior to the cosine correction, Gamma correction, Sun-Canopy-Sensor correction, and Minnaert correction. 18Identification of tumorigenic risk genes in human placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cells treated with 3-methylcholanthrene显示文摘Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)capable of tumour topotaxis have been served as cellular vehicles to deliver anti-tumour agents.As cellular components of the tumour microenvironment,MSCs also affect tumour progression.However,the tumour transformation-related genes of MSCs remain unclear since either tumorigenic or tumour suppressor effects within these cells have been researched.Hence,we aimed to identify potential biomarkers indicative of tumorigenic risk by RNA-seq analysis of human placenta tissue-derived MSCs(hPTMSCs)exposed to the carcinogenic agent,3-methylcholanthrene(3-MC).Twenty-nine tumour transformation-related genes and three pluripotency-related genes were appraised as differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in hPTMSCs.Overexpression of sfrp1 led to reduced cell viability,migration,and colony formation in A549.In contrast,the overexpression of ptgs2 exerted the opposite effect.These results indicate that A549 cells with high ptgs2 expression but low sfrp1 expression may have a more potential tumorigenic capacity.Taken together,this study suggests that ptgs2 and sfrp1 may be tumorigenic risk genes.YUANYUAN JIA XIAONA MA XIURUI YAN JING XUE TINGTING YANG XUEYUN LIANG XIAOMING LIU 2022BIOCELL2022,46,2:0
