| 3 | Using UAV to Detect Truth for Clean Data Collection in Sensor⁃Cloud Systems显示文摘Mobile edge users(MEUs)collect data from sensor devices and report to cloud systems,which can facilitate numerous applications in sensor‑cloud systems(SCS).However,because there is no effective way to access the ground truth to verify the quality of sensing devices’data or MEUs’reports,malicious sensing devices or MEUs may report false data and cause damage to the platform.It is critical for selecting sensing devices and MEUs to report truthful data.To tackle this challenge,a novel scheme that uses unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV)to detect the truth of sensing devices and MEUs(UAV‑DT)is proposed to construct a clean data collection platform for SCS.In the UAV‑DT scheme,the UAV delivers check codes to sensor devices and requires them to provide routes to the specified destination node.Then,the UAV flies along the path that enables maximal truth detection and collects the information of the sensing devices forwarding data packets to the cloud during this period.The information collected by the UAV will be checked in two aspects to verify the credibility of the sensor devices.The first is to check whether there is an abnormality in the received and sent data packets of the sensing devices and an evaluation of the degree of trust is given;the second is to compare the data packets submitted by the sensing devices to MEUs with the data packets submitted by the MEUs to the platform to verify the credibility of MEUs.Then,based on the verified trust value,an incentive mechanism is proposed to select credible MEUs for data collection,so as to create a clean data collection sensor‑cloud network.The simulation results show that the proposed UAV‑DT scheme can identify the trust of sensing devices and MEUs well.As a result,the proportion of clean data collected is greatly improved. | LI Xiuxian LI Zhetao OUYANG Yan DUAN Haohua XIANG Liyao | 2021 | ZTE Communications2021,19,3: | 1 |
| 4 | Automatic marker-free registration of single tree point-cloud data based on rotating projection显示文摘Point-cloud data acquired using a terrestrial laser scanner play an important role in digital forestry research.Multiple scans are generally used to overcome occlusion effects and obtain complete tree structural information.However,the placement of artificial reflectors in a forest with complex terrain for marker-based registration is time-consuming and difficult.In this study,an automatic coarse-to-fine method for the registration of pointcloud data from multiple scans of a single tree was proposed.In coarse registration,point clouds produced by each scan are projected onto a spherical surface to generate a series of two-dimensional(2D)images,which are used to estimate the initial positions of multiple scans.Corresponding feature-point pairs are then extracted from these series of 2D images.In fine registration,point-cloud data slicing and fitting methods are used to extract corresponding central stem and branch centers for use as tie points to calculate fine transformation parameters.To evaluate the accuracy of registration results,we propose a model of error evaluation via calculating the distances between center points from corresponding branches in adjacent scans.For accurate evaluation,we conducted experiments on two simulated trees and six real-world trees.Average registration errors of the proposed method were 0.026 m around on simulated tree point clouds,and 0.049 m around on real-world tree point clouds. | Xiuxian Xu Pei Wang Xiaozheng Gan Jingqian Sun Yaxin Li Li Zhang Qing Zhang Mei Zhou Yinghui Zhao Xinwei Li | 2022 | Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture2022,,1: | 1 |

| 6 | Clinical characteristics,risk factors,and prognoses of fungal keratitis caused by three common fungal species in Northern China显示文摘Background:To evaluate the clinical characteristics,risk factors,and treatment outcomes of fungal keratitis(FK)caused by three common fungal species in northern China.Methods:A total of 203 cases of FK caused by Fusarium,Aspergillus or Alternaria treated at Shandong Eye Institute were included.Clinical features were analyzed in the following aspects:(I)risk factors,including physical trauma,ocular surface diseases,contact lens wear,and non-identified risk factors;(II)clinical manifestations;(III)treatment approaches and prognosis.Results:There were 151 cases of Fusarium keratitis,35 cases of Aspergillus keratitis,and 17 cases of Alternaria keratitis.Trauma(71.9%)ranked first among the risk factors for all 3 kinds of FK(P=0.015).Plant matter was most common in FK caused by Fusarium(54.1%)and Alternaria(63.6%),while grit was predominant in Aspergillus keratitis(61.5%).The main clinical manifestations were pseudopodia(74.2%in Fusarium keratitis and 64.7%in Alternaria keratitis)and hypopyon(51.4%in Aspergillus keratitis).The lesion area was less than 10 mm2 in 64.7%of Alternaria infection and more than 10 mm2 in 60.9%of Fusarium infection.Recurrence was found in Fusarium(9.9%)and Aspergillus(5.7%)keratitis,but not in Alternaria keratitis.Conclusions:FK associated with Fusarium,Aspergillus,and Alternaria seems to have various risk factors,clinical characteristics,and prognoses.Awareness of the specific differences may help to guide the clinical treatment before the results of culture and susceptibility testing are available. | Xiuxian Wang Suxia Li Yanni Jia Xiaolin Qi Weiyun Shi Hua Gao | 2020 | Annals of Eye Science2020,,4: | 0 |
