1Molecular-scale integrated multi-functions for organic lightemitting transistors显示文摘Organic light-mitting transistors(OLETs)integrate the functions of light-emitting diodes and field-effect transistors into a unique device,opening a new door for optoelectronics.However,there is still a challenge due to the absence of high quality organic semiconductors for OLETs.Herein,we reported a novel molecule 2,6-di(anthracen-2-yl)naphthalene(2,6-DAN),which exhibited mobility of up to 19 cm2:V'-s'and an absolute fluorescence quantum yield of 37.09%,which are good values for organic semiconductors.Moreover,OLETs based on 2,6-DAN single crystals showed bright yellowish-green emission and well-balanced ambipolar charge transport.The excellent ratio of hole to electron mobilty can reach up to 0.86,which is superior to most single component OL ETs in typical device configurations reported so far.Lei Zheng Jinfeng Li Ke Zhou Xixia Yu Xiaotao Zhang Huanli Dong Wenping Hu 2020Nano Research2020,13,7:4
2Recent development and application of thin-film thermoelectric cooler显示文摘Recently,the performance and fabrication of thin-ilm thermoeletric materials have been jargely enhanced.Based on this enhancement,the thin-film thermoelectric cooler(TEC)is becoming a research hot topic,due to its high cooling flux and microchip level size.To fulfill a thin-film TEC,interfacial problems are unavoidable,as they may largely reduce the properties of a thin-film TEC.Moreover,the architecture of a thin-film TEC should also be properly designed.In this review,we introduced the enhancement of thermoelectric properties of(Bi,Sb)2(Te,Se)3 solid solution materials by chemical vapor deposition,physical vapor deposition and electro-deposition.Then,the interfacial problems,including contact resistance,interfacial diffusion and thermal contact resistance,were discussed.Furthermore,the design,fabrication,as well as the performance of thin-film TECs were summarized.Yuedong Yu Wei Zhu Xixia Kong Yaling Wang Pengcheng Zhu Yuan Deng 2020Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2020,14,4:1

4A new asymmetric anthracene derivative with high mobility显示文摘An asymmetric anthracene derivative(4-HDPA) was designed and synthesized.
