| 1 | Risk Judgment of and Suggestions for Shantytown Renovation Based on the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Model显示文摘Shantytown renovation is a livelihood project initiated by the Chinese government to reconstruct urban dilapidated housing and improve housing conditions for families in need. Since the funding problem is a major obstacle in the course of shantytown renovation, the government actively advocates the adoption of the public-private partnership(PPP) model. In view of the particularity of shantytown renovation and the complexity of the PPP model operation procedures, it is considered that the risk management of shantytown renovation based on the PPP model. | 2 | Development Paths of Characteristic Towns in Underdeveloped Areas in Central China——A Case Study of Yichun,Jiangxi显示文摘The demonstration effect triggered by the construction of Zhejiang's characteristic towns has attracted attention and learning from all over the country,and has set off a boom in building characteristic towns across the country. Under the dual constraints of industrial development and resource intensive use,the undeveloped areas of central China must find suitable development paths for characteristic towns. Taking Yichun City as an example,this article analyzes the advantages of Yichun City for developing characteristic towns combining its natural and economic conditions. The construction of characteristic towns in different regions needs to pay attention to regional differentiation. At present, the research on characteristic towns focuses on the developed the developed central and eastern regions. There are still few studies on characteristics towns in underdeveloped areas. | 8 | Identification of natural allelic variation in TTL1 controlling thermotolerance and grain size by a rice super pan-genome∞显示文摘Continuously increasing global temperatures present great challenges to food security.Grain size,one of the critical components determining grain yield in rice(Oryza sativa L.),is a prime target for genetic breeding.Thus,there is an immediate need for genetic improvement in rice to maintain grain yield under heat stress.However,quantitative trait loci(QTLs)endowing heat stress tolerance and grain size in rice are extremely rare.Here,we identified a novel negative regulator with pleiotropic effects,Thermo‐Tolerance and grain Length 1(TTL1),from the super pan‐genomic and transcriptomic data.Loss‐of‐function mutations in TTL1 enhanced heat tolerance,and caused an increase in grain size by coordinating cell expansion and proliferation.TTL1 was shown to function as a transcriptional regulator and localized to the nucleus and cell membrane.Furthermore,haplotype analysis showed that hapL and hapS of TTL1 were obviously correlated with variations of thermotolerance and grain size in a core collection of cultivars.Genome evolution analysis of available rice germplasms suggested that TTL1 was selected during domestication of the indica and japonica rice subspecies,but still had much breeding potential for increasing grain length and thermotolerance.These findings provide insights into TTL1 as a novel potential target for the development of high‐yield and thermotolerant rice varieties. | Yarong Lin Yiwang Zhu Yuchao Cui Hongge Qian Qiaoling Yuan Rui Chen Yan Lin Jianmin Chen Xishi Zhou Chuanlin Shi Huiying He Taijiao Hu Chenbo Gu Xiaoman Yu Xiying Zhu Yuexing Wang Qian Qian Cuijun Zhang Feng Wang Lianguang Shang | 2023 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2023,65,12: | 0 |

| 10 | Genesis of Neogene Formation Waters in the Central Qaidam Basin:Clues from Hydrochemistry and Stable D-O-S-Sr Isotopes显示文摘Geological explorations have revealed plentiful Neogene formation waters in anticlines in the central Qaidam Basin(QB).However,the hydrochemistry and origin of these waters are obscure.In this study,the hydrochemistry and DO-S-Sr isotopes of these formation waters were determined to study their origin and evolution.The formation waters are enriched in Na-Ca-Cl,and depleted in Mg-K-SO4-HCO3ions with elevated Li-B-Br-Sr elements.The D-O isotopes prove that the formation waters originated from weak-evaporated meteoric waters,and experienced water-rock interactions.Ion comparisons and Caexcess-Nadeficitdiagrams suggest that solute sources of these waters include evaporite dissolution,waterrock interaction,and minor residual lake brines.Bacterial sulfate reduction and water-rock interactions are supported by the high S-Sr isotopes.The enriched Li-B-Br-Sr concentrations of these waters are in accord with the high geochemical background values of the QB.Regarding the genesis of the formation waters,it can be concluded that meteoric waters from the southern Kunlun Mountains were discharged into the basin,weakly evaporated,and then infiltrated into the Neogene strata through faults leaching the soluble ions and mixing with residual lake brines,and all experienced water-rock interactions and a sulphate reduction process. | HAN Guang PAN Tong LI Qingkuan FAN Qishun HU Yan LIU Jiubo ZHANG Xiying | 2023 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2023,97,6: | 0 |
