| 4 | Efficient projected gradient methods for cardinality constrained optimization显示文摘Sparse optimization has attracted increasing attention in numerous areas such as compressed sensing, financial optimization and image processing. In this paper, we first consider a special class of cardinality constrained optimization problems, which involves box constraints and a singly linear constraint. An efficient approach is provided for calculating the projection over the feasibility set after a careful analysis on the projection subproblem. Then we present several types of projected gradient methods for a general class of cardinality constrained optimization problems. Global convergence of the methods is established under suitable assumptions. Finally, we illustrate some applications of the proposed methods for signal recovery and index tracking.Especially for index tracking, we propose a new model subject to an adaptive upper bound on the sparse portfolio weights. | 5 | Adaptive projected gradient thresholding methods for constrained l0problems显示文摘In this paper, we propose and analyze adaptive projected gradient thresholding(APGT) methods for finding sparse solutions of the underdetermined linear systems with equality and box constraints. The general convergence will be demonstrated, and in addition, the bound of the number of iterations is established in some special cases. Under suitable assumptions, it is proved that any accumulation point of the sequence generated by the APGT methods is a local minimizer of the underdetermined linear system. Moreover, the APGT methods, under certain conditions, can find all s-sparse solutions for accurate measurement cases and guarantee the stability and robustness for flawed measurement cases. | 19 | Improving PSCs' Short-circuit Current by Adding NaErF_(4): 0.5%Tm@NaLuF_(4) Up-conversion Nanoparticles Insertion Layer显示文摘In this study,we synthesized a core-shell structure of up-conversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)and deposited it on the surface of fluorine-doped tin oxide(FTO).Subsequently,we assembled a series of perovskite solar cells with FTO/UCNPs/c-TiO_(2)/mp-TiO_(2)/MAPbI3/Spiro-OMeTAD/Au structures with an effective area of 0.04 cm^(2).To optimize the devices,we adjusted the concentration of UCNPs precursor.The optimized device showed a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 16.73%and a short-circuit current density(Jsc)of 26.94 mA/cm^(2) at AM 1.5.These values are 9.20%and 10.47%higher than those of the best performing control device(15.32%for PCE and 24.12 mA/cm^(2) for Jsc),respectively.Furthermore,we characterized the perovskite layer,charge transport layer,and perovskite solar cells using various analytical methods.The results showed that the addition of UCNPs not only improved the charge extraction and transfer,but also enhanced the stability of electron transport layer devices.In conclusion,our findings offer a process for optimizing perovskite cells using UCNPs and preliminarily analyzing their principles. | LIU Deye LU Yang LI Xu LIU Fengmin LIU Xiaomin LU Geyu | 2023 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2023,39,6: | 0 |
| 20 | Intelligent option portfolio model with perspective of shadow price and risk‑free profit显示文摘Since Markowitz proposed modern portfolio theory,portfolio optimization has been being a classic topic in financial engineering.Although it is generally accepted that options help to improve the market,there is still an improvement for the portrayal of their unique properties in portfolio problems.In this paper,an intelligent option portfolio model is developed that allows selling options contracts to earn option fees and considers the high leverage of options in the market.Deep learning methods are used to predict the forward price of the underlying asset,making the model smarter.It can find an optimal option portfolio that maximizes the final wealth among the call and put options with multiple strike prices.We use the duality theory to analyze the marginal contribution of initial assets,risk tolerance limit,and portfolio leverage limit for the final wealth.The leverage limit of the option portfolio has a significant impact on the return.To satisfy the investors with different risk preferences,we also give the conditions for the option portfolio to gain a risk-free return and replace the Conditional Value-at-Risk.Numerical experiments demonstrate that the intelligent option portfolio model obtains a satisfactory out-of-sample return,which is significantly positively correlated with the volatility of the underlying asset and negatively correlated with the forecast error of the forward price.The risk-free option model is effective in achieving the goal of no drawdown and gaining satisfactory returns.Investors can adjust the balance point between returns and risks according to their risk preference. | Fengmin Xu Jieao Ma | 2023 | Financial Innovation2023,9,1: | 0 |
