| 2 | Electrical properties of fly ash and its decarbonization by electrostatic separation显示文摘The basic principle of fly ash triboelectrification is analysed. The mineral electrical index and test method are introduced. The electric difference of different mineral composition of fly ash is discussed by analysis of chemical and mineral composition of fly ash in Xinwen power plant. The dielectric constant and charge–mass ratio of carbon and ash of fly ash are tested. Combined with the experimental study on rotary triboelectrostatic separation, the charged characteristic of fly ash particles with different size is gained. The results show that the dielectric constant of fly ash with different grain size decreased with the decrease of particle size, which lead to the poor electrical conductivity. Thus it can be seen that particle size plays a leading role in conductivity. The charge of carbon and ash with each size increased with the decreased of particle size; and the charge–mass ratio between carbon and ash with the same size larger with the decrease of size, which indicated that the finer particle size, the more favorable for triboelectrification separation. | 3 | Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of influenza: a systematic review and Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To justify the clinical use of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in the treatment of influenza.METHODS: MEDLINE, EMBASE, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, China Science and Technology Journal Database, Wanfang Database and the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews were searched from thedate of inception until January 1,2013, for the literature on treatment of influenza with TCM.RESULTS: A total of 7 randomized controlled trials were identified and reviewed. Of these trials, 2 compared a(modified) prescription of TCM with oseltamivir and 5 compared a patent traditional Chinese drug with oseltamivir. Based on the Meta-analysis,compared to oseltamivir, the(modified) prescription had similar effect in defervescence [WMD=5.66, 95% CI(﹣32.02, 43.35), P=0.77] and viral shedding [WMD=﹣ 6.21, 95% CI(﹣84.19, 71.76), P=0.88], and the patent traditional Chinese drug also had similar effect in viral shedding [WMD=﹣ 0.24,95% CI(﹣4.79, 4.31), P=0.92] but more effective in defervescence [WMD=﹣4.65, 95%CI(﹣8.91, ﹣0.38),P=0.03].CONCLUSION: TCM has potential positive effects in the treatment of influenza. | Chunya Wang Hao Wang Xinying Liu Dongping Xu Yiping Tang Ping Luo | 2014 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2014，34，5： | 5 |
| 4 | Complementation of Wild-Type and Drug-Resistant Hepatitis B Virus Genomes to Maintain Viral Replication and Rescue Virion Production under Nucleos(t)ide Analogs显示文摘As the open reading frames of hepatitis B virus(HBV)genomes are overlapping,resistance mutations(MTs)in HBV polymerase may result in stop codon MTs in hepatitis B surface proteins,which are usually detected as a mixed population with wild-type(WT)HBV.The question was raised how the coexistence of nucleos(t)ide analogs(NAs)resistance MTs and WT sequences affects HBV replication.In the present study,HBV genomes with frequently detected reverse transcriptase(RT)/surface truncation MTs,rtA181T/sW172^*,rtV191I/sW182^*and rtM204I/sW196^*,were phenotypically characterized alone or together with their WT counterparts in different ratios by transient transfection in the absence or presence of Nas.In the absence of Nas,RT/surface truncation MTs impaired the expression and secretion of HBV surface proteins,and had a dose-dependent negative effect on WT HBV virion secretion.However,in the presence of Nas,coexistence of MTs with WT maintained viral replication,and the presence of WT was able to rescue the production of MT HBV virions.Our findings reveal that complementation of WT and MT HBV genomes is highly effective under drug treatment. | Chunchen Wu Baolin Li Xiaoyong Zhang Kaitao Zhao Yingshan Chen Yifei Yuan Yan Liu Rongjuan Chen Dongping Xu Xinwen Chen Mengji Lu | 2019 | Virologica Sinica2019，34，4： | 4 |

Using deformation harmonious conditions of the interface, the effects of stiffeners and layer are treated as reverse forces and moments acting on the cylindrical shell. In studying the acoustic field produced by vibration of the submerged ring-stiffened cylindrical coated shell, the structure dynamic equation, Helmholtz equation in the fluid field and the continuous conditions of the fluid-structure interface compose the cou-pling vibration equation of the sound-fluid-structure. The extract of sound pressure comes down to the extract of coupling vibration equation. | 9 | Efficacy compared between entecavir and adefovir dipivoxil on HBeAg-positive nucleos(t)ide-naive patients with chronic hepatitis B at week 12 and week 48显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of entecavir and adefovir dipivoxil on HBeAg-positive nucleos(t)ide-naive patients with chronic hepatitis B with the method of Meta analysis.Methods:We searched PUBMED,EMBASE,CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure),the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials and the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews with reference to all data documented before May 2010.The dosage of entecavir and adefovir dipivoxil was 0.5 mg/d and 10 mg/d,respectively.Heterogeneity was examined by Chi-square test,the relative risk calculated and forest plot drawn.Rates of undetected serum HBV DNA,serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) normalization,HBeAg clearance,HBeAg seroconversion and adverse effect occurrence were analyzed.Results:Six articles were included,which fit well in with this study.Meta analysis showed that the rate of undetected serum HBV DNA(P=0.000 2 at week 12,P=0.002 at week 48)and that of serum ALT normalization(P=0.04 at week 12,P=0.008 at week 48)in the entecavir group were higher than those in the adefovir dipivoxil group.However,no statistic significance existed between the two groups in the rate of HBeAg clearance (P=0.17),the rate of HBeAg seroconversion(P=0.53)or the rate of adverse effect occurrence(P=0.92)at week 48.Conclusion:Entecavir was superior to adefovir dipivoxil in decreasing serum HBV DNA and normalizing serum ALT in the HBeAg-positive nucleos(t)ide-naive patients with chronic hepatitis B. | Zhao Pan Xu Dongping Wang Xi Duan Guangfeng Huang Lili | 2010 | Journal of Medical Colleges of PLA(China)2010，25，5： | 2 |

| 14 | Tamoxifen attenuates reactive astrocyte-induced brain metastasis and drug resistance through the IL-6/STAT3 signaling pathway显示文摘Brain metastasis affects approxim ately 20%-30%of patients w ith triple-negative breast cancers(TNBCs).Even sm all metastatic lesions in the brain can trigg er severe neurological im pairm ents and result in extrem ely short survival time.Recently,active astrocytes were reported to be associated w ith brain metastases.However,how activated astrocytes regulate the behaviors of disseminated breast cancer cells in the brain remains unknown.In this study,human prim ary astrocytes were stim ulated w ith IL-1β to form active astrocytes to study the cross-talk between strom al cells(astrocytes)and TNBC cells in brain metastases.Our results showed that active astrocytes significantly increase the m alignancy of TNBC cells and prevent them from undergoing apoptosis caused by doxorubicin.We also found that the high level of IL-6 secreted by activated astrocytes was responsible for the drug resistance of breast cancer,which could be abolished by treatm ent of astrocytes with tam oxifen(TAM).The blockage of active astrocyte-derived IL-6 by a neutralizing antibody resulted in the attenuation of drug resistance,consequently enhancing the sensitivity of breast cancer cells to doxorubicin.Furthermore,the possible involved TAM-m odulated drug resistance mechanism may be associated with a decrease in IL-6 expression in astrocytes and the downregulation of MAPK and JAK2/STAT3 signaling in cancer cells.Our data suggested that TAMs might reduce drug resistance through the IL-6/JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway,providing a possible therapy to treat brain metastasis in TNBCs,as estrogen receptor inhibitors(TAMs,etc.)can cross the blood-brain barrier. | Yongming Xu Yanrong Zhu Yong Yue Shaofeng Pu Junzhen Wu Yingying Lv Dongping Du | 2020 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020，52，12： | 1 |
