1Coastal seafloor observatory at Xiaoqushan in the East China Sea显示文摘The seafloor observation system is becoming an important infrastructure for marine research because it is transforming oceanic research from temporal investigation to long term observation.The East China Sea coastal seafloor observatory,located between 30°31′44″N,122°15′12″E and 30°31′34″N,122°14′40″E,is constructed near the Xiaoqushan Island outside the Hangzhou Bay on the inner continental shelf of the East China Sea.The observatory is connected by a submarine optical fiber composite power cable that is more than one kilometer long and consists of a special junction box that transmits power and communication signals to different instruments.The special junction box has a variety of waterproof plugs and connects to three different instruments installed in a trawl preventer.The submarine optical fiber composite power cable is landed on the platform by The East China Sea Branch,State Oceanic Administration and the power is continuously supplied by the solar panels and solar battery on the top of the platform.The real time data are directly sent through the cable to the platform and are transmitted by CDMA wireless to the receiver at the State Key Laboratory of Marine Geology of Tongji University.Measurements at the observatory have been taken since April 20,2009 after installation and the results have been interpreted.The characteristics of the near bottom boundary are constrained by a sediment suspension model using portion of the observed data.In particular,discussion is provided on the sea surface height anomaly at Xiaoqushan Island influenced by the tsunami driven by the 2010 Earthquake in Chile.The successful establishment of the coastal seafloor observatory is the first step toward future development of seafloor observation systems in China.It not only accumulates experiences in technology and engineering,but also paves the way for performing important oceanic research using the long term continuous observation platform.XU HuiPing ZHANG YanWei XU ChangWei LI JianRu LIU Ding QIN RuFu LUO ShenQian FAN DaiDu 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,26:10
2Recent advances in nanomaterials for sonodynamic therapy显示文摘Sonodynamic therapy(SDT),as a novel non-invasive strategy for eliminating tumor,has the advantages of deeper tissue penetration,fewer side effects,and better patient compliance,compared with photodynamic therapy(PDT).In SDT,ultrasound was used to activate sonosensitizer to produce cytotoxic reactive oxygen species(ROS),induce the collapse of vacuoles in solution,and bring about irreversible damage to cancer cells.In recent years,much effort has been devoted to developing highly efficient sonosensitizers which can efficiently generate ROS.However,the traditional organic sonosensitizers,such as porphyrins,hypericin,and curcumins,suffer from complex synthesis,poor water solubility,and low tumor targeting efficacy which limit the benefits of SDT.In contrast,inorganic sonosensitizers show good in vivo stability,controllable physicochemical properties,ease of achieving multifunctionality,and high tumor targeting,which greatly expanded their application in SDT.In this review,we systematically summarize the nanomaterials which act as the carrier of molecular sonosensitizers,and directly produce ROS under ultrasound.Moreover,the prospects of inorganic nanomaterials for SDT application are also discussed.Ting Xu Shaojing Zhao Changwei Lin Xiuli Zheng Minhuan Lan 2020Nano Research2020,13,11:5
3Theories,technologies and practices of lacustrine shale oil exploration and development:A case study of Paleogene Kongdian Formation in Cangdong sag,Bohai Bay Basin,China显示文摘As the main factors affecting stable and high production and the production regularity of lacustrine shale oil are unclear,the theoretical understandings,key exploration and development technologies,development effect and production regularity of lacustrine shale oil have been analyzed and summarized based on 700 m cores taken systematically from Paleogene Kong 2 Member of 4 wells in Cangdong sag,over 100000 analysis data and formation testing data.Three theoretical understandings on shale oil enrichment and high production have been reached:(1)High-quality shale with“three highs and one low”is the material base for shale oil enrichment.(2)Medium-slightly high thermal evolution degree is the favorable condition for shale oil enrichment.(3)Laminar felsic shale is the optimal shale layer for oil enrichment in semi-deep lake facies.Key exploration and development technologies such as shale oil enrichment layer and area evaluation and prediction,horizontal well pattern layout,shale oil reservoir fracturing,optimization of shale oil production regime have been established to support high and stable shale oil production.Under the guidance of these theoretical understandings and technologies,shale oil in Cangdong sag has achieved high and stable production,and 4 of them had the highest production of over 100 tons a day during formation testing.In particular,Well GY5-1-1 L had a daily oil production of 208 m^(3).By April,2022,the 28 wells combined have a stable oil production of 300–350 tons a day,and have produced 17.8×10^(4) t of oil cumulatively.It is found that the shale oil production of horizontal well declines exponentially in natural flow stage,and declines in step pattern and then tends stable in the artificial lift stage.Proportion of light hydrocarbons in produced shale oil is in positive correlation with daily oil production and decreases regularly during production test.ZHAO Xianzheng ZHOU Lihong PU Xiugang JIN Fengming HAN Wenzhong SHI Zhannan CHEN Changwei JIANG Wenya GUAN Quansheng XU Jing LIU Xuewei ZHANG Wei MA Jianying 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,3:4
4Organellar genome assembly methods and comparative analysis of horticultural plants显示文摘Although organellar genomes(including chloroplast and mitochondrial genomes)are smaller than nuclear genomes in size and gene number,organellar genomes are very important for the investigation of plant evolution and molecular ecology mechanisms.Few studies have focused on the organellar genomes of horticultural plants.Approximately 1193 chloroplast genomes and 199 mitochondrial genomes of land plants are available in the National Center for Biotechnology Information(NCBI),of which only 39 are from horticultural plants.In this paper,we report an innovative and efficient method for high-quality horticultural organellar genome assembly from next-generation sequencing(NGS)data.Sequencing reads were first assembled by Newbler,Amos,and Minimus software with default parameters.The remaining gaps were then filled through BLASTN search and PCR.The complete DNA sequence was corrected based on Illumina sequencing data using BWA(Burrows–Wheeler Alignment tool)software.The advantage of this approach is that there is no need to isolate organellar DNA from total DNA during sample preparation.Using this procedure,the complete mitochondrial and chloroplast genomes of an ornamental plant,Salix suchowensis,and a fruit tree,Ziziphus jujuba,were identified.This study shows that horticultural plants have similar mitochondrial and chloroplast sequence organization to other seed plants.Most horticultural plants demonstrate a slight bias toward A+T rich features in the mitochondrial genome.In addition,a phylogenetic analysis of 39 horticultural plants based on 15 protein-coding genes showed that some mitochondrial genes are horizontally transferred from chloroplast DNA.Our study will provide an important reference for organellar genome assembly in other horticultural plants.Furthermore,phylogenetic analysis of the organellar genomes of horticultural plants could accurately clarify the unanticipated relationships among these plants.Xuelin Wang Feng Cheng Dekai Rohlsen Changwei Bi Chunyan Wang Yiqing Xu Suyun Wei Qiaolin Ye Tongming Yin Ning Ye 2018Horticulture Research2018,5,1:4
5Construction of Highly Emissive Pt(Ⅱ) Metallacycles upon Irradiation显示文摘Photoswitchable or photoactivatable fluorescent species have been found wide applications within supramolecular chemistry and materials science.In this study,we successfully constructed two highly emissive Pt(Ⅱ)metallacycles from the diarylethene ligands via coordination-driven self-assembly.Different from the most known fluorescent metallacycles,the obtained metallacycles have displayed'turn-on'fluorescence switching.They are non-fluorescent in solution,but they emit highly yellow or orange fluorescence under ultraviolet irradiation.The metallacycles were well characterized by 1H NMR,31P NMR and ESI-TOF-MS.The photochromic properties of the resultant metallacycles were investigated by 1H NMR,31P NMR,UV/Vis spectrum and fluorescence spectrum.Notably,NMR studies revealed that these two metallacycles featured excellent cyclization efficiency(90% conversion efficiency).Moreover,the closed-ring isomers of the metallacycles displayed relatively high quantum yield(ФF=0.5).DFT simulations demonstrated that the antiparallel configuration of the diarylethene ligand had an angle closed to 120°,which was more stable in energy compared to the parallel configuration,thus allowing for the facile construction of highly emissive metallacycles.We believe that such highly emissive metallacycles which are in-situ prepared upon irradiation can be used as new fluorescence materials for sensing and bioimaging in the future.Yi Qin Ying Zhang Guangqiang Yin Yuxuan Wang Changwei Zhang Lijun Chen Hongwei Tan Xiaopeng Li Lin Xu Haibo Yang 2019Chinese Journal of Chemistry2019,37,4:2

9QTL Detection for Albinism-Related Loci in Chinese Tongue Sole(Cynoglossus semilaevis)显示文摘The Chinese tongue sole(Cynoglossus semilaevis) is widely cultured in the coastal region of East Asia and has excellent economic value. However, the high albino rate of the breeding population has caused a significant loss to the aquaculture industry. To study the molecular mechanism of albinism, the present study used an albino Chinese tongue sole family to construct three simple sequence repeat(SSR) linkage groups, and draft a preliminary linkage map related to albinism. After albinism-related loci mapping, 18 albinism-related loci were detected under two models(containing 2407 genes) compared to the Chinese tongue sole genome. One of these loci, the tyrosinase related protein(tyrp2), which has been reported previously as an important gene regulating both eumelanin and phaeomelanin levels, was indicated to be the possible cause of albinism. Thirty-five Gene Ontology(GO) terms and 14 Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genome pathways were annotated via bioinformatic analyses. One GO term with protein tyrosine kinase activity, which contained 10 genes, was previously suggested to affect fish albinism. 16Influence of incorporating beta zeolite nanoparticles on water permeability and ion selectivity of polyamide nanofiltration membranes显示文摘A novel polyamide(PA) thin film nanocomposite(TFN) membrane modified with Beta( β) zeolite was prepared by interfacial polymerization on a poly(ether sulfone)(PES) ultrafiltration membrane. Compared with the PA thin film composite(TFC) membrane, the introduction of β zeolite with porous structure notably increased the water flux of TFN membrane. Because the β zeolite with tiny-sized and well-defined inner-porous acted as prior flow channels for water molecules and a barrier for the sulfate ions. The successful introduction of β zeolite into the(PA) selective layer and their dispersion in the corresponding layer were verified by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and atomic force microscopy(AFM). Water contact angle, zeta potential measurements were used to characterize the changes of membrane surface properties before and after incorporating the β zeolite. With the β zeolite introducing, the water contact angle of modified TFN membrane was decreased to 47.8°, which was benefited to improve the water flux. Meanwhile, the negative charges of the modified TFN membrane was increased, resulting in an enhancement of separation effect on SO4^2- and Cl^-. 19Implementation of Online Teaching Behavior Analysis System显示文摘Online teaching is gradually spreading widely,but there are problems in online teaching evaluation,such as lack of reference index,students’learning state feedback being hard to get in real-time.To improve online teaching quality and evaluation,a classroom behavior analysis and evaluation system based on deep learning face recognition technology is proposed.This system conducts the model training and tests on the deep learning development framework(TensorFlow).It implements the frame image processing through the Mask R-CNN network,extracts the skeleton and the angle direction information to establish the vector,thus carries out the classroom behavior recognition and analysis,and serves as the appraisal important index.The behavior analysis is made and the results show that the recognition rate is high and the learning situation feedback is given in real time.The experiment shows that the system has certain robustness and high accuracy in the real scene.It is convenient for classroom teaching management and implementation,and is helpful to improve the teaching quality.Xu Zhao Changwei Chen Yongquan Li 2021国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2021,,2:0
