| 1 | 我国胆石病十年来的变迁显示文摘作者报道了由全国胆道外科学组组织的来自7个省市、33所医院3911例胆结石手术病例的第二次全国临床调查资料并与十年前首次调查的结果(中华外科杂志1987,25:321~329)比较。调查证实:胆石病仍是我国普外临床的多发病,约占同时期住院患者的11.5%;多见于50岁以上的女性;女:男约2.57:1。约80%的单一部位结石分布于胆囊,以胆固醇类结石为主;而以胆色素类为主的胆管结石仅占10%。与十年前相比,胆囊:胆管结石从1.5:1上升至7.36:1;胆固醇:胆色素结石从1.4:1升至3.4:1。调查还发现:上述关于结石类型及结石部位上的变化与近十年来胆道蛔虫及胆道感染率的显著下降及饮食结构的变化有关。 | Zhu Xueguang Zhang Shengduo HuangZhiqiang et al. | 3 | Outlier detection in near-infrared spectroscopic analysis by using Monte Carlo cross-validation显示文摘An outlier detection method is proposed for near-infrared spectral analysis. The underlying philosophy of the method is that,in random test(Monte Carlo) cross-validation,the probability of outliers presenting in good models with smaller prediction residual error sum of squares(PRESS) or in bad models with larger PRESS should be obviously different from normal samples. The method builds a large number of PLS models by using random test cross-validation at first,then the models are sorted by the PRESS,and at last the outliers are recognized according to the accumulative probability of each sample in the sorted models. For validation of the proposed method,four data sets,including three published data sets and a large data set of tobacco lamina,were investigated. | 4 | Effect of CeO_2 addition on Ni/Al_2O_3 catalysts for methanation of carbon dioxide with hydrogen显示文摘The Ni-CeO2/Al2O3 catalysts with a nickel content of 15 wt% prepared via impregnating boehmite were found to be highly active and stable for methanation of carbon dioxide with hydrogen at a H2/CO2 molar ratio of 4.The effects of CeO2 content and reaction temperature on the performance of the Ni-CeO2/Al2O3 catalysts were studied in detail.The results showed that the catalytic performance was strongly dependent on the CeO2 content in Ni-CeO2/Al2O3 catalysts and that the catalysts with 2 wt%CeO2 had the highest catalytic activity among the tested ones at 350℃.The XRD and H2-TPR characterizations revealed that the addition of CeO2 decreased the reduction temperature by altering the interaction between Ni and Al2O3,and improved the reducibility of the catalyst.Preliminary stability test of 120 h on stream over the Ni-2CeO2/Al2O3 catalyst at 350℃ revealed that the catalyst was much better than the unpromoted one. | Hezhi Liu Xiujing Zou Xueguang Wang Xionggang Lu Weizhong Ding | 2012 | Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2012,21,6: | 13 |
| 5 | Side Effects during Treatment of Advanced Gastric Carcinoma by Chemotherapy Combined with CIK-cell Transfusion in Elderly People显示文摘OBJECTIVE To study the side effects and therapeutic results of autologous cytokine-induced killer(CIK)cell treatment in elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer. METHODS CIK cells were induced and cultured using biotechnics in vitro,and then the cells were infused back into the patients.Sixty elderly gastric cancer patients treated by chemotherapy(FOLFOX4 protocol)were followed-up.Among them,29 patients were treated with CIK cells during application of chemotherapy.Short-term curative effects and adverse events from the CIK transfusion and chemotherapy were observed. RESULTS Eight cases developed partial remission(PR),9 cases moderate remission(MR),7 cases stable disease(SD)and 5 cases progressive disease(PD).Out of a total of 29 patients who received chemotherapy combined with autologous CIK therapy, the total remission rate(PR+MR)was 58.6%.The total remission rate following chemotherapy alone was 45.2%,including 5 PR cases,9 MR cases,7 SD cases,and 10 PD cases.There was a relatively lower rate of severe chemotherapic toxicities in the CIK- cell transfusion group.Side e?ects of autologous CIK transfusion included chills(13 cases),fever(9 cases),nausea and vomiting (1 case)and general malaise(3 cases).Side effects were treated with conventional therapy resulting in their amelioration.No patients developed shock,blood capillary leakage syndrome,or abnormalities in routine blood,urine,liver and renal function tests. CONCLUSION Adoptive immunotherapy with autologous CIK cells may decrease the clinical signs and symptoms of elderly patients who suffer from advanced gastric cancer.Adverse reactions of patients can be alleviated by conventional therapy. | 7 | Discovery of carbonaceous compressions and their multicellular tissues from the Changzhougou Formation (1 800 Ma) in the Yanshan range, North China显示文摘In 1997 and 1998, hundreds of specimens of megascopic carbonaceous compressions or algal fossils were found from - 1800-million-year old Changzhougou Formation, which is the lowermost unit of the latest Palaeoproterozoic Changcheng Group (~1 600-1 800 Ma) in the Xinglong-Kuancheng areas at the middle Yanshan Range, North China. They are discoid, ellipsoid and sausage-like, namely shaped like Chuaria Shouhsiennia (Ellipsophyta) and Tawuia. By adopting HF acid-resistant maceration coupled with scanning electron microscope and petrologic section, the authors made a preliminary research on the histology for some circular and ellipsoid carbonaceous compressions, namely Chuaria- and Shouhsienia-llke forms, in addition to their morphology. The following three types of multicellular tissues have been found in the fragments of them: colony-like, pseudoparenchyma-like and parenchyma-like. | 8 | B7-H3:Another Molecule Marker for Mo-DCs?显示文摘Using a newly generated monoclonal antibody (2E6) against human B7-H3, we explored the expression of the molecule on dendritic cells derived from monocytes (Mo-DCs). Its expression was examined by means of immunostaining and flow cytometric (FCM) analysis. The results showed that B7-H3 was expressed in the course of Mo-DC maturation induced with interleukin 4 (IL-4) and granulocyte/macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF). The expression could be detected at all the stages of Mo-DC differentiation, and remained at a quite stable level. Interestingly, B7-H3 was not expressed by T cells and B cells, even these cells were activated respectively by PHA or PWM. A weak expression could be detected on resting monocytes. These data showed that constitutive expression of B7-H3 at a high level was found on imDCs and mDCs derived from monocytes. | 9 | Distinct Effect of CD40 and TNF-Signaling on the Chemokine/Chemokine Receptor Expression and Function of the Human Monocyte-Derived Dendritic Cells显示文摘A key and limiting step in the process of human monocyte-derived dendritic cells (mDCs) for clinical use is their in vitro maturation and in vivo migration. We previously observed that CD40 signal facilitated human mDC growth and maturation. To further explore this process,mDCs generated with GM-CSF and IL-4 were co-cultured with apoptotic tumor cells for 24 hours,followed by incubating with anti-CD40 monoclonal antibody or TNF-α for 48 hours to generate mature DCs. The chemokine/chemokine receptor expression and functions of mature DCs upon various stimuli were determined. The expression of costimulatory molecules on apoptotic tumor cell-loaded mature DCs co-cultured with either anti-CD40 antibody (anti-CD40-DCs) or TNF-α (TNF-DCs) were up-regulated compared to immature DCs,consistent with the abilities of these cytokine to drive DC maturation in vitro. The mRNA levels of chemokines such as stromal cell-derived factor-1α (SDF-1α),EBV-induced molecule 1 ligand chemokine (ELC),and IFN inducible protein-10 (IP-10) in anti-CD40 activated DCs were increased and the dendritic cell-specific chemokine 1 (DC-CK1) was moderately up-regulated as compared with other mature DCs. The corresponding chemokine receptors CXCR4 and CCR7 of anti-CD40-DCs were significantly expressed. The CXCR3 expression on activated T cells stimulated by anti-CD40-DCs was also increased. Moreover,the anti-CD40-DCs had a stronger ability to stimulate T cell proliferation than any other DCs. The NF-κB activity was much higher in anti-CD40-DCs than that of TNF-DCs. Combining with the latent Dirichlet allocation(LDA) model,a Gibbs sampling implementation for inference of our algorithm is presented,and can be used to categorize emotion tendency automatically with the computer. | 11 | Effect of Yiqiyangyin recipe on heparanase and nephrin in rats with adriamycin-induced nephropathy显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To discuss the mechanism of Yiqiyangyin recipe in rats with adriamycin (ADR)-induced nephropathy. METHODS: We randomly divided 30 Sprague-Dawley rats into 5 groups: control, model, glucocorticoid, Chinese herb, and Chinese herb plus glucocorticoid groups. The 24-h urine volume was collected on days 7, 14, 21, and 28 after ADR injection, and all rats were killed on day 28. We measured the 24-h levels of urinary protein, serum cholesterol, and serum triglycerides, and renal function of all rats by using routine biochemical methods. Pathological changes in the rat kidneys were observed under light and electron microscopes. Heparanase (HPA) mRNA expression levels were measured using re-al-time fluorescence-quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Urine levels of HPA in all groups were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The expression of nephrin was detected by immunohistochemical staining and quantitatively analyzed using Motic image analysis 3.2 software. RESULTS: The levels of urinary protein and serum triglycerides and cholesterol in rats with ADR-induced nephropathy increased on day 14. The serum albumin levels simultaneously decreased. All the changes reached the peak on day 28. Examination under the light microscope showed inflammatory cells and slight fibroplasia in the renal interstitium in the model group, but fewer inflammatory cells were observed in the intervention groups than those in the model group. Examination under the electron microscope showed extensive fusion of foot processes in ADR rats. HPA mRNA expression was higher in the model group than that in the control group. The HPA mRNA levels in the intervention groups, especially in the Chinese herb group, and Chinese herb plus glucocorticoid group were significantly lower than the level in the model group. The HPA expression levels correlated significantly with the proteinuria level. No significant difference was found in the HPA level in urine between the intervention groups and the model group, whereas the model group had a higher urinary HPA level than the control group. Nephrin mRNA expression levels in the model group were higher than those in the control group. Nephrin mRNA expression levels were significantly lower in the intervention groups than that in the model group, especially the Chinese herb plus glucocorticoid group. Compared with the control group, themodel group showed increased nephrin expression in the kidney. Nephrin levels in the other groups, especially in the Chinese herb plus glucocorticoid group, were significantly lower than that in the model group. The nephrin levels in the kidney were negatively correlated with the proteinuria level. CONCLUSION: Yiqiyangyin recipe could attenuate foot process injury particularly in combination with a steroid reduce the development of proteinuria possibly by inhibition of HPA in the kidney, and regulate the expression of nephrin in rats with ADR-induced nephropathy. | 16 | Abnormal expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its clinical features in tissues of human lung cancer显示文摘Objective: Angiogennesis, the formation of new blood vessels from the existing vascular bed, is essential step for growth and invasion of primary tumor. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is known to play crucial role in tumor angiogenesis. In the present study, we investigate the expression of VEGF and VEGF-mRNA in the angiogennesis, metastasis and prognosis of lung cancer. Methods: The VEGF cellular distributions and expression in 38 specimens of patients with lung cancer were investigated with immunohistochemistry stain technology. The total RNAs in 38 tissues of lung cancer was measured, then the levels of VEGF-mRNA expression were analyzed by a reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assay. The levels of VEGF in sera of patients with lung cancer, benign lung diseases and healthy controls were detected through Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method. Results: The VEGF positive stain was 76% in 38 cases of lung cancer specimens. The 89% rate of VEGF stain was found for clinical stage Ⅲ cases and 92% for stage Ⅳ lung cancers. The significantly higher expression of VEGF was evidenced in patients with lymph node metastasis (84%), distant metastasis (90%), and lung cancers with lower histological differentiation (89%), respectively. The expression level of total RNA was significantly higher in patients with lung cancers than that in their paracancerous or distant lung tissues. The VEGF expressions were tightly correlated with total RNA concentration of lung carcinoma (P<0.01). The predominant expressions of VEGF121 and VEGF165 gene fragments were found in lung cancer specimens by RT-PCR analysis. No significant difference of serum VEGF levels was detected between cases with lung cancer and patients with benign diseases. However, the VEGF level of cases with benign diseases was decreased significantly after patients with anti-inflammation medication. | 17 | Fine-Tuned Expression of Programmed Death 1 Ligands in Mature Dendritic Cells Stimulated by CD40 Ligand is Critical for the Induction of an Efficient Tumor Specific Immune Response显示文摘During maturation,murine myeloid dendritic cells (DCs) upregulated the expressions of CD11c,CD25,CD40,CD80,CD86,MHC Ⅱ and programmed death 1 ligands 1 and 2 (PD-L1 and PD-L2). Differential expression patterns of PD-L1 and PD-L2 were found when DCs were triggered by CD40 ligand and TNF-α. PD-L1 expression was repressed and PD-L2 expression remained unchanged in mature CD40-ligated DCs,whereas TNF-α stimulated DCs kept high expression of PD-L1 and significantly enhanced PD-L2 expression on DCs. Proliferations of T lymphocytes stimulated by immature DCs were enhanced by blockade of the PD-1 and PD-1 ligand interaction. But inhibitive effects were found in T lymphocytes stimulated by CD40-ligated DCs. | 18 | The Abnormal High Expression of B Cell Activating Factor Belonging to TNF Superfamily (BAFF) and Its Potential Role in Kidney Transplant Recipients显示文摘B cell activating factor belonging to TNF superfamily (BAFF) is a critical regulator of B cell maturation and survival. In this present study, the expression characteristic of BAFF in kidney transplantation recipients was investigated, its potential significance was analyzed and peripheral blood of follow-up kidney transplant recipients was studied. Flow cytometric assay results showed that, cell-surface BAFF was significantly highly expressed on peripheral CD3+ T lymphocytes in ≥ 5 yrs group of kidney transplant recipients, compared with other groups (p < 0.05). BAFF expression could be found on CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells. The BAFF mRNA levels in peripheral mononuclear cells were consistent with the protein levels. However, serum soluble BAFF levels were inter-individually different in each group. Stratified by renal function, it was found that cell-surface BAFF levels were significantly higher in those with abnormal renal function, compared with recipients with normal renal function (p < 0.05). ELISA assay results showed that expression levels of cell surface BAFF were significantly correlated with anti-HLA Ⅰ & Ⅱ antibodies. | 20 | Carbon dioxide reforming of methane over mesoporous nickel aluminate/γ-alumina composites显示文摘A series of x NiAl_2O_4/γ-Al_2O_3 composites with various Ni contents have been prepared via one-step partial hydrolysis of metal nitrate salts in the absence of surfactants and used for carbon dioxide reforming of methane. The characterization results demonstrated that the Ni Al_2O_4/γ-Al_2O_3 materials possessed mesoporous structures of uniform pore sizes; and the Ni^(2+) ions were completely reacted with alumina to Ni Al_2O_4 spinel in the matrices using N2 sorption, XRD, TEM, and XPS. The Ni Al_2O_4/γ-Al_2O_3 materials exhibited excellent catalytic properties and superior long-term stability for carbon dioxide reforming of methane. The effects of Ni content on the intrinsic activities and the amounts of coke disposition of the x NiAl_2O_4/γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts were discussed in detail for the carbon dioxide reforming of methane.
