| 1 | T cell–associated immunoregulation and antiviral effect of oxymatrine in hydrodynamic injection HBV mouse model显示文摘Although oxymatrine(OMT) has been shown to directly inhibit the replication of hepatitis B virus(HBV) in vitro, limited research has been done with this drug in vivo. In the present study, the antiviral effect of OMT was investigated in an immunocompetent mouse model of chronic HBV infection.The infection was achieved by tail vein injection of a large volume of DNA solution. OMT(2.2, 6.7 and20 mg/kg) was administered by daily intraperitoneal injection for 6 weeks. The efficacy of OMT was evaluated by the levels of HBV DNA, hepatitis B surface antigen(HBs Ag), hepatitis B e antigen(HBe Ag)and hepatitis B core antigen(HBc Ag). The immunoregulatory activity of OMT was evaluated by serum ELISA and flow cytometry. Results shows that OMT at 20 mg/kg inhibited HBV replication, and it was more efficient than entecavir(ETV) in the elimination of serum HBs Ag and intrahepatic HBc Ag. Inaddition, OMT accelerated the production of interferon-γ(IFN-γ) in a dose-dependent manner in CD4^+T cells. Our findings demonstrate the beneficial effects of OMT on the enhancement of immunological function and in the control of HBV antigens. | 2 | CNN Feature Boosted SeqSLAM for Real-Time Loop Closure Detection显示文摘This paper proposes an efficient and robust Loop closure detection(LCD) method based on Convolutional neural network(CNN) feature. The primary method is called SeqCNNSLAM, in which both the outputs of the intermediate layer of a pre-trained CNN and the outputs of traditional sequence-based matching procedure are incorporated, making it possible to handle the viewpoint and condition variance properly. An acceleration algorithm for SeqCNNSLAM is developed to reduce the search range for the current image, resulting in a new LCD method called A-SeqCNNSLAM. To improve the applicability of A-SeqCNNSLAM to new environments, O-SeqCNNSLAM is proposed for online parameters adjustment in A-SeqCNNSLAM. | 4 | UAV-Aided Networks for Emergency Communications in Areas with Unevenly Distributed Users显示文摘Nowadays,daily human life is closely intertwined with various networks.When natural disasters or malicious attacks break out,the failure of communication infrastructure due to direct destruction or indirect impact tends to cause a massive outage of communications.Emergency communication networks play a significant role in rescue operations.Recently,a flexible and efficient solution has been provided for emergency communications using unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).By means of their excellent characteristics,UAVs,serving as aerial base stations(ABSs),can be rapidly deployed to temporarily rebuild a damaged communication network to restore the users’connectivity.In this study,we investigate the use of UAVs as ABSs for an emergency communication scene where user equipment is unevenly distributed and the communication infrastructure has completely failed due to a severe disaster.Effective communication probability(ECP),which integrates throughput coverage and connectivity,is used to evaluate the performance of a communication network.Through simulations,we analyze communication improvements that can be obtained by the flexible deployment of ABSs.The results show a noticeable increase in ECP when some ABSs are deployed in optimal locations. | Gaozhao Peng Yongxiang Xia Xuejun Zhang Lin Bai | 2018 | Journal of Communications and Information Networks2018,3,4: | 1 |

| 6 | Genome-wide identification and expression analysis of NtbHLH gene family in tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum)and the role of NtbHLH86 in drought adaptation显示文摘The bHLH transcription factors play pivotal roles in plant growth and development,production of secondary metabolites and responses to various environmental stresses.Although the bHLH genes have been well studied in model plant species,a comprehensive investigation of the bHLH genes is required for tobacco with newly obtained high-quality genome.In the present study,a total of 309 NtbHLH genes were identified and can be divided into 23 subfamilies.The conserved amino acids which are essential for their function were predicted for the NtbHLH proteins.Moreover,the NtbHLH genes were conserved during evolution through analyzing the gene structures and conserved motifs.A total of 265 NtbHLH genes were localized in the 24 tobacco chromosomes while the remained 44 NtbHLH genes were mapped to the scaffolds due to the complexity of tobacco genome.Moreover,transcripts of NtbHLH genes were obviously tissue-specific expressed from the gene-chip data from 23 tobacco tissues,and expressions of 20 random selected NtbHLH genes were further confirmed by quantitative real-time PCR,indicating their potential functions in the plant growth and development.Importantly,overexpressed NtbHLH86 gene confers improve drought tolerance in tobacco indicating that it might be involved in the regulation of drought stress.Therefore,our findings here provide a valuable information on the characterization of NtbHLH genes and further investigation of their functions in tobacco. | Ge Bai Da-Hai Yang Peijian Chao Heng Yao MingLiang Fei Yihan Zhang Xuejun Chen Bingguang Xiao Feng Li Zhen-Yu Wang Jun Yang He Xie | 2021 | Plant Diversity2021,43,6: | 1 |

| 9 | Distribution of aromatic amines,phenols,chlorobenzenes,and naphthalenes in the surface sediment of the Dianchi Lake,China显示文摘Organic pollutants are widespread environmental pollutants with high toxicity,persistence,and bioaccumulation.Our aim was to investigate the distribution of aromatic amines,phenols,chlorobenzenes,and naphthalenes in the surface sediment of the Dianchi Lake,China.Nineteen surface sediment samples were collected from the Dianchi Lake,and 40 types of organic pollutants were analyzed via gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The total organic pollutant concentrations in the surface sediment of the Dianchi Lake varied from 27.4 to 1.62×10^3 ng/g.The concentrations of phenols were much higher than those in other water bodies but still within a controllable range,whereas the concentrations of the other organic pollutant classes were similar or even lower.The detection ratio of 3-or 4-methylphenol was the highest(100.00%)among the pollutants.The average total organic pollutant concentrations decreased in the following order:Caohai(540 ng/g)>the middle of Waihai(488 ng/g)>the edge of Waihai(351 ng/g)>Haigeng Dam(90.4 ng/g).Pearson analysis showed a strong correlation among 1-methylnaphthalene,2-methylnaphthalene,1,3-dinitronaphthalene,and 1,4-dinitronaphthalene(P<0.01).Caohai,the north lakeshore of Waihai and the south of Waihai showed higher risk because of high concentration;meanwhile,1,4-dichlorobenzene,3-or 4-methylphenol and 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene were mor e likely to cause risks. | Xinyi Hu Ting Yang Chen Liu Jun Jin Bingli Gao Xuejun Wang Min Qi Baokai Wei Yuyu Zhan Tan Chen Hongtao Wang Yanting Liu Dongrui Bai Zhu Rao Nan Zhan | 2020 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2020,14,4: | 1 |

| 11 | Material removal model of magnetorheological finishing based on dense granular flow theory显示文摘Magnetorheological finishing(MRF)technology is widely used in the fabrication of high-precision optical elements.The material removal mechanism of MRF has not been fully understood because MRF technology involves the integration of electromagnetics,contact mechanics,and materials science.In this study,the rheological properties of the MR polishing fluid in oscillation model have been investigated.We propose that the shear-thinned MR polishing fluid over the polishing area should be considered a dense granular flow,based on which a new contact model of MRF over the polishing area has been constructed.Removal function and processing force test experiments were conducted under different working gaps.The normal pressure and effective friction equations over the polishing area were built based on the continuous medium and dense granular flow theories.Then,a novel MRF material removal model was established.A comparison of the results of the theoretical model with actual polishing results demonstrated the accuracy of the established model.The novel model proposed herein reveals the generation mechanism of shear force over a polished workpiece and realizes effective decoupling of the main processing parameters that influence the material removal of MRF.The results of this study will provide new and effective theoretical guidance for the process optimization and technology improvement of MRF. | Yang Bai Xuejun Zhang Chao Yang Longxiang Li Xiao Luo | 2022 | Light(Advanced Manufacturing)2022,3,4: | 1 |
