| 12 | Indian plate blocked by the thickened Eurasian crust in the middle of the continental collision zone of southern Tibet显示文摘The relationship of the crustal contact between the Indian and Eurasian plates is a key issue in understanding crustal thickening and the subduction of the Indian lithosphere beneath the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. Across the middle of the Yarlung-Zangbo Suture(YZS), we deployed an ~450-km-long SN-trending wide-angle reflection/refraction profile to observe the P-wave velocity(vP) structure beneath the northern Himalaya and the southern plateau. Our results show that, 1. the high vP(~7.1 km/s) indicates that the Indian lower crust extends no more than 50 km north of the YZS. 2. The lower crust beneath the southern part of the plateau features an extremely low vP(<6.7 ± 0.2 km/s). 3. Compared with the velocities of several typical crustal lithologies in different temperature regimes, the low vPin the lower crust can be explained by felsic-intermediate granulite, which has prevented the lower crust from further eclogitization. We propose that the dip angle of the Indian lithospheric slab beneath the YZS is partly controlled by the composition of the lower crust of the plateau. In the northern middle YZS, the crust of the southern plateau is too thick and blocks the northward advancement of the Indian lower crust, resulting in the subduction of the Indian lithospheric slab into the upper mantle. The lower crust in western and eastern Lhasa is dominated by a mafic composition, and it was delaminated after eclogitization before the Miocene. | 13 | Modelling and Simulation of Misconduct Information Diffusion in Web Forum显示文摘Using the method of analogy, this paper built the social information field, information field force model and the information diffusion dynamics model to study the dynamic mechanism and the law of the movement regarding how misconduct information moves among nodes in the web forum. It also constructed the web forum misconduct information diffusion complex network simulation model to study the diffusion intensity of misconduct information and its influencing factors. The conclusion is that, under the force of the field, the information flows from the high potential node to the low potential node, during which resistance is generated inside and outside the diffusion channel. In the complex network of the web forum, the diffusion intensity of misconduct information displays an increasing trend as the possibility of reconnection among broken nodes becomes higher. The main factor that determines the diffusion intensity of the misconduct information is the average shortest path. | 15 | Frozen bean curd-inspired xenogeneic acellular dermal matrix with triple pretreatment approach of freeze–thaw,laser drilling and ADSCs pre-culture for promoting early vascularization and integration显示文摘Xenogeneic acellular dermal matrix(ADM)is widely used in clinical practice given its good biocompatibility and biomechanical properties.Yet,its dense structure remains a hindrance.Incorporation of laser drilling and pre-culture with Adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs)have been attempted to promote early vascularization and integration,but the results were not ideal.Inspired by the manufacturing procedure of frozen bean curd,we proposed a freeze–thaw treatment to enhance the porosity of ADM.We found that the ADM treated with-80℃3Rt-30℃3R had the largest disorder of stratified plane arrangement(deviation angle 28.6%)and the largest porosity(96%),making it an optimal approach.Human umbilical vein endothelial cells on freeze–thaw treated ADM demonstrated increased expression in Tie-2 and CD105 genes,proliferation,and tube formation in vitro compared with those on ADM.Combining freeze–thaw with laser drilling and pre-culture with ADSCs,such tri-treatment improved the gene expression of proangiogenic factors including IGF-1,EGF and vascular endothelial growth factor,promoted tube formation,increased cell infiltration and accelerated vascularization soon after implantation.Overall,freeze–thaw is an effective method for optimizing the internal structure of ADM,and tri-treatments may yield clinical significance by promoting early cell infiltration,vascularization and integration with surrounding tissues. | Xing Huang Zhu Zhu Lin Lu Rui Jin Di Sun Xusong Luo | 2022 | Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1: | 0 |

The effect of Fe doping on the crystallinity and electrochemical performance of LiFexMn1-xPO4/C was investigated. The experimental results show that the Fe2+ substitution for Mn2+ will lead to crystal lattice shrinkage of LiFexMn1-xPO4/C particles due to the smaller ionic radii of Fe2+. In the investigated Fe doping range(x = 0 to 0.7), LiFexMn1-xPO4/C(x = 0.4) composites exhibited a maximum discharge capacity of 148.8 m Ah/g at 0.1 C while LiFexMn1-xPO4/C(x = 0.7) composite showed the best cycle capability with a capacity retention ratio of 99.0% after 30 cycles at 0.2 C. | 19 | Biomaterials for tarsal plate reconstruction and our innovative work显示文摘Large tarsal plate defect reconstruction is one of the most challenging tasks for plastic surgeons.Based on our practical work and literature review,the techniques and postoperative results of the preserved sclera,ear cartilage,and acellular dermal matrix(ADM)as tarsal plate substitutes were investigated.Two cases were reviewed.Case 1 was a 22-year-old female who had total loss of the right lower eyelid.Ear cartilage(23 mm25 mm)was implanted under the expanded skin during the forehead skin-expanding procedure to form a skin-cartilageexpander capsule compound structure for lower eyelid reconstruction.Case 2 was a 7-year-old boy with a unilateral divided nevus.The lid and conjunctiva of the lower eyelid were invaded.A piece of ADM(12 mm4 mm)was used to repair the tarsal plate defect(12 mm3 mm).The conjunctiva of ADM was covered by itself.An orbicularis oculi myocutaneous flap was used for anterior lamella reconstruction.In case 1,the compound tissue survived and supported the lower eyelid,the lid margin was clear,and the structure was complete over a 1-year follow-up.The aesthetic appearance of the eyelid improved after depilation.It is the first clinical research on the expander capsule as eyelid conjunctiva.In case 2,the conjunctiva completely covered the superior ADM,and the transplant merged with the surrounding tissues without complications after 5 months.The preserved sclera has the longest application history as a tarsal plate substitute.However,it should be preserved in an eye bank and transplanted with conjunctiva repair.Ear cartilage is an autologous tissue that requires conjunctival reconstruction.Our clinical practice was the first to prove the possibility of the expander capsule as eyelid conjunctiva.It is feasible to prefabricate the skin-tarsal conjunctiva complex during the skin expansion procedure.Allogeneic ADM is a common clinical material with advantages of good biological histocompatibility,supportive strength,conjunctivalization,and not requiring donor site surgery.Plastic surgeons are familiar with autologous ear cartilage and ADM,which are easy to obtain and treat.Both ear cartilage and ADM are expected to be the first-line choices in future studies. | Xing Huang Yi Ding Lin Lu Rui Jin Sun Di Jun Yang Xusong Luo | 2021 | Chinese Journal Of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery2021,3,3: | 0 |
| 20 | A combined therapy for the repair of alar defects that consists of a modified spiral flap and postoperative nasal stent显示文摘Background: The repair of alar defects is challenging in clinics. Although skin grafts and nasolabial flaps are reliable, they can cause secondary post-surgical deformities.Methods: In this report, we describe an alar spiral advancement flap with a subcutaneous pedicle combined with postoperative nasal stent therapy for the repair of alar defects.Results: All cases showed slight asymmetry immediately after surgery, but at a median follow-up of 24 months, no cases of dissatisfaction with the nose shape or abnormal respiratory function were found. Almost all incision scars subsided within 12 months.
