| 2 | Modified Chaplygin gas as an interacting holographic dark energy model显示文摘The modified Chaplygin gas (MCG) as an interacting model of holographic dark energy in which dark energy and dark matter are coupled together is investigated in this paper. Concretely, by studying the evolutions of related cosmological quantities such as density parameter Ω, equation of state w, deceleration parameter q and transition redshift zT, we find the evolution of the universe is from deceleration to acceleration, their present values are consistent with the latest observations, and the equation of state of holographic dark energy can cross the phantom divide w = -1. Furthermore, we put emphasis upon the geometrical diagnostics for our model, i.e., the statefinder and Om diagnostics. By illustrating the evolutionary trajectories in r - s, r - q, w -w and Om planes, we find that the holographic constant c and the coupling constant b play very important roles in the holographic dark energy (HDE) model. | 3 | Electropolymerization of cobalt porphyrins and corroles for the oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘Developing large-scale electrocatalysts using molecular complexes for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is of great importance. Herein, four cobalt porphyrins and corroles are deposited on electrode substrates using a simple and fast electropolymerization method. Our results showed that Co-1-P@CC, formed by electropolymerizing Co tetrakis(p-N-pyrrolylphenyl)porphyrin(Co-1-P) on carbon cloth(CC), is the most active OER catalyst in the examined Co porphyrins and corroles in alkaline aqueous solutions by displaying an onset overpotential of 380 m V. | 12 | Long-term mercury variations in tree rings of the permafrost forest,northeastern China显示文摘Permafrost is a potential mercury(Hg)pool released by thawing,which can raise the risk of Hg pollution under global warming.Tree rings are useful archives of environment-specific Hg exposure over long periods.We determined Hg concentrations in tree rings of two dominant tree species(Larix gmelinii Rupr.and Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica)at permafrost sites in northeastern China.The biweighted mean Hg concentrations ranged from 0.36 to 3.96 ng g^(-1) from 1840 to 2014.The tree-ring width had no significant influence on the Hg concentration.Larch Hg increased slightly before the 1970 s and peaked in the 1990 s.However,the pine Hg concentration increased continuously until the 1930 s,decreased rapidly until the 1970 s,then rose to a peak in the late 1980 s.The change of Hg concentrations in larch and pine revealed a time offset of 4 to 5 years,which implied possibly high mobility of Hg in pine tree rings.Higher Hg concentrations from 1920 to 1960 and subsequent decreases in isolated permafrost forests revealed the local geographical Hg cycling history.Lower Hg concentrations and faster increases in larch suggest the role of additional winter Hg loading for the evergreen pine and species-specific differences in root absorption in response to melting permafrost.Our results highlight possible geographical impacts on tree-ring Hg records,improve understanding of Hg cycles in permafrost forest,and suggest a need to sample additional species in a range of permafrost environments. | Huhu KANG Xiaohong LIU Junming GUO Qiuliang ZHANG Yabo WANG Jie HUANG Guobao XU Guoju WU Wensen GE Shichang KANG | 2022 | Science China Earth Sciences2022,65,7: | 0 |

| 15 | Preparation and vibrational modes of C60·2CHBr3显示文摘C60·2CHBr3 polycrystalline powder was prepared by the solution method. The vibrational modes of the sample were studied by Raman scattering and infrared adsorption techniques. The Raman spectra showed that the Ag modes were downshifted by 4-5 cm1, while the Hg(1) mode was unshifted. The analyses of the downshifts of the Ag modes revealed that a small amount of electrons were transferred from the hydrogen atoms to the C60 molecules. In the infrared spectra, the F1u modes of the pristine C60 were unshifted after the intercalation with CHBr3. However, the vibrational modes of CHBr3 changed remarkably. The C-Br stretching mode was downshifted by ~4 cm1. The adsorption of the C-H twisting mode was weakened obviously, and the adsorption of the C-H stretching mode was not observed. These results exhibited that there were nonnegligible interactions between CHBr3 and C60 molecules, and that the strongest interaction took place between the hydrogen atoms and the C60 molecules. The interaction should induce not only the changes of the vibrational modes reported here, but also those of the electronic states. | 16 | Post-Newtonian parameter γ in generalized non-local gravity显示文摘We investigate the post-Newtonian parameter γ and derive its formalism in generalized non-local(GNL) gravity, which is the modified theory of general relativity(GR) obtained by adding a term m^(2n-2)R□(-n)R to the Einstein-Hilbert action. Concretely,based on parametrizing the generalized non-local action in which gravity is described by a series of dynamical scalar fields φ~i in addition to the metric tensor g_(μν), the post-Newtonian limit is computed, and the effective gravitational constant as well as the post-Newtonian parameters are directly obtained from the generalized non-local gravity. Moreover, by discussing the values of the parametrized post-Newtonian parameters γ, we can compare our expressions and results with those in Hohmann and Jrv et al.(2016), as well as current observational constraints on the values of γ in Will(2006). | 17 | Electric-field-controlled highly regioselective thiocyanation of N-containing heterocycles显示文摘Achieving highly regioselective synthesis in organic chemistry is challenging due to the uncontrollable orientation between reacting partners.External electric fields(EEFs)can influence the reactivity and selectivity of the substrate by causing directional adsorption.However,scalable and efficient techniques for using EEFs as“smart catalysts”have been lacking,hindering their application.In this study,we present a novel method for modifying the regioselectivity of quinoxaline-2(1H)-ones by functionalizing their C7-position using the electric double layer(EDL)theory.This approach led to moderate to good yields of the corresponding C7-thiocyanation products.DFT calculations and control experiments demonstrated that EEFs could reverse the regioselectivity of quinoxaline-2(1H)-ones,allowing the C7-thiocyanation to proceed via a radical reaction mechanism.Additionally,the resulting 7-thiocyano-1-methylquinoxaline-2(1H)-ones exhibited promising AIE properties.Our work showcases a promising strategy for achieving highly regioselective functionalization by aligning the electric field with the desired reaction/bond axis. | Ming Gong Qian Wu Jung Keun Kim Mengmeng Huang Yabo Li Yangjie Wu Jong Seung Kim | 2024 | Science China Chemistry2024,67,4: | 0 |
