1Immunosuppressive Treatment of Non-infectious Uveitis:History and Current Choices显示文摘Non-infectious uveitis is one of the leading causes of preventable blindness worldwide. Long-term immunosuppressive treatment is generally required to achieve durable control of inflammation in posterior and panuveitis. Although systemic corticosteroids have been the gold standard of immunosuppressive treatment for uveitis since first introduced in 1950 s,its side effects of long-term use often warrant an adjuvant treatment to reduce the dosage/duration of corticosteroids needed to maintain disease control. Conventional immunosuppressive drugs,classified into alkylating agent,antimetabolites and T cell inhibitors,have been widely used as corticosteroid-sparing agents,each with characteristic safety/tolerance profiles on different uveitis entities. Recently,biologic agents,which target specific molecules in immunopathogenesis of uveitis,have gained great interest as alternative treatments for refractory uveitis based on their favorable safety and effectiveness in a variety of uveitis entities. However,lack of large randomized controlled clinical trials,concerns about efficacy and safety of long-term usage,and economic burden are limiting the use of biologics in non-infectious uveitis. Local administration of immunosuppressive drugs(from corticosteroids to biologics) through intraocular drug delivery systems represent another direction for drug development and is now under intense investigation,but more evidences are needed to support their use as regular alternative treatments for uveitis. With the numerous choices belonging to different treatment modalities(conventional immunosuppressive agents,biologics and local drug delivery systems) on hand,the practice patterns have been reported to vary greatly from center to center. Factors influence uveitis specialists' choices of immunosuppressive agents may be complex and may include personal familiarity,treatment availability,safety/tolerability,effectiveness,patient compliance,cost concerns and suggestions from related specialists such as rheumatologists and pediatricians. 3Bismuth chloride@mesocellular carbon foam nanocomposite cathode materials for rechargeable chloride ion batteries显示文摘Chloride ion batteries(CIB) are considered to be one of the most promising energy storage devices. As cathode materials for CIBs, metal chlorides have many advantages, such as high theoretical energy density, abundant elemental resources and ideal discharge voltage plateau. However, the dissolution and huge volume change of metal chlorides during cycling lead to considerable short lifespan, which limits their potential application for CIBs. Herein, the bismuth chloride nanocrystal is confined in mesocellular carbon foam matrix by a new vacuum impregnation approach. The mesocellular carbon foam with large interconnected pores(15.7 or 23.2 nm) may buffer the large volume variation of bismuth chloride during charge and discharge, giving rise to significantly enhanced electrochemical performance. The as-prepared bismuth chloride@mesocellular carbon foam cathode delivered an initial discharge capacity of 298 m Ah/g and a reversible capacity of 91 m Ah/g after 60 cycles. In contrast, the pure bismuth chloride cathode almost cannot discharge after 30 cycles. 17THE APPLICATION OF ELECTROGASTROGRAM TO TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE显示文摘In this paper Electrogastrogram (EOG) was recorded in 40 normal subjects and100 patients suffered from gastroduodenal diseases. In 40 normal subjects, the average of amplitudeand frequency of EGG were 150-180 μV and 3 cycles/min respectively before eating, but after eatingthe amplitude was about 236.2 μV and the frequency was about 3.21 cycles/rain. EGG diagnosis of100 patients with gastralgia was conformed to the gastroscopic diagnosis, with the rate 84%. 19Effects of Steam Heat-Treatment on Properties of Pinus massoniana Wood and Its Bonding Performance显示文摘Pinus massoniana wood was modified by steam heat-treatment at 160℃,180℃,200℃ and 220℃ respectively and effects of the changes of density,pH,surface wettability and apparent morphology of Pinus massoniana heat-treated wood on its bonding performance were studied in this paper.The results showed that Pinus massoniana wood underwent a series of physical and chemical changes during heat-treatment as the the following:(1)The degradation of hemicellulose and cellulose with low degree of polymerization,degradation and migration of the extract resulting in the decline of density and pH of heat-treated Pinus massoniana wood.(2)Brittle fracture occured on the cell wall surface,and the pit collapse,shrink and deformation,resulting in the formation of roughness and porosity on the wood surface.(3)The surface energy decreased with the improvement of temperature,the surface wettability of Pinus massoniana wood treated at 160℃–180℃ was good,while that at 200℃–220℃ showed hydrophobicity.(4)Changes of density,pH,surface roughness and porosity,and wettability resulted in a reduction in the bonding strength and reliability of heat-treated Pinus massoniana wood with MUF resin adhesive.(5)When the temperature was at 160℃–180℃,the better wettability of heat-treated Pinus massoniana wood could guarantee the better bonding performance.Meifen Tian Bengang Zhang Zhigang Wu Liping Yu Lifen Li Xuedong Xi 2021Journal of Renewable Materials2021,9,4:1
20Electrochemical performance of NiCl_(2) with Br-free molten salt electrolyte in high power thermal batteries显示文摘NiCl_(2) with high theoretical voltage and thermal decomposition temperature attracts much attention as cathode material for thermal batteries with the requirement of high power density, high energy density and long work time. Unfortunately, the practical utilization of thermal batteries with NiCl_(2) cathode is limited by their poor electrochemical performance under large current, even with the conventional Li F-Li Cl-Li Br all-lithium molten salt electrolyte which proposes ultrahigh lithium ion conductivity. In this work, an unexpected ionic exchange reaction between NiCl_(2) and Li Br in Li F-Li Cl-Li Br was found, which would be the main reason for the poor electrochemical behavior of thermal batteries with NiCl_(2) cathode and Li F-Li Cl-Li Br molten salt. On this basis, Li F-Li Cl-Li_(2)SO_(4), another all-lithium molten salt free of Li Br, was investigated as the new electrolyte for NiCl_(2) cathode.
