1Characterizations and mechanical properties of impregnated diamond segment using Cu-Fe-Co metal matrix显示文摘Diamond impregnated Cu-Fe-Co based saw-blade segments are directly processed by vacuum and pressure-assisted sintering at different temperature,with the purpose of reducing the cobalt content in diamond tools.Copper and iron are used as the bonding elements and co-balt-chrome pre-alloyed powder is used as the hardening phase.Effects of sintering temperature on microstructures and mechanical properties of the sintered matrix and diamond graphitization were investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis,electron probe micro-analyzer,universal testing machine,digital Rockwell hardness tester and Raman scattering analyzer.Results showed that microstructures of the sintered matrix were refined and porosities in the sintered matrix were closed to a more spherical-like shape with the increase of the sintering temperature.Densification,hardness and tensile strength of the matrix sintered at 820 ℃ were 12.75%,2.72% and 156.38% higher than that of the matrix sintered at 740 ℃,respectively.Diamond graphitization was not occurred at 820 ℃.The hardness and the tensile strength rose 32.8% and 13.5%,respectively,after 7.5 h ageing treatment.The matrix densification ascent and the dispersed distribution of Co-Cr pre-alloyed powders contributed a hardness improvement and a tensile strength improvement to the Cu-Fe based matrix.Li, Wensheng Zhang, Jie Wang, Shucai Dong, Hongfeng Li, Yaming Liu, Yi 2012Rare Metals2012,31,1:19
2In situ AFM observation of BSA adsorption on HOPG with nanobubble显示文摘Nanobubbles have been proven existent at the liquid/solid interface, and become a focus of research on varied interfacial processes. In the present work, by observing in situ with atomic force microscope (AFM), we found that nanobubbles could influence the adsorption process of bovine serum albumin (BSA) on hydrophobic surface of highly ordered pyrolytic graphite (HOPG). BSA could adsorb evenly, and coexist with nanobubbles at water/HOPG interface. After removing nanobubbles by injecting ethanol, some hollows were found in the BSA layers at the same positions of nanobubbles existing previously. These hollows were about 8 nm in depth and dozens of nanometers in diameter. The correlation coefficient between the areas of nanobubbles and that of the corresponding hollows reached 0.88―0.94, which strongly supported the assumption that the hollows were indeed caused by the nanobubbles. 3Optimization of reed-specific degrading bacteria by response surfaces for remediation of crude oil-polluted soil in Xinjiang,China显示文摘This paper discussed the optimization of conditions for remediation of crude oil-polluted soil based on pot experiment by applying reed-specific degrading bacteria,and using response surfaces methodology.We took the initial crude oil concentration,the amount of inoculation,the ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus,and the use of surfactant(Tween-80)as independent variables(factors),and the degrading ratio of crude oil as the dependent variable(response)after a 90-day experiment.The experiment explored the impacts of each independent variable and their interactions on the bioremediation of crude oil-polluted soil using the Box-Behnken design.Working with a simulated forecasting model the study obtained optimization values for the treatment parameters of 200 g/kg of the reed+specific degrading bacteria,a nitrogen to phosphorus ratio of about 6.0,and 0.2% surfactant.Under experimental conditions,for crude oil concentrations of 10,30 and 50 g/kg,the optimal effects of the treatments achieved 71.87%,66.61% and 54.52% degradation of the crude oil,respectively.The results can provide a basis for the technical development of plant-microorganism combined bioremediation of crude oil-polluted soil.YaMing DONG ChaoCheng ZHAO Yun CAI DongFeng ZHAO 2013Journal of Arid Land2013,5,3:2

5Diffusion and Adsorption of Tetralin Hydrocracking Reaction on Different Zeolites by Molecular Simulation显示文摘Three different zeolite catalysts with different pore sizes(MFI-type,BEA-type,and FAU-type zeolites)have been prepared.The influence of different zeolite catalysts on reactivity and product shape selectivity of tetralin is investigated.Clear differences are observed in the reactivity of tetralin and distribution of products achieved by different catalysts.The diffusion and adsorption behavior of the reactant tetralin and its intermediates,n-butylbenzene and 1-methylindane under the reaction conditions are simulated using molecular simulation methods.Upon combining simulation results and experimental observations,it is shown that the difference in diffusion coefficient and competitive adsorption capacity can explain the reactivity of tetralin and the selectivity of products.The steric hindrance of the MFI-type zeolite mainly limits the key step of ring opening of tetralin,leading to lower selectivity of ring-opening products.n-Butylbenzene molecules can diffuse sufficiently fast in the large pores of FAU-type zeolite and the weak adsorption capacity of n-butylbenzene leads to its insufficient cracking.In addition,it also explains the reason that the BEA-type zeolite has the best BTX selectivity,because it can satisfy both good ring-opening activity and sufficient butylbenzene cracking depth.Sun Lijie Fan Yaming Dong Songtao Xian Ce Long Xiangyun Li Dadong 2021China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2021,23,1:1

7Positron emission tomography detector performance with different crystal pitches显示文摘Aims:In this work,we evaluated the performance of three pitches positron emission tomography(PET)detectors for building a high-resolution small-animal PET imaging experimental platform.Methods:The evaluation of PET detectors includes twodimensional crystal identification,energy resolution,and crystal look-up table.The nuclear instrumentation module and PXI data acquisition(DAQ)system were both used to obtain flood images.The energy spectrum of the Na-22 source was measured.PET detectors of 2.0 and 1.6 mm pitches used in our present experiment were composed of lutetium yttrium oxyorthosilicate(LYSO)crystals directly coupled to position-sensitive photomultiplier tubes(PSPMTs).The 1.3-mm pitch detector comprises a LYSO crystal,a tapered light-guide,and a PSPMT.The crystal sizes of the detectors were a 10×10 array of 2.0×2.0×10 mm^(3) crystals,a 10×10 array of 1.6×1.6×10 mm^(3) crystals,and an 18×18 array of 1.3×1.3×10 mm^(3) crystals,respectively.Due to the lower sampling frequency of the DAQ system,a spline interpolation algorithm was introduced in the signal waveform to reconstruct the peak values.Results:The experimental results indicated that all three PET detector crystals could be clearly identified.A detailed analysis demonstrated that the key characteristic full width at half maximum(FWHM)values of the crystals profile could reach 0.46±0.03,0.32±0.03,and 0.21±0.02 mm,while the crystal average energy resolutions were 16.8%±1.76%,20.1%±2.24%,and 31.5%±3.76%,which correspond to pitches of 2.0-,1.6-,and 1.3-mm,respectively.Conclusions:The PET detector modules of LYSO crystal arrays could be potentially used in the small-animal PET imaging applications and are promising to achieve submillimeter PET images.LinGe Tong YaMing Fan Ming Dong Liang Zhao ZhongXing Li YingGuo Li TianQuan Wang YongZhi Yin XiMeng Chen 2017Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2017,1,2:1

9Morphology of Films of SEBS Triblock Copolymers显示文摘Surface morphologies of the films of poly [styrene-6-(ethylene-cp-butene)-b-styrene] (SEBS) have been studied by using tapping-mode atomic force microscopy (TM-AFM). The films of block copolymer were prepared both by spin-coating on mica and by solvent-casting on different solution surfaces. For spin-coating samples, the effect of solution concentration, solvent, and annealing temperature are investigated. It is shown that changing the concentration of the solution makes no difference on the morphology of the film of the block copolymer. The microstructures are quite stable during thermal annealing; only the size of the domains changes toward the equilib- rium configuration. However, solvent annealing can notably change the microstructures. When different selective solvents are used for film spin-coating, different morphologies can be obtained and explained by the different solu- bility parameters of the solvents. As expected, significant different morphologies in the top and the bottom surfaces of the casting films were observed.
