| 1 | Organic photovoltaic cell with 17% efficiency and superior processability显示文摘The development of organic photoactive materials,especially the newly emerging non-fullerene electron acceptors(NFAs),has enabled rapid progress in organic photovoltaic(OPV)cells in recent years.Although the power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)of the top-performance OPV cells have surpassed 16%,the devices are usually fabricated via a spin-coating method and are not suitable for large-area production.Here,we demonstrate that the fine-modification of the flexible side chains of NFAs can yield 17%PCE for OPV cells.More crucially,as the optimal NFA has a suitable solubility and thus a desirable morphology,the high efficiencies of spin-coated devices can be maintained when using scalable blade-coating processing technology.Our results suggest that optimization of the chemical structures of the OPV materials can improve device performance.This has great significance in larger-area production technologies that provide important scientific insights for the commercialization of OPV cells. | Yong Cui Huifeng Yao Ling Hong Tao Zhang Yabing Tang Baojun Lin Kaihu Xian Bowei Gao Cunbin An Pengqing Bi Wei Ma Jianhui Hou | 2020 | National Science Review2020,7,7: | 7 |

| 4 | Advances in studies on hepatic stem cells显示文摘The question whether hepatic stem cells exist or not has been debated for several decades. Current researches confirm that there are hepatic stem cells in the liver. Oval cells, putative bipotential hepatic stem cells, are probably located within canals of Hering, portal tracts or branches of biliary trees. Bone marrow is a potential source of oval cells, indicating that there exists a close relationship between liver and hematopoiesis in adulthood. Hepatic stem cells are able to proliferate in vitro and can be induced to differentiate into hepatocytes. This will provide a promising approach of cell transplantation, tissue engineering and gene therapy for liver diseases. | 6 | Immunoinhibitory effect of soluble HLA-G1 on the cytotoxicity of NK92 cells显示文摘HLA-G (human leukocyte antigen-G) is a non-classical HLA class I molecule, playing an important immuno-modulatory role in maintaining maternal immune tolerance of the semiallogenic fetus and organ transplantation. In this study, the cDNA sequence of extracellular domain of HLA-G1 was subcloned into the pET28a vector and a soluble 35 kD fusion protein (His-sHLA-G1) with six histine residues was obtained. In the 4 h 51Cr-release assay the fusion protein obviously inhibited the cytotoxicity of NK92 cells in a dose-dependent manner. | 11 | Comparative study of the stoichiometric characteristics of karst and non-karst forests in Guizhou, China显示文摘Carbon (C), nitrogen (N), and phosphorous (P) levels and their stoichiometry in plant components (leaves, branch trunks, roots) of trees in a karst forest and non-karst forest are compared. The results show that the C contents, C:N and C:P ratios of dominant species in the karst forest were lower than those in the non-karst forest, but the N and P and the N:P ratio were higher;C:N:P ratios in plant organs of trees in the karst forest were in the order of trunks>roots>branches>leaves. However, C:N:P ratio in the non-karst forest trees were trunks>branches>roots>leaves. Moreover, ratio of C:N:P in trunks was highest and lowest in leaves in both forests. In non-karst forest trees, N:P was in the order of leaves> roots>branches>trunks. There were no significant differences in the ratio of N:P in different plant components of trees in the karst forest. However, in karst and non-karst forest trees, the ratio of N:P in leaves was highest;positive correlations between N and P contents, and N and N:P ratios were observed in both karst and non-karst forests (p<0.001). | 19 | A new perspective to develop regiorandom polymer acceptors with high active layer ductility,excellent device stability,and high efficiency approaching 17%显示文摘The recently reported efficient polymerized small-molecule acceptors(PSMAs)usually adopt a regioregular backbone by polymerizing small-molecule acceptors precursors with a low-reactivity 5-brominated 3-(dicyanomethylidene)indan-1-one(IC)end group or its derivatives,leading to low molecular weight,and thus reduce active layer mechanical properties.Herein,a series of newly designed chlorinated PSMAs originating from isomeric IC end groups are developed by adjusting chlorinated positions and copolymerized sites on end groups to achieve high molecular weight,favorable intermolecular interaction,and improved physicochemical properties.Compared with regioregular PY2Se-Cl-o and PY2Se-Cl-m,regiorandom PY2Se-Cl-ran has a similar absorption profile,moderate lowest unoccupied molecular orbital level,and favorable intermolecular packing and crystallization properties.Moreover,the binary PM6:PY2Se-Cl-ran blend achieves better ductility with a crack-onset strain of 17.5% and improved power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 16.23% in all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs)due to the higher molecular weight of PY2Se-Cl-ran and optimized blend morphology,while the ternary PM6:J71:PY2Se-Cl-ran blend offers an impressive PCE approaching 17% and excellent device stability,which are all crucial for potential practical applications of all-PSCs in wearable electronics.To date,the efficiency of 16.86% is the highest value reported for the regiorandom PSMAs-based all-PSCs and is also one of the best values reported for the all-PSCs.Our work provides a new perspective to develop efficient all-PSCs,with all high active layer ductility,impressive PCE,and excellent device stability,towards practical applications. | Qunping Fan Ruijie Ma Wenyan Su Qinglian Zhu Zhenghui Luo Kai Chen Yabing Tang Francis RLin Yuxiang Li He Yan Chuluo Yang Alex K.-Y.Jen Wei Ma | 2023 | Carbon Energy2023,5,2: | 0 |
