1Fault self-repair strategy based on evolvable hardware and reparation balance technology显示文摘In the face of harsh natural environment applications such as earth-orbiting and deep space satellites, underwater sea vehicles, strong electromagnetic interference and temperature stress,the circuits faults appear easily. Circuit faults will inevitably lead to serious losses of availability or impeded mission success without self-repair over the mission duration. Traditional fault-repair methods based on redundant fault-tolerant technique are straightforward to implement, yet their area, power and weight cost can be excessive. Moreover they utilize all plug-in or component level circuits to realize redundant backup, such that their applicability is limited. Hence, a novel selfrepair technology based on evolvable hardware(EHW) and reparation balance technology(RBT) is proposed. Its cost is low, and fault self-repair of various circuits and devices can be realized through dynamic configuration. Making full use of the fault signals, correcting circuit can be found through EHW technique to realize the balance and compensation of the fault output-signals. In this paper, the self-repair model was analyzed which based on EHW and RBT technique, the specific self-repair strategy was studied, the corresponding self-repair circuit fault system was designed, and the typical faults were simulated and analyzed which combined with the actual electronic devices. Simulation results demonstrated that the proposed fault self-repair strategy was feasible. 2Embryonic array configuration optimization method based on reliability and hardware consumption显示文摘Embryonic Array(EA) with different configuration methods will directly affect its reliability and hardware consumption. At present, EA configuration design is lack of quantitative analysis method. In order to reasonably optimize EA configuration design, an EA configuration optimization design method is proposed, which is based on the constraints of EA hardware consumption and reliability. Through the analysis of EA working process and composition, quantitative analysis of EA reliability and hardware consumption are completed. Based on the constraints of EA hardware consumption and reliability, the mathematical model of EA configuration optimization design is established, which transfers EA configuration optimization design into an integer nonlinear programming model problem. According to the difference of the fitness value of individual waiting for mutation in population, adaptive mutation operator and crossover operator are selected, and a novel Modified Adaptive Differential Evolution(MADE) algorithm is proposed,which is used to solve EA configuration optimization design problem. Simulation experiments and analysis indicate that the MADE is able to effectively improve the speed, accuracy and stability of algorithm. 4Optimal Design of Rectification Circuit in Electronic Circuit Fault Self-repair Based on EHW and RBT显示文摘Reliability of traditional electronic circuit is improved mainly by redundant fault-tolerant technology with large hardware resource consumption and limited fault self-repair capability. In complicated environment,electronic circuit faults appear easily. If on-site immediate repair is not implemented, normal running of electronic system will be directly affected. In order to solve these problems, Evolvable hardware(EHW) technology is widely used. The conventional EHW has some bottlenecks.The optimal design of Rectification circuit(RTC) is further researched on the basis of the previously proposed fault self-repair based on EHW and Reparation balance technology(RBT). Fault sets are selected by fault danger degree and fault coverage rate. The optimal designed RTC can completely repair faults in the fault set. 5A reliability evaluation method for embryonic cellular array based on Markov status graph model显示文摘Due to the limitations of the existing fault detection methods in the embryonic cellular array(ECA), the fault detection coverage cannot reach 100%. In order to evaluate the reliability of the ECA more accurately, embryonic cell and its input and output(I/O) resources are considered as a whole, named functional unit(FU). The FU fault detection coverage parameter is introduced to ECA reliability analysis, and a new ECA reliability evaluation method based on the Markov status graph model is proposed.Simulation experiment results indicate that the proposed ECA reliability evaluation method can evaluate the ECA reliability more effectively and accurately. Based on the proposed reliability evaluation method, the influence of parameters change on the ECA reliability is studied, and simulation experiment results show that ECA reliability can be improved by increasing the FU fault detection coverage and reducing the FU failure rate. In addition, by increasing the scale of the ECA, the reliability increases to the maximum first, and then it will decrease continuously. 8Upregulation of Cartilage Oligomeric Matrix Protein and Bone Morphogenetic Protein-2 May Associate with Calcific Aortic Valve Disease显示文摘Objective:Calcific aortic valve disease(CAVD)affects millions of elderly people,and there is currently no effective way to stop or slow down its progression.Therefore,exploring the pathogenesis of CAVD is very important for prevention and treatment.Cartilage oligomeric matrix protein(COMP)have important role in cell phenotype change.This study is aimed to confirm whether COMP participate in CAVD and try to find the possible mechanisms.Methods:Human aortic valve tissues from Nanjing First Hospital(CAVD group,n=20;control group,n=11)were harvested.The expression level of COMP was tested by western blot and immunohistochemistry.Dual immunofluorescence staining was used for locating COMP.Bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP2)signalling were tested by western blot.The animal model was also used to detect COMP level by immunohistochemistry.Results:The results showed that the expression level of COMP was significantly increased in the calcific valve samples when compared with that of the control valve(P<0.05);COMP was expressed near the calcific nodules and co-localized with a-smooth muscle actin(a-SMA).The protein levels of BMP2 and p-Smads 1/5/9 were markedly more highly expressed in the CAVD group than the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,immunofluorescence detection showed that COMP and BMP2 were co-located in calcific valves.Conclusions:The above results suggested that upregulation of COMP and BMP2 may be associated with aortic valve calcification and that COMP may become a potential therapeutic target in human CAVD.Yueyue Xu Yide Cao Yafeng Liu Jingsong Wang Ganyi Chen Zhonghao Tao Yiwei Yao Yuchen Cai Yunzhang Wu Wen Chen 2021Cardiology Discovery2021,1,2:0
9Impact of depression on the quality of sleep and immune functions in patients with coronary artery disease显示文摘Background The risk of major depressive disorder(MDD)and insomnia is higher in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)than in the general population.In addition,immune inflammation may be a shared aetiological factor for mental disorders and CHD.However,it is unclear whether MDD is associated with poor sleep quality and cell-mediated immune function in patients with CHD.Aims This study investigated the impact of depression/on sleep quality and cell-mediated immune functions in patients with CHD and examined discriminative factors in patients with CHD with and without MDD.Methods This cross-sectional retrospective study was conducted at the Zhejiang University School of Medicine afiliated with Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital.The study population consisted of 84 patients with CHD assigned to two groups based on their Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)score(CHD with MDD(HAMD score of 210)vs without MDD).Subjective sleep quality,systemic inflammatory response and cell-mediated immune functions were assessed in patients with CHD with(n=50)and without(n=34)MDD using the Pitsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQ1),routine blood tests and flow cytometry.The relationships between variables were ascertained using Pearson's product-moment,and linear discriminant analysis was used to explore the discriminative factors between groups.Results Patients with CHD with MDD had significanty poorer sleep quality than those without MDD(Z=-6.864,p<0.001).The Systemic Inflammation Index(SI)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T-cell ratios were higher in patients with CHD with MDD than in those without MDD(Z=-3.249,p=0.001).Patients with CHD with MDD had fewer CD3^(+)CD8^(+) and CD3^(+)T cells(Z=3.422,p=0.001)than those without MDD(t=2.032,p=0.045).Furthermore,patients with CHD with MDD may be diftrentiated from those without MDD using the PSQI,SII and T-cell levels,as these variables correctly classified the depressed and non-depressed groups with an accuracy of 96.4%.Conclusions MDD may be responsible for poor sleep quality,increased cll-mediated immunity and SI in patients with CHD,which are discriminative factors for CHD in the depressive state.Clinicians should be aware of these interactions,as treatment for depressive symptoms may also improve CHD prognosis.Liqiang Cai Lili Wei Jiashu Yao Yanhua Qin Yafeng You Luoyi Xu Jinsong Tang Wei Chen 2022General Psychiatry2022,35,6:0
10Optimal design of RTCs in digital circuit fault self-repair based on global signal optimization显示文摘Since digital circuits have been widely and thoroughly applied in various fields, electronic systems are increasingly more complicated and require greater reliability. Faults may occur in electronic systems in complicated environments. If immediate field repairs are not made on the faults, electronic systems will not run normally, and this will lead to serious losses. The traditional method for improving system reliability based on redundant fault-tolerant technique has been unable to meet the requirements. Therefore, on the basis of(evolvable hardware)-based and(reparation balance technology)-based electronic circuit fault self-repair strategy proposed in our preliminary work, the optimal design of rectification circuits(RTCs) in electronic circuit fault self-repair based on global signal optimization is deeply researched in this paper. First of all, the basic theory of RTC optimal design based on global signal optimization is proposed. Secondly, relevant considerations and suitable ranges are analyzed. Then, the basic flow of RTC optimal design is researched. Eventually, a typical circuit is selected for simulation verification, and detailed simulated analysis is made on five circumstances that occur during RTC evolution. The simulation results prove that compared with the conventional design method based RTC, the global signal optimization design method based RTC is lower in hardware cost, faster in circuit evolution, higher in convergent precision, and higher in circuit evolution success rate. 11Mechanically induced Cu active sites for selective C–C coupling in CO_(2)electroreduction显示文摘Developing a convenient method to endow bulk Cu-based electrode with high activity of electrocatalytic CO_(2)reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)to multicarbon(C_(2+))products is desirable but challenging.Herein,for the first time,we report that mechanical polishing induces highly reactive Cu sites for selective C-C coupling in CO_(2)RR.We find that mechanical polishing could endow Cu foil with abundant nanocavity surface structure,which efficiently confines the carbonaceous intermediates to enhance the probability of C-C coupling reaction.By confining the carbonaceous intermediates with Cu nanocavity,the as-prepared electrode delivers a Faradaic efficiency toward C_(2+)products of 65.7%at-1.3 V vs.RHE,which is enhanced up to 1.7 folds compared with that of commercial Cu foil.This work provides a new method to enable Cu foil with high activity of CO_(2)RR to C_(2+)products.Zhao Chen Yao Song Zhenyu Zhang Yafeng Cai Huan Liu Wenxiang Xie Dehui Deng 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,11:0
