1Coordinated flight control of miniature fixed-wing UAV swarms: methods and experiments显示文摘In this paper,we present our recent advances in both theoretical methods and field experiments for the coordinated control of miniature fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)swarms.We propose a multi-layered group-based architecture,which is modularized,mission-oriented,and can implement large-scale swarms.To accomplish the desired coordinated formation flight,we present a novel distributed coordinated-control scheme comprising a consensus-based circling rendezvous,a coordinated path-following control for the leader UAVs,and a leader-follower coordinated control for the follower UAVs.The current framework embeds a formation pattern reconfiguration technique.Moreover,we discuss two security solutions(inter-UAV collision avoidance and obstacle avoidance)in the swarm flight problem.The effectiveness of the proposed coordinated control methods was demonstrated in field experiments by deploying up to 21 fixed-wing UAVs.Xiangke WANG Lincheng SHEN Zhihong LIU Shulong ZHAO Yirui CONG Zhongkui LI Shengde JIA Hao CHEN Yangguan YU Yuan CHANG Yajing WANG 2019Science China(Information Sciences)2019,62,11:21
2Differentiation and Pro-Angiogenic Potential of Infantile Hemangioma Stem Cells显示文摘Objectives Infantile hemangioma(IH)is defined as a benign vascular tumor composed of immature vascular endothelial cells,with the unique characteristics of rich vascularization and self-regression into fibro-fatty tissue.CD133-positive hemangioma stem cells(HemSCs),present in the proliferating IH tissue,can be used to establish the IH animal model,which has highlighted the pathogenesis of IH in recent years.This study focused on the biological characteristics and differentiation capacity of HemSCs and aimed to provide a theoretical possibility for its application in tissue engineering.Methods To further confirm our hypothesis,we used fluorescence-activated cell sorting(FACS),in vitro multipotent induced differentiation,angiogenesis assay,and antibody array to identify the surface markers,multipotent differential potential,angiogenesis potential,and secreted factors of HemSCs,respectively,utilizing human adipose stem cells(hADSCs)as the control.Results We successfully isolated and cultured HemSCs.FACS indicated that,on average,more than 80%of HemSCs matched the criteria of mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)surface markers.Our results confirmed that HemSCs could differentiate into adipocytes,osteocytes,and chondrocytes.Additionally,compared with fibroblasts or hADSCs,HemSCs could promote angiogenesis through para-secretion.Conclusions HemSCs may originate from normal MSCs,and owing to their powerful proliferative and angiogenic abilities,they could be considered an IH pathogenic factor.These characteristics demonstratet heir potential as a candidate seed cell in tissue engineering.Hanru YING Qianyi CHEN Xuanfeng CHEN Zhang YU MD Shih-Jen CHANG Lei CHANG Gang MA Yajing QIU Hui CHEN Xiaoxi LIN 2020Chinese Journal Of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery2020,2,1:2
3Dimensional Gradient Structure of CoSe2@CNTs-MXene Anode Assisted by Ether for High-Capacity,Stable Sodium Storage显示文摘Recently,abundant resources,low-cost sodium-ion batteries are deemed to the new-generation battery in the field of largescale energy storage.Nevertheless,poor active reaction dynamics,dissolution of intermediates and electrolyte matching problems are significant challenges that need to be solved.Herein,dimensional gradient structure of sheet-tube-dots is constructed with CoSe2@CNTs-MXene.Gradient structure is conducive to fast migration of electrons and ions with the association of ether electrolyte.For half-cell,CoSe2@CNTs-MXene exhibits high initial coulomb efficiency(81.7%)and excellent cycling performance(400 mAh g^-1 cycling for 200 times in 2 Ag^−1).Phase transformation pathway from crystalline CoSe2-Na2Se with Co and then amorphous CoSe2 in the discharge/charge process is also explored by in situ X-ray diffraction.Density functional theory study discloses the CoSe2@CNTs-MXene in ether electrolyte system which contributes to stable sodium storage performance owing to the strong adsorption force from hierarchical structure and weak interaction between electrolyte and electrode interface.For full cell,CoSe2@CNTs-MXene//Na3V2(PO4)3/C full battery can also afford a competitively reversible capacity of 280 mAh g^−1 over 50 cycles.Concisely,profiting from dimensional gradient structure and matched electrolyte of CoSe2@CNTs-MXene hold great application potential for stable sodium storage.Enze Xu Pengcheng Li Junjie Quan Hanwen Zhu Li Wang Yajing Chang Zhenjie Sun Lei Chen Dabin Yu Yang Jiang 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,2:1
4Microbiome analysis reveals soil microbial community alteration with the effect of animal excretion contamination and altitude in Tibetan Plateau of China显示文摘The fertile forages in the Tibetan Plateau provide natural conditions for animal husbandry,whereas it is still unclear that whether animal excretion can result in the alteration of soil microbial community.Therefore,this study was performed to investigate the impact of animal excretion contamination and land altitude on the soil microbial community in different grazing areas of Tibetan Plateau.A total of 1160,190 high-quality valid sequences and 25,478 operational taxonomic units were achieved from 18 samples at three different altitude sites(Linzhi,Rikaze and Shannan).Here,we found excremental contamination did not alter the richness and diversity of soil microbial community,but it resulted in a significant alteration in the proportion of some bacteria.Specifically,the proportion of Proteobacteria in the LZa was obviously increased,whereas Gemmatimonadetes was significantly decreased as compared to LZe.Moreover,significant difference can also be observed in Verrucomicrobia between RKZe and RKZa.Remarkably,we also found that excremental contamination significantly decreased the abundance of some bacterial genera,such as Sphingopyxis,Polycyclovorans,Singulisphaera Cohnella,Polycyclovorans,Defluviicoccus,and Arthrobacter,which were closely related to soil health,pollutant degradation,and nutrient metabolism.Importantly,excremental contamination increased the proportion of harmful and beneficial bacteria in soil,such as the percentage of Acidibacter,Gemmatimonadaceae and Pajaroellobacter increased,while the ratio of Pontibacter,Flavisolibacter,Parasegetibacter,and Niastella decreased.Remarkably,soil samples collected from different altitude sites also displayed different soil microbial community structures.Our results demonstrated that excremental contamination could alter the soil microbial community structure and affect the normal function of the soil by affecting the proportion of harmful bacteria to beneficial bacteria.Moreover,this study can also provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of a supervision system for soil quality in Tibet.Aoyun Li Yaping Wang Yajing Wang Hailong Dong Qingxia Wu Khalid Mehmood Zhenyu Chang Ying Li Yung-Fu Chang Lijun Shi Zhaoxin Tang Hui Zhang 2021International Soil and Water Conservation Research2021,9,4:1
5Synthesis and photoluminescence kinetics of Ce^(3+)-doped CsPbI3 QDs with near-unity PLQY显示文摘CsPbI_(3)perovskite quantum dots(QDs)have great potential in optoelectronic devices due to their suitable band-gaps,but low photoluminescence quantum yields(PLQYs)and poor phase stability seriously impede their practical application.This paper reports the synthesis of Ce^(3+)-doped CsPbI_(3)QDs by a hot injection method.In the presence of the dopant(Ce^(3+)),the highest PLQY of CsPbI_(3)QDs reached 99%,i.e.,near-unity PLQY,and the photoluminescence(PL)emission of CsPbI_(3)QDs could be well maintained compared to that of the undoped ones.The photoluminescence kinetics of Ce^(3+)-doped CsPbI_(3)QDs was investigated by the ultrafast transient absorption technologies,which exhibited that the Ce^(3+)not only increased the density of excitonic states close to the high energy excitonic states(HES),but also provided more emissive channels.Moreover,the radiative recombination rates calculated by the combination of PL lifetime and PLQY further illustrated the Pb2+vacancies were filled with Ce^(3+)ions so that the PL quenching of the CsPbI_(3)QDs could be effectively prevented.The theoretic analysis uncovered the mechanism of the high PLQY and stable PL emission of the Ce^(3+)-doped CsPbI_(3)QDs.Bowang Shu Yajing Chang Jinhua Zhang Xiaopeng Cheng Dabin Yu 2021Nano Research2021,14,10:1
6Systemic Hemodynamic Changes in Low-Dose Ethanol Embolotherapy for Soft-Tissue Arteriovenous Malformations显示文摘Background Ethanol embolotherapy is considered an optimal choice for the treatment of arteriovenous malformations(AVMs);however,there are some complications associated with this treatment.This study aimed to prospectively investigate systemic hemodynamic changes in high-flow AVMs using ethanol embolotherapy.Methods From September 2012 to September 2014,34 male patients and 26 female patients with AVMs who underwent embolotherapy(100 sessions in total)with absolute ethanol were included in this study.Invasive systolic blood pressure(SBP)and heart rate(HR)were recorded before and after each injection and throughout the procedure.Differences between the initial and highest SBP(ΔmaxSP)and HR values(ΔmaxHR),as well as the initial and final SBP(ΔSP)and HR(ΔHR)values,were analyzed.We aimed to explore the potential association between these values and the amount of ethanol that was used.Results The total ethanol used was variable(0.01–0.40 mL/kg;mean,0.20 mL/kg).SBP and HR increased after ethanol injection in most sessions(91 in 100 sessions).SBP decreased in 9 sessions(9 in 100 sessions),while HR,oxygen saturation,and end-tidal CO2 decreased in one of the 9 sessions.ΔmaxSP andΔmaxHR averaged 38.4 mmHg and 27.8 bpm,respectively(both P<0.05),whileΔSP andΔHR averaged 3.4 mmHg and 4.0 bpm,respectively(both P<0.05).ΔmaxSP andΔmaxHR were positively correlated with the total dose of ethanol injected.Conclusions Elevations in SBP and HR during ethanol embolotherapy are common,temporary,and most likely pain-mediated;these increases tend to be positively correlated with ethanol dose.Hypotension may be regarded as an acute complication of ethanol embolotherapy.Hypotension combined with bradycardia,oxygen desaturation,and decreased end-tidal CO2 may be a potential predictor of cardiovascular collapse.Xi YANG Chen HUA Hui CHEN Lan LUO Gang MA Xiaojie HU YaJing QIU Wenxin YU Lei CHANG Yunbo JIN Xiaoxi LIN 2021Chinese Journal Of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery2021,3,1:0
7Intralesional corticosteroid injections for infantile hemangioma显示文摘Infantile hemangiomas(IHs) are the most common benign soft-tissue tumors in infancy;about 10%–15% of them may result in various complications that require active management. The current first-line treatment for IH is oral propranolol;however, some studies recommend intralesional corticosteroid injections for small, limited, deep, or prominent tumors because of concern regarding serious systemic complications related to propranolol.
