2Deformation analysis of the flexspline of harmonic drive gears considering the driving speed effect using laser sensors显示文摘Accurate description of the elastic deformation of the flexsphne is the foundation for optimization design of the structure and conjugate profiles of the harmonic drive gear.This paper proposed an experimental method to investigate the effect of the driving speed on the deformation characteristics of the flexspline.First,an experimental apparatus that integrates a special-fabricated micro-displacement platform and a pair of laser displacement sensors is developed,and the radial displacement of the flexsphne is measured in vertical and horizontal directions.Next,the deformation analyses of the flexsphne at different driving speeds are performed with our method and the conventional method,and the comparison results reveal that the radial displacement of the flexsphne is actually composed of both harmonic and random components,and the amplitude decreases and tends to zero with the increase of the driving speed,especially near the closed end of the flexsphne.Last,the mechanisms of the inherent multi-frequency and amplitude attenuation characteristics of the radial displacement of the flexsphne are discussed.It is indicated that the impact and friction existing in the flexible bearing of the wave generator is likely responsible for the existence of the random component,and the assumption of linear distribution of the flexsphne deformation along the rotating axis is invalid under high speed condition.Our research promotes the further study on the contact-impact problem of the flexible bearing of the wave generator and the transfer characteristic of the elastic deformation of the flexsphne.MA DongHui WU JiaNing LIU Tao YAN ShaoZe 2017Science China(Technological Sciences)2017,60,8:8
3A method for detection and quantification of meshing characteristics of harmonic drive gears using computer vision显示文摘A lack of accurate description of the meshing characteristics and the corresponding frictional mechanism of the harmonic drive gear has limited progress toward modeling the hysteresis stiffness. This paper presents a method for detection and quantification of the meshing characteristics of the harmonic drive gear based on computer vision. First, an experimental set-up that integrates a high speed camera system with a lighting system is developed, and the image processing is adopted to extract and polish the tooth profiles of the meshed teeth pairs in each acquired video sequence. Next, a physical-mathematical model is established to determine the relative positions of the selected tooth pair in the process of the gear engagement, and the combined standard uncertainty is utilized to evaluate the accuracy of the calculated kinematics parameters. Last, the kinematics analysis of the gear engagement under the ultra-low speed condition is performed with our method and previous method, and the influence of the input rotational speed on the results is examined. The results validate the effectiveness of our method, and indicate that the conventional method is not available in the future friction analysis. It is also shown that the engaging-in phase is approximately a uniform motion process, the engaging-out phase is a variable motion process, and these characteristics remain unchanged with the variation of the input rotational speed. 6Temporal and spatial changes of microbial community in an industrial effluent receiving area in Hangzhou Bay显示文摘Anthropogenic activities usually contaminate water environments, and have led to the eutrophication of many estuaries and shifts in microbial communities. In this study, the temporal and spatial changes of the microbial community in an industrial effluent receiving area in Hangzhou Bay were investigated by 454 pyrosequencing. The bacterial community showed higher richness and biodiversity than the archaeal community in all sediments. Proteobacteria dominated in the bacterial communities of all the samples; Marine_Group_Ⅰ and Methanomicrobia were the two dominant archaeal classes in the effluent receiving area. PCoA and AMOVA revealed strong seasonal but minor spatial changes in both bacterial and archaeal communities in the sediments. The seasonal changes of the bacterial community were less significant than those of the archaeal community, which mainly consisted of fluctuations in abundance of a large proportion of longstanding species rather than the appearance and disappearance of major archaeal species. 7Advances in Researches on Chemical Composition and Functions of Hemerocallis Plants显示文摘The genus Hemerocallis is a kind of perennial herbaceous plants of Liliaceae and consists of about 15 species in the world,11 of which can be found in China. Some species of Hemerocallis are widely cultivated for medicinal,edible and ornamental application. Considerable progress had been made in researches on chemical composition and functions of Hemerocallis plants. Previous phytochemical studies on Hemerocallis plants have demonstrated the presence of flavonoids,anthraquinones,alkaloids,terpenoids,triterpenes and triterpenoid saponins,caffeoylquinic acid derivatives,naphthalene glycosides,steroid and steroidal saponins,phenylethanoid glycosides,and lignans. Functional activities of Hemerocallis plants are mainly manifested in sedative hypnotic,antidepressant,antioxidant,anti-tumor,hepatoprotective,antibacterial and insecticidal activities. 8Surface alloyed Ti–Zr layer constructed on titanium by Zr ion implantation for improving physicochemical and osteogenic properties显示文摘Titanium has been widely used as dental and orthopedic implant, while its corrosion resistance and osteogenic properties need to be further improved. Ti–Zr alloy is considered as one of promising titanium alloy with good corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. In this work, zirconium ions are implanted into the titanium surface by plasma immersion ion implantation(PIII) technology to construct Ti–Zr alloy layer on titanium surface with different proportions of Ti/Zr. The mechanical property, corrosion resistance and cytocompatibility of modified titanium were studied. Results indicated that Ti–Zr alloy layer on titanium exhibited good mechanical property and corrosion resistance. It could promote the cell spreading, proliferation, extracellular matrix(ECM) mineralization, and collagen secretion of r BMSCs. Besides, the zirconium ions released from different Ti–Zr alloy layers could promote the expressions of osteogenesis related genes, including alkaline phosphatase(ALP), type I collagen(Col-I), osteocalcin(OCN), osteopontin(OPN), and runt-related transcription factor 2(Runx2). 13Cloning and sequence analysis of β-actin gene from Aedes albopictus (Diptera: Culicidae)显示文摘Objective: To obtain the complete β-actin gene from Aedes albopictus. Methods: Total RNA was extracted from C6/36 cells. Degenerate primers were designed based on the β-actin sequences of An. gambiae, Ae. aegypti, Cx. pipiens pallens and D. melanogaster. By RT-PCR, the product was amplified, purified, cloned into the pGT vector and sequenced. The β-actin sequence was aligned and phylogenetically analyzed by the BLAST program and the CLUSTAL W program. Results: A sequence of 1132 bp including an open reading frame of 1131 bp was obtained(GenBank DQ657949). The deduced protein had 376 amino acids. Aligned to SWISS-PROT, it exhibited a high level of identity with β-actins from Anopheles, Drosophila and Culex at the amino acid sequence level. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that Ae. albopictus β-actin was much more homologous with invertebrate β-actin than with vertebrate β-actin. 17Flotation and adsorption of novel Gemini decyl-bishydroxamic acid on bastnaesite:Experiments and density functional theory calculations显示文摘Rare earth element is an important strategic metal,but the supply of high purity rare earth ores is growing slowly,which is in sharp contradiction with the rapidly growing demand.Froth flotation has been confirmed to be an effective method to separate bastnaesite from its gangue minerls.However,the traditional collectors are facing serious problems in flotation separation of minerals,requiring the addition of excess depressant and regulator in the flotation process.Herein,we proposed and synthesized novel Gemini hydroxamic acids Octyl-bishydroxamic acid(OTBHA),Decyl-bishydroxamic acid(DCBHA)and Dodecyl-bishydroxamic acid(DDBHA)as the collectors in bastnaesite-barite flotation system.The effect of different carbon chain lengths on the molecular properties were explored by density functional theory(DFT)calculations.DCBHA possessed a stronger reactivity compared with OCBHA and DDBHA.The flotation results verified the consistency of the computational calculation about the performance prediction of Gemini hydroxamic acids.Compared with OCBHA and DDBHA,DCBHA displayed superior collecting affinity toward bastnaesite,and did not float barite.Zeta potential results showed that the presence of DCBHA increased the potential of bastnaesite,while it had almost no effect on barite,indicating DCBHA had a stronger affinity for bastnaesite.Then,Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)analyses indicated that the adsorption mechanism was due to two hydroxamate groups of DCBHA co-anchored on bastnaesite surface by forming five-membered hydroxamic―(O―O)―Ce complexes.In addition,atomic force microscopy(AFM)clearly observed that DCBHA uniformly aggregated on bastnaesite surface,which increased surface contact angle and improved the hydrophobicity of bastnaesite.Longhua Xu Chang Liu Jiushuai Deng Donghui Wang Kai Xue Yan Wang Jinping Meng Jiongtian Liu 2023International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2023,33,10:0
18Quantitative Evaluation of Leaf Inclination Angle Distribution on Leaf Area Index Retrieval of Coniferous Canopies显示文摘Both leaf inclination angle distribution(LAD)and leaf area index(LAI)dominate optical remote sensing signals.The G-function,which is a function of LAD and remote sensing geometry,is often set to 0.5 in the LAI retrieval of coniferous canopies even though this assumption is only valid for spherical LAD.Large uncertainties are thus introduced.However,because numerous tiny leaves grow on conifers,it is nearly impossible to quantitatively evaluate such uncertainties in LAI retrieval.In this study,we proposed a method to characterize the possible change of G-function of coniferous canopies as well as its effect on LAI retrieval.Specifically,a Multi-Directional Imager(MDI)was developed to capture stereo images of the branches,and the needles were reconstructed.The accuracy of the inclination angles calculated from the reconstructed needles was high.Moreover,we analyzed whether a spherical distribution is a valid assumption for coniferous canopies by calculating the possible range of the G-function from the measured LADs of branches of Larch and Spruce and the true G-functions of other species from some existing inventory data and threedimensional(3D)tree models.Results show that the constant G assumption introduces large errors in LAI retrieval,which could be as large as 53%in the zenithal viewing direction used by spaceborne LiDAR.As a result,accurate LAD estimation is recommended.In the absence of such data,our results show that a viewing zenith angle between 45 and 65 degrees is a good choice,at which the errors of LAI retrieval caused by the spherical assumption will be less than 10%for coniferous canopies.Guangjian Yan Hailan Jiang Jinghui Luo Xihan Mu Fan Li Jianbo Qi Ronghai Hu Donghui Xie Guoqing Zhou 2021Journal of Remote Sensing2021,,1:0
19Detection to Pathogens of Poplar Cankers by Multiplex PCR Technique显示文摘Fungal pathogens causing poplar canker diseases are cosmopolitan in species,and have a wide range of hosts.These pathogens have diverse anamorphs and their morphology overlaps with each other;Their teleomorphs are hardly discovered in nature.Furthermore,the identification of these pathogens is usually limited by the geography,host and taxonomic knowledge.Therefore,a culture-independent method used to identify determine pathogens is expected to be developed for field diagnostics.Through amplifying,sequencing and analyzing multiplex nucleic acid templates and genetic marked target sequences,a multiplex PCR technique has been established and used to directly detect various environmental samples.In this study, four pathogen strains and environmental samples were amplified using fungal universal primers ITS1/ ITS4 and EF1-728F/EF1-986R by general PCR and multiplex PCR.The amplicons were sequenced,and then aligned in GenBank.The result showed that the multiplex PCR was able to successfully amplify the target gene and identify the pathogens from environmental samples in the condition of an annealing temperature of 55.6℃and primers final concentration of 0.2μmol·L-1.The multiplex PCR could amplify the target at the concentration level of approximately lng of genomic DNA.This method would provide a useful tool for the identification of canker pathogens by the multiplex PCR and the high-throughput DNA microarray detection of environmental samples.Feng Xiaohui Zhang Xingyao Yan Donghui 2012Chinese Forestry Science and Technology2012,11,3:0
