| 4 | Study of Cuscuta chinensis Lam. in Nuhuang Fuzheng Oral Liquid by Thin Layer Chromatography显示文摘[Objectives] To better control the quality of Nuhuang Fuzheng Oral Liquid and study the main component Cuscuta chinensis Lam.by Thin Layer Chromatography. [Methods] Through changing the treatment methods of the test sample solution, proportion of the developing solvent and sample application volume, taking the spot resolution, definition, and Rf value, optimal Thin Layer Chromatography conditions were screened for Cuscuta chinensis Lam. [Results] After the test sample solution passing the neutral alumina column,it was extracted two times using the ethyl acetate. Methanol was added to dissolve. Benzene-ethyl acetate-formic acid( 5∶5∶2.5) was used as developing solvent. And ammonia fumigation was carried out to develop color. In the thin layer chromatograph obtained through these conditions,Nuhuang Fuzheng Oral Liquid test sample solution showed the same stripe in the same position of the control drug chromatogram and there was no obvious tailing phenomenon and the spot was clear. [Conclusions] The thin layer chromatography identification conditions can be used as the method for quality control of Cuscuta chinensis Lam. in Nuhuang Fuzheng Oral Liquid. | Wengui FU Zhiqiang YAN Shaoqin ZHAI Maixun ZHU Hua ZHENG Xingzhong SUN | 2017 | Medicinal Plant2017,8,5: | 0 |
| 5 | Synthesis of Copillar[5]arenes and Their Host-Guest Complexation with Two Types of Guests显示文摘A series of novel copillar[5]arenes 1a-1f containing different substituents were synthesized. And their com-plexation with two types of guests was investigated. For symmetrical guests,1,4-dibromobutane(DBB)could thread in the cavity of copillar[5]arenes to form inclusion complexes. But for the unsymmetrical guests,copillar-[5]arene 1f bearing 4-(naphthalen-1-yloxy)butoxy could not complex with sec-butyl iodide(SBI)and sec-butyl bromide(SBB)at all, while 1f showed weak interaction with sec-butylamine•HCl(SBA)outside the cavity. These results indicated that the modified group of copillar[5]arene and the symmetry of guest played an important role in the complexation model and selectivity. | Hongfei Huang Luzhi Liu Wengui Duan Yan Huang Guishan Lin | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2015,33,3: | 0 |
| 6 | Low-Complexity Rate Compatible Modulation with Hybrid Weight Set显示文摘Rate Compatible Modulation(RCM)is an efficient technique for high spectral efficiency seamless transmission over highly dynamic wireless channels. However, its high decoding complexity at the receiver prevents it from being applied in scenarios where computation resources are limited. To alleviate this problem,an RCM with variable weight sets(RCM-VWS)was presented in the literature to significantly reduce its complexity by employing weight sets of different complexities for channels at different signal-tonoise-ratio(SNR).However,RCM-VWS has to introduce an undesired feedback channel for the transmission of SNR information that is estimated at the receiver and transmitted back to the transmitter for weight set selection. To achieve a low computational complexity while avoiding feedback transmission at the same time,a novel RCM scheme with hybrid weight set(RCM-HWS)is introduced in this paper.A low complexity of decoding is allowed by gradually reducing the complexity of weight sets based on the number symbols already sent.It also avoids the feedback of SNRs since we can deduce SNRs from the number of the symbols transmitted and use a hybrid weight set we have designed. The theoretical analysisand simulation results show that the proposed scheme has the advantages of low demodulation complexity and not requiring feedback channel while maintaining the same transmission throughput as that of the conventional RCM.Therefore, the proposed scheme has a wider range of applications, especially in the case that feedback channel is not available. | Wengui Rao Yan Dong Shaoping Chen Fang Lu Shu Wang | 2019 | China Communications2019,16,11: | 0 |
| 7 | Multidisciplinary team for the diagnosis and treatment of 2cases of primary intestinal yolk sac tumor显示文摘Extragonadal primary yolk sac tumor of the intestinal tract origin is exceedingly rare. Through a multiple disciplinary team, the diagnosis and treatment of primary intestinal yolk sac tumor were further defined. We report 2 such cases with detailed histologic and immunohistochemical analysis. The two patients were a 7-year-old girl and a 29-year-old woman. Both of them preoperatively had an elevated serum alpha fetoprotein(AFP) level(≥ 1,210 ng/mL). The tumors are located in the intestine and imaging examination indicated the rectum as the primary site. Grossly the mass was grey-white and crisp texture. Microscopic examination featured reticular, microcystic, macrocystic, papillary, solid, and some glandular patterns. Immunohistochemically, tumor cells of both cases were positive for SALL4, AFP, pan-cytokeratin(AE1/AE3), and glypican-3. Simultaneously, a stain for EMA, OCT4, CD30, HCG, vimentin and CK20 were negative in all 2 neoplasms. The features of morphology, immunohistochemistry, laboratory examinations and imaging studies consist of the diagnosis of primary yolk sac tumor of the intestine. | Qiujuan Huang Changxu Liu Ruijun Tang Jie Li Wei Li Lei Zhu Yuhong Guo Lin Zhang Tongyuan Qu Lingyi Yang Lingmei Li Yalei Wang Baocun Sun Bin Meng Jie Yan Wengui Xu Huilai Zhang Dengfeng Cao Wenfeng Cao | 2018 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2018,15,4: | 0 |
