3Seasonal Changes of Energy Fluxes in an Estuarine Wetland of Shanghai,China显示文摘The energy budget and regulating factors were investigated over an estuarine wetland during one year of continuous measurement in 2006.The results show that the seasonal changes of the energy fluxes and Bowen ratio(β) were greatly affected by incoming shortwave radiation and canopy growth.During the non-growing season and early-growing season, sensible heat(H) dominated the energy flux, and β could reach a maximum of 2.5, while during most of the growing season, latent heat dominated the energy flux and β fluctuated from 0.4 to 1.0.The energy budget ratio in growing season was about 0.76, and the value would be higher if heat exchange during tidal flooding was in-cluded.During tidal flooding days, β was slightly higher than that at exposure days in most cases.Vegetation cover seems exert little effect on energy partitioning except in March when the standing dead grass intercepted the incoming radiation that might reach the soil surface and reduce the turbulence between soil and atmosphere, thus suppressing the evaporation from the soil though the soil mositure was high at that time.GUO Haiqiang ZHAO Bin CHEN Jiquan YAN Yaner LI Bo CHEN Jiakuan 2010Chinese Geographical Science2010,20,1:1

9A low-noise,high-gain,and large-dynamic-range photodetector based on a JFET and a charge amplifier显示文摘We demonstrate a low-noise,high-gain,and large-dynamic-range photodetector(PD)based on a junction field-effect transistor(JFET)and a charge amplifier for the measurement of quantum noise in Bell-state detection(BSD).Particular photodiode junction capacitance allows the silicon N-channel JFET 2sk152 to be matched to the noise requirement for charge amplifier A250.The electronic noise of the PD is effectively suppressed and the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)is up to 15 dB at the analysis frequency of 2.75 MHz for a coherent laser power of 50.08µW.By combining of the inductor and capacitance,the alternating current(AC)and direct current(DC)branches of the PD can operate linearly in a dynamic range from 25.06µW to 17.50 mW.The PD can completely meet the requirements of SNR and dynamic range for BSD in quantum optics experiments.Jinrong WANG Shuang'e WU Chengdong MI Yaner QIU Xin'ai BAI 2024Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2024,25,2:0
