1Recent Advances in Space-Deployable Structures in China显示文摘Deployable space structure technology is an approach used in building spacecraft,especially when realizing deployment and folding functions.Once in orbit,the structures are released from the fairing,deployed,and positioned.With the development of communication,remote-sensing,and navigation satellites,space-deployable structures have become cutting-edge research topics in space science and technology.This paper summarizes the current research status and development trend of spacedeployable structures in China,including large space mesh antennas,space solar arrays,and deployable structures and mechanisms for deep-space exploration.Critical technologies of space-deployable structures are addressed from the perspectives of deployable mechanisms,cable-membrane form-finding,dynamic analysis,reliable environmental adaptability analysis,and validation.Finally,future technology developments and trends are elucidated in the fields of mesh antennas,solar arrays,deployable mechanisms,and on-orbit adjustment,assembly,and construction.Xiaofei Ma Tuanjie Li Jingya Ma Zhiyi Wang Chuang Shi Shikun Zheng Qifeng Cui Xiao Li Fan Liu Hongwei Guo Liwu Liu Zuowei Wang Yang Li 2022Engineering2022,,10:6

3Co-transplantation of macaque autologous Schwann cells and human embryonic nerve stem cells in treatment of macaque Parkinson's disease显示文摘Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of co-transplantation with Schwann cells(SCs) and human embryonic nerve stem cells(NSCs) on macaque Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods: Macaque autologous SCs and human embryonic NSCs were adopled for the treatment of macaque PD.Results:Six months after transplantation,positron emission computerized tomography showed that 18F-FP-β-CIT was significantly concentrated in the injured striatum in the cotransplanted group.Immunohistoehemieal staining of transplanted area tissue showed migration of tyrosine hydroxylase positive cells from the transplant area to the surrounding area was significantly increased in the co-transplanted group.Conclusions:Co-transplantation of SCs and NSCs could effectively cure PD in macaques.SCs harvested from the autologous peripheral nerves can avoid rejection and the ethics problems,so it is expected to be applied clinically.Ying Xia Chengchuan Jiang Zuowei Cao Keshan Shi Yang Wang 2012Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2012,5,1:1

5Analysis of the record-breaking August 2021 rainfall over the Greenland Ice Sheet显示文摘Rainfall was witnessed for the first time at the highest area of the Greenland Ice Sheet on 14 August,2021.The thermodynamic mechanisms supporting the rainfall are revealed by ERA5 reanalysis,in-situ and satellite data.We find that a strong southward intrusion of the polar vortex favored the maintenance of a deep cyclone over Baffin Island and an amplification of anticyclonic circulation over the southeastern ice sheet,which pumped warm and moist air toward Greenland from anomalously warm waters south of Greenland.Across a wide swath of the ice sheet,atmospheric uplift maintained above-melting and rainfall conditions via condensation and enhanced downward infrared irradiance.Without the low-level liquid clouds,the spatial extent and duration of the rainfall would have been smaller.Over the ice sheet topographic summit,the air temperature from the ground to 250 hPa level was~2℃higher than the previous record set on 12 July,2012.Such events may occur more frequently with the decreased temperature contrast between the Arctic and the mid-latitude regions that drives highly amplified jet streams.Thus,this extreme event serves as a harbinger of a more likely wet surface condition across all elevations of the ice sheet.DOU Tingfeng XIE Zuowei Jason E.BOX YANG Qing YANG Yifan TENG Shiwen XU Gaojie LIU Chao LI Xichen Derek HOUTZ GONG Xun DU Zhiheng DING Minghu YU Yongqiang XIAO Cunde 2023Advances in Polar Science2023,34,3:0
6A low-cost and high-efficiency 10-in-1 test for the PCR-based screening of SARS-CoV-2 infection in low-risk areas显示文摘To the Editor:As of August 9,2020,the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)has infected 19,432,244 people and caused 721,594 deaths globally.To timely identify the infected persons,nucleic acid detection screenings have been carried out for high-infection risk groups in areas known to have coronavirus disease 19(COVID-19)cases,such as Wuhan,Beijing,and Xinjiang.The rapid identification of infected patients and the implementation of quarantine measures play an important role in preventing the transmission of SARS-CoV-2.However,there are some issues associated with large-scale screening for this virus.The consumption of equipment and reagents for specimen collection and detection is high,resulting in elevated screening costs.Moreover,with the increase in the number of samples collected,the testing capabilities of medical institutions have reached a saturation point,hindering the speed and scope of large-scale screenings.For this reason,the mixed detection after RNA extraction(detection in a mixture of nucleic acids extracted from several patients)or before RNA extraction(detection in a mixture of pharyngeal swab transfer buffer obtained from different patients before nucleic acid extraction)has been proposed in many regions.[1]However,both the pooling of swab transfer buffer before nucleic acid extraction and pooling of RNA after nucleic acid extraction inevitably cause dilution of samples and decrease of detection sensitivity.However,there is still a lack of research on how to effectively improve the screening efficiency and control the decrease of sensitivity caused by dilution in an appropriate range.In this study,we designed a novel 10-in-1 test(ten pharyngeal swab samples from ten individuals were placed in one custom-made virus collection tube[CMT]for nucleic acid extraction and testing)by optimizing the current mixed acquisition technique,and after a promising pilot test.Xiaosong Qin Peng Gao Zhijie Zhang Zhijian Bo Shijun Li Mei Yang Jianhua Liu Lina Wu Ting Li Zuowei Zhao Yan Li Haodong Bian Yong Liu 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,4:0
7THE EFFECTS OF COMBINING APPLICATION OF DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT TECHNOLOGIES OF ERP AND PSYCHIC REHABILITATION INTERVENTION ON REHABILITATION OF SCHIZOPHRENIA显示文摘Objective:To explore the effects of combining application of diagnosis and treatment technologies of Event Related Potentials(ERP)and Psychic Rehabilitation Intervention(PRI)on rehabilitation of schizophrenia.Methods:PRI and ERP were used in schizophrenia rehabilitation in this research.232 patients were divided into study group(SG)and control group(CG),and the rehabilitation effects were compared.Results:(1)After the implementation of the PRI,more score of the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)was reduced on SG than the score on CG;more decreased scores of insight and on Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS),and more increased scores of treatment compliance questionnaire scores were observed on SG,comparing with CG(P<0.05 or 0.01).(2)After the implementation of the PRI,more decreased factor scores of Symptom Checklist 90 were observed on SG patients family members(P<0.05 or 0.01).(3)PRI significantly improved the patients’social functions,family members’relationship and prevented the recurrence of schizophrenia.(4)Improved P2,P3 amplitudes were also detected on SG compared with CG(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)PRI interventions may improve schizophrenia patients’social function.(2)ERP may be used to evaluate the schizophrenia patients’rehabilitation,and is worth being popularized.Song Lisheng Zhang Chen Chen Meijuan Zhang Yi Li Xiaoping Zhao Wenqing Yang Xujiao Huang Xinrui Lin Xiaodong Chen Ce Wang Xiwu Wu Rongqin Xu Lu Tang Jialin Wang Zuowei Zhan Guilai Zhang Zhanxing He Qiuhao 2019现代电生理学杂志2019,26,B03:0
