| 3 | 无水乙醇在颅内巨大高血运脑膜瘤中的应用(英文)显示文摘Objective:We evaluated the microsurgical effects of intratumoral injection ethanol into intracranial tumors,in particular,those with highly vascularized large meningiomas. Methods: Twelve patients presented with large meningioma,anhydrous ethanol was intraoperatively injected at an average volume of 15.4 mL followed by microscopic tumor resection. Results: Tumors in the injected sites became pallor to various extent and sclerous,leading to significantly decreased hemorrhage on the surface and cut. The average intraoperative hemorrhage was 88 mL. Complete tumor resection was achieved in 11 out of 12 patients; however,only 1 patient had 91.6% of the tumor resected. None of these patients had any postoperative complications. | 4 | Preparation and characterization of bimetallic Pt^Ni-P/CNT catalysts via galvanic displacement reaction on electrolessly-plated Ni-P/CNT显示文摘Platinum-based bimetallic catalysts have broad applications in polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells and water splitting. In this work,galvanic displacement reaction was employed to prepare Pt^Ni-P/CNT catalysts using electrolessly-plated Ni-P/CNT. These catalysts were extensively characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Catalytic activities towards methanol oxidation and hydrogen evolution reactions were evaluated and benchmarked with a commercial Pt/C catalyst. Uniform dispersion of Pt on Ni-P particles led to high Pt utilization, and the electrochemical surface area of Pt^Ni-P/CNT with 12.1% Pt loading was found to be 126 m2 gà1, higher than that of a commercial Pt/C(77.9 m2 gà1). | 5 | 带蒂额肌帽状腱膜裂层颅骨瓣修复前颅底(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of our study was to reconstruct soft and hard tissue perforating defects of the anterior skull base in a 1-stage surgical procedure with a combined craniofacial approach. Methods:Soft and hard tissue defects of the anterior skull base were successfully reconstructed in 43 patients during a 1-stage surgery through the use of frontalis muscle galea aponeurotica skull flaps with 1 or 2 vascularized pedicles. The skull flap areas were up approximately 7cm × 14cm. Results:Intracranial infection and cerebrospinal fluid leakage were not observed in the 43 patients, and all incisions healed. Of 33 malignant tumor patients, 25 patients received follow-up examinations for longer than 2 years, and 18 patients survived for 2 years. Conclusion:Frontalis muscle galea aponeurotica skull pedicle flaps provided a constant blood supply and resulted in soft and thin tissue. The pedicle flaps, together with the external cranial bone plate, strengthened the support, but still allowed for bending and shaping.
