| 1 | Enhanced oxygen reduction reaction performance of Co@N–C derived from metal-organic frameworks ZIF-67 via a continuous microchannel reactor显示文摘Traditional methods of preparing metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)compounds have the disadvantages such as poor dispersion,inefficient and discontinuous process.In this work,microchannel reactor is used to prepare MOFs-derived zeolite-imidazole material via flash nanoprecipitation to form ZIF-67+PEI(FNP),which reduces the MOF synthesis time down to millisecond time interval while keeping the synthesized ZIF-67+PEI(FNP)highly dispersed.The Co@N–C(FNP)catalyst obtained by flash nanoprecipitation and carbonization has a higher Co content and thus more active sites for oxygen reduction reaction than the Co@N–C(DM)catalyst prepared by direct mixing method.Electrochemical tests show that the Co@N–C(FNP)catalyst prepared by this method has excellent oxygen reduction performance,good methanol resistance and high stability.The onset potential and half-wave potential of Co@N–C(FNP)are 0.92 VRHE and 0.83 VRHE,respectively,which are higher than that of Co@N–C(DM)(Eonset=0.90 VRHEand E1/2=0.83VRHE).Moreover,the Zn-air battery assembled with Co@N–C(FNP)as the cathode catalyst has high open circuit voltage,high power density and large specific capacity.The performance of these batteries has been comparable to that of Pt/C assembled batteries.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations confirm that the Co(220)crystal plane present in Co@N–C(FNP)have stronger adsorption energy than that of Co(111)crystal plane in Co@N–C(DM),leading to better electrocatalytic performance of the former. | Chenxu Wang Huifang Yuan Feng Yu Jie Zhang Yangyang Li Wentao Bao Zhimou Wang Ke Lu Jie Yu Ge Bai Gang Wang Banghua Peng Lili Zhang | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,1: | 2 |
| 2 | Effect of ecdysterone on heteroptopic heart transplantation in rats显示文摘Objective:To investigate the protective effects of ecdysterone(EDS)on the allograft heart transplant model of rats.Methods:Fifty healthy Sprayue-Dawley(SD)rats were divided into donors and recipients randomly.Hearts were harvested and placed heterotopically into allogenic recipients.All animals were divided into three groups:sham-operation group(only opening and closing the abdomen, n=10),EDS group(injected intraperitoneally with 20 mg/(kg·day)of EDS,n=10),and control group(injected intraperitoneally with normal saline,n=10).The pathological changes of myocardial tissue were analyzed by light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy and the levels of myocardial enzymes(GOT,LDH,CPK),SOD,ET-1,NO,MDA in serum were measured.Tissue samples underwent the detection of apoptotic cell death by in situ terminal deoxyribonucleotide transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling for apoptotic index(AI)and also by immunohistochemistry method to study the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax.Results:Pathological examination and transmission electron microscope observation showed greater myocardium damage in the control group.EDS group showed a decrease in the amount of myocardial enzymes,MDA,ET-1 and an increase in the levels of SOD,NO,compared to the control group.The AI of EDS group became lower than that of control group,meanwhile the EDS group increased the expression of Bcl-2 and decreased the expression of Bax.Conclusion:EDS has protective effects on heteroptopic heart transplantation,which provides a new idea for myocardial protection in heart transplantation.However,the mechanism of its protective effect needs further research. | Zhong Zhao Yangyang Zhang Wen Ge Gaofeng Zhang Biao Yuan Kejiang Cao | 2008 | Journal of Nanjing Medical University2008,22,5: | 2 |

| 6 | Histomorphological observation in arterial remodeling following New Zealand rabbit auto-extremity artery transplantation显示文摘Objective:To investigate the histomorphological change in auto-extremity artery following transplantation.Methods:50 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups(postoperative 1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d,56 d,n = 10).Femoral artery was harvested and end-to-side anastomosed with carotid in order to build the auto-extremity arterial graft animal model.On the postoperative 1st,3rd,7th,14th and 56th days,grafts for morphometric analysis under the Image analysis system were obtained;and electron microscope was scanned to observe endothelial cells.In addition,Immunostaining of sections were performed with the mouse monoclonal antibody of the α-smooth muscle isoform of actin and proliferating cell nuclear antigen antibody.Results:Overall patency rate for all conduits was 86%.The intimal hyperplasia was first observed in the 7th day group,and continued to increase in the 56th day group(183.21±111.74)μm,P < 0.01.Additionally,the luminal narrowed(32.43±18.28)% in the 56th day group.Smooth muscle cells were the mainly hyperplastic components.The most active proliferation of cells was detected in the 14th day group,where the extracellular matrix gradually deposited in the intima.Conclusion:Moderate intimal hyperplasia occurred in arterial conduits and vascular structure experienced constrictive remodeling after auto-transplantation. | Yangyang Zhang Wen Ge Biao Yuan Xiaohu Zhang Kejiang Cao | 2007 | Journal of Nanjing Medical University2007,21,6: | 0 |
| 7 | Targeting the CXCR4/CXCL12 axis with the peptide antagonist E5 to inhibit breast tumor progression显示文摘Emerging evidence has demonstrated that stromal cell-derived factor 1(SDF-1)and its cognate receptor CXCR4 have critical roles in tumorigenesis,angiogenesis and metastasis.In this study,we demonstrated the significant inhibitory effects of a novel chemically synthetic peptide(E5)on the CXCR4/CXCL12 axis in breast cancer both in vitro and in vivo.E5 was capable of specifically binding to the murine breast cancer cell line 4T1,remarkably inhibiting CXCL12-or stromal cell(MS-5)-induced migration,and adhesion and sensitizing 4T1 cells to multiple chemotherapeutic drugs.Furthermore,E5 combined with either paclitaxel or cyclophosphamide significantly inhibited tumor growth in a breast cancer model.Mechanistic studies implied that E5 can inhibit the expression of CXCR4 to block the CXCL12-mediated recruitment of endothelial progenitor cells and repress CXCR4 downstream of the Akt and Erk signaling pathway,which are involved in tumor angiogenesis and progression.Further pharmacokinetic evaluation suggested that E5 has an acceptable stability,with a half-life of 10 h in healthy mice.In conclusion,E5 demonstrates a promising anti-tumor effect and could be a potential chemotherapeutic sensitizer to improve current clinical breast cancer therapies. | Hua Guo Yangyang Ge Xiaojin Li Yanlian Yang Jie Meng Jian Liu Chen Wang Haiyan Xu | 2017 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2017,2,1: | 0 |
