| 1 | Zircon U-Pb SHRIMP ages of the Taiping (calc-alkaline)-Huangshan (alkaline) composite intrusion:Constraints on Mesozoic lithospheric thinning of the southeastern Yangtze Craton,China显示文摘The Taiping-Huangshan composite intrusion is a unique complex with characteristics changing from calc-alkaline (Taiping intrusion) to alkaline (Huangshan intrusion). Huangshan intrusion samples show a spectacular tetrad effect in their REE distribution patterns as well as non-CHARAC (charge-and radius-controlled) trace element behavior, indicating a highly evolved late-stage magma component. This composite intrusion provides a rare opportunity to investigate the variance of tectonic setting and lithospheric thinning of the southeastern Yangtze Craton in late Mesozoic era. Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb analyses yield an emplacement age of 140.6±1.2 Ma for the Taiping intrusion, and ages of 127.7±1.3, 125.7±1.4, 125.1±1.5, and 125.2±5.5 Ma for four samples from the Huangshan intrusion respectively. The ages for four different phases of the Huangshan intrusion agree within their small analytical errors, indicating that the emplacement was in a short time. The Taiping and Huangshan intrusions are intimately associated, but there is about 15 Ma interval between their intrusion, and the magma characters change from calc-alkaline to alkaline without transition. This probably corresponds to lithospheric thinning of the southeastern Yangtze Craton. This event possibly happened from about 141 Ma (the emplacement age of the Taiping intrusion), to 128 Ma (start of emplacement of the Huangshan intrusion). | 3 | Interactive effects of wind speed,vegetation coverage and soil moisture in controlling wind erosion in a temperate desert steppe,Inner Mongolia of China显示文摘The rapid desertification of grasslands in Inner Mongolia of China poses a significant ecological threaten to northern China. The combined effects of anthropogenic disturbances(e.g., overgrazing) and biophysical processes(e.g., soil erosion) have led to vegetation degradation and the consequent acceleration of regional desertification. Thus, mitigating the accelerated wind erosion, a cause and effect of grassland desertification, is critical for the sustainable management of grasslands. Here, a combination of mobile wind tunnel experiments and wind erosion model was used to explore the effects of different levels of vegetation coverage, soil moisture and wind speed on wind erosion at different positions of a slope inside an enclosed desert steppe in the Xilamuren grassland of Inner Mongolia. The results indicated a significant spatial difference in wind erosion intensities depending on the vegetation coverage, with a strong decreasing trend from the top to the base of the slope. Increasing vegetation coverage resulted in a rapid decrease in wind erosion as explained by a power function correlation. Vegetation coverage was found to be a dominant control on wind erosion by increasing the surface roughness and by lowering the threshold wind velocity for erosion. The critical vegetation coverage required for effectively controlling wind erosion was found to be higher than 60%. Further, the wind erosion rates were negatively correlated with surface soil moisture and the mass flux in aeolian sand transport increased with increasing wind speed. We developed a mathematical model of wind erosion based on the results of an orthogonal array design. The results from the model simulation indicated that the standardized regression coefficients of the main effects of the three factors(vegetation coverage, soil moisture and wind speed) on the mass flux in aeolian sand transport were in the following order: wind speed>vegetation coverage>soil moisture. These three factors had different levels of interactive effects on the mass flux in aeolian sand transport. | 7 | Secondary biogenic coalbed gas in some coal fields of China显示文摘The secondary biogenic coalbed gas, a new genetic and energy source type of coalbed gas in China, has been found in Xinji, Liyazhuang and Enhong areas. The essential characteristics of this type of gas are: (i) the major component of the gas is methane, with C1/C1-5 value higher than 0.99, indicating that the gas is part of dry gas; (ii) theδ13C1 value is in the range of -61.7‰to -47.9‰, mostly lower than -55‰, which is much lower than the estimatedδ13C1 value of thermogenic methane according to the thermal evolution degree of the coal rocks (with R0 value from 0.87% to 1.43%), showing the characteristics of the secondary biogenic gas; (iii) theδ5D value of methane ranges from -244‰to -196‰; (iv)δ13C 2 value ranges from -26.7‰to -15.9‰andδ13C 3 value ranges from -10.8‰to -25.3‰, indicating that the heavier hydrocarbons have a thermogenic origin; (v) the content of CO2 is very low, andδ13CCO2 value changes greatly, reflecting a characteristic of secondary change; (vi)δ15N2 value ranges mainly from -1‰to +1‰, indicating N2 derived significantly from air. The negative linear correlation between the contents of N2 and CH4 reflects the activity of bacteria bearing surface water infiltrating into coal beds. The comprehensive tracing indices show that the coalbed gas in the studied areas is the mixed gas of primarily secondary biogenic gas and a part of remnant thermogenic gas. | 10 | Iterative parameter estimate with batched binary-valued observations显示文摘In this paper, we consider linear system identification with batched binary-valued observations.We constructed an iterative parameter estimate algorithm to achieve the maximum likelihood(ML) estimate.The first interesting result was that there exists at most one finite ML solution for this specific maximum likelihood problem, which was induced by the fact that the Hessian matrix of the log-likelihood function was negative definite under binary data and Gaussian system noises. The global concave property and local strongly concave property of the log-likelihood function were obtained. Under mild conditions on the system input, we proved that the ML function has a unique maximum point. The second main result was that the ML estimate was consistent under persistent excitation inputs, which infers the effectiveness of ML estimate. Finally, the proposed iterative estimate algorithm converged to a fixed vector with an exponential rate that was proved by constructing a Lyapunov function. A more interesting result was that the limit of the iterative algorithm achieved the maximization of the ML function. | 11 | Integrating full-length transcriptomics and metabolomics reveals the regulatory mechanisms underlying yellow pigmentation in tree peony(Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.)flowers显示文摘Tree peony(Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.)is a popular ornamental plant in China due to its showy and colorful flowers.However,yellow-colored flowers are rare in both wild species and domesticated cultivars.The molecular mechanisms underlying yellow pigmentation remain poorly understood.Here,petal tissues of two tree peony cultivars,“High Noon”(yellow flowers)and“Roufurong”(purple–red flowers),were sampled at five developmental stages(S1–S5)from early flower buds to full blooms.Five petal color indices(brightness,redness,yellowness,chroma,and hue angle)and the contents of ten different flavonoids were determined.Compared to“Roufurong,”which accumulated abundant anthocyanins at S3–S5,the yellow-colored“High Noon”displayed relatively higher contents of tetrahydroxychalcone(THC),flavones,and flavonols but no anthocyanin production.The contents of THC,flavones,and flavonols in“High Noon”peaked at S3 and dropped gradually as the flower bloomed,consistent with the color index patterns.Furthermore,RNA-seq analyses at S3 showed that structural genes such as PsC4Hs,PsDFRs,and PsUFGTs in the flavonoid biosynthesis pathway were downregulated in“High Noon,”whereas most PsFLSs,PsF3Hs,and PsF3’Hs were upregulated.Five transcription factor(TF)genes related to flavonoid biosynthesis were also upregulated in“High Noon.”One of these TFs,PsMYB111,was overexpressed in tobacco,which led to increased flavonols but decreased anthocyanins.Dual-luciferase assays further confirmed that PsMYB111 upregulated PsFLS.These results improve our understanding of yellow pigmentation in tree peony and provide a guide for future molecular-assisted breeding experiments in tree peony with novel flower colors. | Xiaoning Luo Daoyang Sun Shu Wang Sha Luo Yaqi Fu Lixin Niu Qianqian Shi Yanlong Zhang | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 5 |

| 15 | Decentralized Attribute-Based Encryption and Data Sharing Scheme in Cloud Storage显示文摘In this paper, we consider the problems of data sharing between multiple distrusted authorities. Prior solutions rely on trusted third parties such as CAs, or are susceptible to collusion between malicious authorities, which can comprise the security of honest ones. In this paper, we propose a new multi-authority data sharing scheme – Decentralized Multi-Authority ABE(DMA), which is derived from CP-ABE that is resilient to these types of misbehavior. Our system distinguishes between a data owner(DO) principal and attribute authorities(AAs): the DO owns the data but allows AAs to arbitrate access by providing attribute labels to users. The data is protected by policy encryption over these attributes. Unlike prior systems, attributes generated by AAs are not user-specific, and neither is the system susceptible to collusion between users who try to escalate their access by sharing keys. | 17 | New Approaches and Markers for Identifying Secondary Biogenic Coalbed Gas显示文摘According to the adsorption-desorption characteristics of coalbed gas and analysis of various experimental data,this paper proposes that the generation of secondary biogenic gas(SBG) and its mixing of with the residual thermogenic gas at an early stage inevitably lead to secondary changes of the thermogenic gas and various geochemical additive effects.Experimental results also show that the fractionation of the carbon isotope of methane of coal core desorption gas changes very little;the δ13C1 value of the mixed gas of biogenic and thermogenic gases is between the δ13C1 values of the two 'original' gases,and the value is determined by the carbon isotopic compositions and mixing proportions of the two 'original' methanes.Therefore this paper proposes that the study on the secondary changes of the thermogenic gas and various additive effects is a new effective way to study and identify SBG.Herein,a systematic example of research on the coalbed gas(Huainan coalbed gas) is further conducted,revealing a series of secondary changes and additive effects,the main characteristics and markers of which are:(1) the contents of CO2 and heavy-hydrocarbons decrease significantly;(2) the content of CH4 increases and the gas becomes drier;(3) the δ13C and δD values of methane decrease significantly and tend to have biogenetic characteristics;and(4) the values of δ13C2 and δ13CCO2 grow higher.These isotopic values also change with the degradation degrees by microbes and mixing proportions of the two kinds of gases in different locations.There exists a negative correlation between the δ13C1 vs δ13CCO2 values.The △δ13CC2-C1 values obviously become higher.The distributions of the △δ13CCO2-C1 values are within certain limits and show regularity.There exist a positive correlation between the N2 versus Ar contents,and a negative correlation between the N2 versus CH4 contents,indicating the down forward infiltration of the surface water containing air.These are important markers of the generation and existence of SBG. | TAO Mingxin LI Jing LI Xiaobin MA Yuzhen LI Zhongping WANG Zuodong GAO Zhongliang ZHANG Xiaojun WANG Yanlong | 2012 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,1: | 4 |

| 20 | LyP-1 peptide-functionalized gold nanoprisms for SERRS imaging and tumor growth suppressing by PTT induced-hyperthermia显示文摘Gold-based nanomaterials with plasmonic properties exhibit various potentials for biomedical applications. In this work, gold nanoprisms (GNPs) was synthesized and then modified with LyP-1, a tumor-homing peptide, to improve the affinity of the GNPs to tumor cells, thus, to improve the efficacy of tumor-targeted photothermal therapy. The introduction of NIR dye IR780 not only enabled the GNPs-based nanosystem with the surface-enhanced resonant Raman scattering (SERRS) property, but also enhanced the plasmonic photothermal property which delivering therapeutic heating by 660 nm laser irradiation. The obtained GNPs/IR780-LyP-1 presented significantly increased of photothermal conversion in vitro and in vivo, which resulted in enhanced tumor-targeting photothermal therapeutic efficacy after laser irradiation.
