1Microstructure and composition evolution of a single-crystal superalloy caused by elements interdiffusion with an overlay NiCrAlY coating on oxidation显示文摘MCrAlY(M=Ni and/or Co)overlay coating is widely used as a protective coating against high temperature oxidation and corrosion.However,due to its big difference in chemical composition with the underlying superalloy,elements interdiffusion occurs inevitably.One of the direct results is the formation of interdiffusion zone(IDZ)and secondary reaction zone(SRZ)with a high density of fine topological closed-packed phases(TCPs),weakening dramatically the mechanical properties of the alloy substrate.It is by now the main problem of modern high-temperature metallic coatings,but there are still hardly any reports studying the formation,growth and transformation of IDZ and SRZ in deep,as well as the precipitation of TCPs.In this work,a typical NiCrAlY coating is deposited by arc ion plating on a single-crystal superalloy N5.Elements interdiffusion between them and its relationship on microstructure were clarified.Cr rather than Al from the coating diffuses into the alloy at high temperatures and segregates immediately beneath their interface,contributing largely to the formation of IDZ.Simultaneously,diffusion of Ni from the deep alloy to IDZ leads to the formation and continuous expansion of SRZ.Lanlan Yang Minghui Chen Jinlong Wang Yanxin Qiao Pingyi Guo Shenglong Zhu Fuhui Wang 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,42,10:7

3A model considering solid-fluid interactions stemming from capillarity and adsorption mechanisms in unsaturated expansive clays显示文摘Solid-fluid interactions in unsaturated expansive clays can be divided into capillarity and adsorption effects based on their physical mechanisms. Most constitutive models for unsaturated soils are proposed on the basis of the capillarity mechanism, ignoring the contributions of the adsorption effect to mechanical and hydraulic behaviors. For expansive clays, however, the adsorption effect which leads to more complex behavioral characteristics than that in low plasticity clays cannot be ignored. In the light of this, a new binary-medium model for unsaturated expansive clays is proposed, involving a consideration of the solid-fluid interactions stemming from the capillary and the adsorption mechanisms at the same time.Firstly, we assume that expansive clay is a mixture of two ideal parts, i.e. the ideal capillarity part and the ideal adsorption part, and then an ideal capillarity model and an ideal adsorption model, each of which is available for the corresponding ideal part, are established. Furthermore, a participation function is used to reflect the degrees of capillarity effect and adsorption effect. 4Design and validation of real-time dynamic spectrum management in OFDM-based HNPLC systems显示文摘Time-varying frequency selective attenuation and colored noises are unfavorable characteristics of power line communication(PLC) channels of the low voltage networks.To overcome these disadvantages,a novel real-time dynamic spectrum management(DSM) algorithm in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)-based high-speed narrow-band power line communication(HNPLC) systems is proposed,and the corresponding FPGA circuit is designed and realized.Performance of the proposed DSM is validated with a large amount of network experiments under practical PLC circumstance.As the noise in each narrow subcarrier is approximately Gaussian,the proposed DSM adopts the BER/SER expression formulized via the AWGN channel to provide a handy and universal strategy for power allocation.The real-time requirement is guaranteed by choosing subcarriers in group and employing the same modulation scheme within each transmission.These measures are suitable for any modulation scheme no matter the system criterion is to maximize data rate or minimize power/BER.Algorithm design and hardware implementation of the proposed DSM are given with some flexible and efficient conversions.The DSM circuit is carried out with Xilinx KC705.Simulation and practical experiments validate that the proposed real-time DSM significantly improves system performance.刘雯静 Guo Jingbo Yan Yanxin Zhang Tongfei 2015High Technology Letters2015,21,4:2
5Batch and Column Experiments on Fluoride Removal from Waters Using Modified Zeolite显示文摘High fluoride groundwater occurs widely in China, presenting a quite serious environmental problem. Zeolite from Xinyang, China was tested as the fluoride removing adsorbent. 7Mesencephalic astrocyte-derived neurotrophic factor reduces cell apoptosis via upregulating HSP70 in SHSY-5Y cells显示文摘Background:Mesencephalic astrocyte-derived neurotrophic factor(MANF)is a new candidate growth factor for dopaminergic neurons against endoplasmic reticulum stress(ER stress).HSP70 family,a chaperon like heat shock protein family,was proved to be involved in the MANF induced survival pathway in 6-OHDA treated SHSY-5Y cells.However,the ER stress relative transcriptome,in MANF signaling cascades is still investigated.The involvement of HSP70,a 70kd member of HSP70 family,need further to be verified.Methods:The cell apoptosis was assayed by MTT,TUNEL staining and western blot of cleaved Caspase-3.The differentially expressed genes in SHSY-5Y cells under different conditions(control,6-OHDA,6-OHDA+MANF)were investigated by RNA-seq.Expression of HSP70 was further confirmed by real-time PCR.RNAi knockdown for HSP70 was performed to investigate the role of HSP70 in the MANF signaling pathway.Results:MANF inhibits 6-OHDA-induced apoptosis in SHSY-5Y cells.Six ER stress relative genes(HSP70,GRP78,xbp-1,ATF-4,ATF-6,MAPK)were found enriched in 6-OHDA+MANF treatment group.HSP70 was the most significantly up-regulated gene under 6-OHDA+MANF treatment in SHSY-5Y cells.RNAi knockdown for HSP70 inhibits the protective effects of MANF against 6-OHDA toxicity in SHSY-5Y cells.Conclusion:MANF exerts a protective role against 6-OHDA induced apoptosis in SHSY-5Y cells via up-regulating some ER stress genes,including HSP70 family members.The HSP70 expression level plays a key role in MANFmediated survival pathway.Hui Sun Ming Jiang Xing Fu Qiong Cai Jingxing Zhang Yanxin Yin Jia Guo Lihua Yu Yun Jiang Yigang Liu Liang Feng Zhiyu Nie Jianmin Fang Lingjing Jin 2017Translational Neurodegeneration2017,6,1:2
