1UAV feasible path planning based on disturbed fluid and trajectory propagation显示文摘In this paper, a novel algorithm based on disturbed fluid and trajectory propagation is developed to solve the three-dimensional(3-D) path planning problem of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) in static environment.Firstly, inspired by the phenomenon of streamlines avoiding obstacles, the algorithm based on disturbed fluid is developed and broadened.The effect of obstacles on original fluid field is quantified by the perturbation matrix, where the tangential matrix is first introduced.By modifying the original flow field, the modified one is then obtained, where the streamlines can be regarded as planned paths.And the path proves to avoid all obstacles smoothly and swiftly, follow the shape of obstacles effectively and reach the destination eventually.Then, by considering the kinematics and dynamics equations of UAV, the method called trajectory propagation is adopted to judge the feasibility of the path.If the planned path is unfeasible, repulsive and tangential parameters in the perturbation matrix will be adjusted adaptively based on the resolved state variables of UAV.In most cases, a flyable path can be obtained eventually.Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of this method.Yao Peng Wang Honglun Su Zikang 2015Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2015,28,4:18
2Precise genome editing without exogenous donor DNA via retron editing system in human cells显示文摘Dear Editor,CRISPR-Cas9 mediated seamless genome editing can be achieved by incorporating donor DNA into the CRISPR-Cas9 target loci via homology-directed repair(HDR),albeit with relative low efficiency due to the inefficient delivery of exogenous DNA(Cox et al.,2015;Gao,2021).Retrons are bacterial phage-defense related operons composed of a specialized reverse transcriptase(RT)and a relevant non-coding RNA(ncRNA)which can be partially reverse tran-scribed by RT initiating at a conserved guanosine(G)residue to produce a multicopy single-stranded DNA(msDNA)(Yee et al.,1984;Millman et al.,2020).After being reverse transcribed,the msDNA is usually covalently teth-ered to the ncRNA through the 2',5'-phosphodiesterbond between the priming G in ncRNA and 5'end of msDNA(Dhundale et al.,1987).The reverse transcription process,of which the specialized RT recognizes the unique secondary structure of retron ncRNA,is highly specific(Hsu et al.,1989).Additionally,desired msDNA can be generated in vivo by replacing the dispensable region of retron ncRNA with desired sequences(Mirochnitchenko et al.,1994;Simon et al.,2019).Therefore,retrons are promising biological sources for in vivo generation of DNA donors for HDR-me-diated precise genome editing.Xiangfeng Kong Zikang Wang Renxia Zhang Xing Wang Yingsi Zhou Linyu Shi Hui Yang 2021Protein & Cell2021,12,11:2
3Synergistically boosting the elementary reactions over multiheterogeneous ordered macroporous Mo2C/NC-Ru for highly efficient alkaline hydrogen evolution显示文摘Simultaneously enhancing the reaction kinetics,mass transport,and gas release during alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is critical to minimizing the reaction polarization resistance,but remains a big challenge.Through rational design of a hierarchical multiheterogeneous three-dimensionally(3D)ordered macroporous Mo_(2)C-embedded nitrogen-doped carbon with ultrafine Ru nanoclusters anchored on its surface(OMS Mo_(2)C/NC-Ru),we realize both electronic and morphologic engineering of the catalyst to maximize the electrocatalysis performance.The formed Ru-NC heterostructure shows regulative electronic states and optimized adsorption energy with the intermediate H*,and the Mo_(2)C-NC heterostructure accelerates the Volmer reaction due to the strong water dissociation ability as confirmed by theoretical calculations.Consequently,superior HER activity in alkaline solution with an extremely low overpotential of 15.5 mV at 10 mAcm^(−2)with the mass activity more than 17 times higher than that of the benchmark Pt/C,an ultrasmall Tafel slope of 22.7 mV dec−1,and excellent electrocatalytic durability were achieved,attributing to the enhanced mass transport and favorable gas release process endowed from the unique OMS Mo_(2)C/NC-Ru structure.By oxidizing OMS Mo_(2)C/NC-Ru into OMS MoO_(3)-RuO_(2)catalyst,it can also be applied as efficient oxygen evolution electrocatalyst,enabling the construction of a quasi-symmetric electrolyzer for overall water splitting.Such a device's performance surpassed the state-of-the-art Pt/C||RuO2 electrolyzer.This study provides instructive guidance for designing 3D-ordered macroporous multicomponent catalysts for efficient catalytic applications.Kaixi Wang Shuo Wang Kwan San Hui Haixing Gao Duc Anh Dinh Chengzong Yuan Chenyang Zha Zongping Shao Zikang Tang Kwun Nam Hui 2022Carbon Energy2022,4,5:2
4Unique sandwich design of high-efficiency heat-conducting phosphor-in-glass film for high-quality laser-driven white lighting显示文摘Multi-color phosphor-in-glass(PiG)film has been considered as a promising color converter in high-quality laser lighting owing to its outstanding merits of phosphor versatility,tunable luminescence,and simple preparation.However,the opto-thermal properties of PiG film are severely affected by the photon reabsorption and backward scattering of phosphor structure and the heat conduction of substrate.Herein,a unique sandwich design of phosphor structure was introduced in the multi-color PiG film for high-quality laser lighting.By elaborately synthesizing the borosilicate glass with low glass transition temperature(T_(g)),similar expansion coefficient,and high refractive index(RI),the sandwiched PiGs were prepared by sintering(~600℃)broadband green and red phosphor glass films on the double sides of sapphire.The green and red PiG films were tightly coated on the sapphire with no delamination and maintained higher luminescence intensity than raw phosphors at high temperatures.By simultaneously coupling photon reabsorption and backward scattering,the sandwiched green PiG film-sapphire-red PiG film(G-S-R PiG)yields a high-quality white light with a high luminous efficacy of 163 lm/W and an excellent color rendering index(CRI)of 85.4 under a laser power of 2.4 W,which are the best comprehensive results yet reported.Benefiting from the ingenious sandwich design with heat-conducting sapphire and thin PiG films,the G-S-R PiG displays low working temperatures(<200℃)under high-power laser excitation.This work reveals the role of sandwiched phosphor structure in photon loss and heat dissipation,which provides a new strategy to design PiG films for high-quality laser lighting.Yang PENG Zikang YU Jiuzhou ZHAO Qing WANG Jiaxin LIU Bo SUN Yun MOU Mingxiang CHEN 2022Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,12:2

7Influencing factors of radioiodine therapy in hyperthyroidism in adults显示文摘The study was to evaluate factors affecting outcome of 131I therapy in hyperthyroidism for optimizing the method. Data from 213 patients who received 131I treatment from July 2003 to July 2005 in our department were retrospectively analyzed. Factors possibly contributing to the outcome of the 131I therapy were analyzed, including gen-der, age, history of antithyroid drug, thyroid volume, duration of disease and radioactive iodine uptake rate. Multivariate analysis was done. The rates of euthyroidism and hypothyroidism were 69% and 8.5%, respectively, after one time 131I therapy. Multivariate analysis of the patients showed no statistically significant factors affecting the outcome of 131I therapy. 11Polyetherimide functionalized carbon dots with enhanced red emission in aqueous solution for bioimaging显示文摘Red emissive carbon dots(CDs)are highly desired for biological applications.However,serious luminescence quenching of red emissive CDs in aqueous solution greatly hinders their application in high performance biological imaging.Herein,we reported a facile strategy to realize enhanced red emission of CDs in aqueous solution by surface modification with polyetherimide(PEI)via microwave heating method.High photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of 25%was realized from the PEI functionalized CDs(CDs@PEI)in aqueous solution.The proposed PEI functionalization strategy not only protects the red emission against water molecules quenching,but also reverses the surface charges from negativity to positivity to promote cellular uptake of CDs,leading to clear cell imaging in red fluorescence region.More important,CDs@PEI exhibits much better photostability than commercial red emissive dye(MitoT racker red)in cell fluorescent imaging.Potential application of CDs@PEI on fast staining of cells for clonogenic assay has also been demonstrated.Liming Wang Bingzhe Wang Enshan Liu Yunyang Zhao Bingchen He Chunfei Wang Guichuan Xing Zikang Tang Yinning Zhou Songnan Qu 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,8:0

14Laser spot associated high-saturation phosphor-in-glass film for transmissive and reflective high-brightness laser lighting显示文摘Phosphor-in-glass(PiG)film is a promising luminescent material in high-brightness laser lighting for its advantages of high efficiency,outstanding color quality,and low-cost preparation,which must bear high laser power(LP)and laser power density(LPD)simultaneously to enable high-luminance light.Herein,laser spot associated high-saturation PiG film was proposed for transmissive and reflective high-brightness laser lighting.Two types of PiG films were prepared by printing and sintering La_(3)Si_(6)N_(11):Ce^(3+)(LSN)phosphor-borosilicate glass pastes on a sapphire substrate(PiG-S)and an AlN substrate(PiG-A),respectively.The PiG films with perfect crystal structure of phosphor were reliably bonded on the substrates.The effects of laser spot areas on the luminescence saturation of LP and LPD were investigated in the PiG films.With the increase of laser spot area from 0.5 to 2.5 mm^(2),the LP threshold of PiG films is gradually raised,while the LPD threshold of PiG films is decreased.The PiG-S withstands a high LP of 23.46 W and a high LPD of 20.64 W/mm^(2),enabling white light with a luminous flux of 3677 lm.The PiG-A withstands a high LP of 41.12 W and a high LPD of 35.56 W/mm^(2),enabling white light with a luminous flux of 2882 lm.Moreover,the PiG-A maintains lower working temperature compared with the PiG-S,and the temperatures reduce with the increasing laser spot area.The results demonstrate that the laser spot associated PiG films realize high saturation thresholds of LP and LPD simultaneously,and enable high luminance for laser lighting.Zikang Yu Jiuzhou Zhao Qing Wang Yun Mou Mingxiang Chen Yang Peng 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,9:0

16Morphology evolution and breakdown mechanism of cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)-silicone rubber(SiR)interface induced by silicone grease diffusion显示文摘Silicone grease(SG)is used for lubrication during cable accessory installation and can penetrate into the silicone rubber(SiR),leading to properties deterioration of the SiR.In this study,the effects of SG on the breakdown characteristics of the cross-linked poly-ethylene(XLPE)-SiR interface are investigated.First,the variation of the XLPE-SiR interface breakdown voltage with SG coating time is experimentally explored.The interface breakdown voltage significantly increases after SG is applied,remains stable for coating times of up to approximately 144 h and then rapidly decreases;the minimum interface breakdown voltage is lower than that without the SG coating.Next,the effects of SG on the chemical composition and surface topography of the SiR are examined by infrared spectroscopy and optical profilometry,respectively.The SG penetration does not change the functional groups of the SiR but significantly increases its surface roughness.Finally,the interface electric-field distribution after coating with SG is analysed by finite-element simulation,revealing that the residual SG at the interface distorts the interface electric field after a long coating time.The increase in the SiR surface roughness caused by SG diffusion and the interface electric-field distortion caused by the residual SG together lead to the decrease of the interface breakdown voltage.Zerui Li Kai Zhou Pengfei Meng Hao Yuan Zikang Wang Yidong Chen Yuan Li Guangya Zhu 2022High Voltage2022,7,4:0
17Full-color-tunable phosphorescence of antimony-doped lead halide single crystal显示文摘Although multiple emissive phosphors are of great fundamental interest and practical importance,it is still challenging to achieve full-color tunable luminescence in a single-component material.Herein,we present an antimony-doped lead halide single crystal(C10NH22)2PbBr4:Sb3+with widely tunable red/green/blue/white luminescence.Extrinsic Sb3+dopants provide host another active sites to capture photo-generated excitons,thus triggering blue/red dual emission.Moreover,a reversible thermal-induced phase transition transforms blue/red emission into green/red dual emission.Both two phases exhibit intriguing excitation-wavelength dependent emission,affording a whole color gamut covering the red-green-blue(RGB)color triangle on the CIE 1931 diagram.Experimental and theoretical calculation studies reveal two emitters work independently,which paves the way for the multimode optical control and promotes the development of multifunctional luminescent materials.Jin-Feng Liao Zhipeng Zhang Bingzhe Wang Zikang Tang Guichuan Xing 2022npj Flexible Electronics2022,6,1:0

20Metal-to-ligand charge transfer chirality-based sensing of mercury ions显示文摘Chiral ligand conjugated transition metal oxide nanoparticles(NPs) are a promising platform for chiral recognition, biochemical sensing, and chiroptics. Herein, we present chirality-based strategy for effective sensing of mercury ions via ligand-induced chirality derived from metal-to-ligand charge transfer(MLCT) effects. The ligand competition effect between molybdenum and heavy metal ions such as mercury is designated to be essential for MLCT chirality. With this know-how, mercury ions, which have a larger stability constant(Kf) than molybdenum, can be selectively identified and quantified with a limit of detection(LOD) of 0.08 and 0.12 nmol/L for D-cysteine and L-cysteine(Cys) capped Mo O2 NPs.
