2Plasma metabolomic and lipidomic alterations associated with COVID-19显示文摘The pandemic of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has become a global public health crisis.The symptoms of COVID-19 range from mild to severe,but the physiological changes associated with COVID-19 are barely understood.In this study,we performed targeted metabolomic and lipidomic analyses of plasma from a cohort of patients with COVID-19 who had experienced different symptoms.We found that metabolite and lipid alterations exhibit apparent correlation with the course of disease in these patients,indicating that the development of COVID-19 affected their whole-body metabolism.In particular,malic acid of the TCA cycle and carbamoyl phosphate of the urea cycle result in altered energy metabolism and hepatic dysfunction,respectively.It should be noted that carbamoyl phosphate is profoundly down-regulated in patients who died compared with patients with mild symptoms.And,more importantly,guanosine monophosphate(GMP),which is mediated not only by GMP synthase but also by CD39 and CD73,is significantly changed between healthy subjects and patients with COVID-19,as well as between the mild and fatal cases.In addition,dyslipidemia was observed in patients with COVID-19.Overall,the disturbed metabolic patterns have been found to align with the progress and severity of COVID-19.This work provides valuable knowledge about plasma biomarkers associated with COVID-19 and potential therapeutic targets,as well as an important resource for further studies of the pathogenesis of COVID-19.Di Wu Ting Shu Xiaobo Yang Jian-Xin Song Mingliang Zhang Chengye Yao Wen Liu Muhan Huang Yuan Yu Qingyu Yang Tingju Zhu Jiqian Xu Jingfang Mu Yaxin Wang Hong Wang Tang Tang Yujie Ren Yongran Wu Shu-Hai Lin Yang Qiu Ding-Yu Zhang You Shang Xi Zhou 2020National Science Review2020,7,7:9

4Design and Experimental Research on Seedling Pick-Up Mechanism of Planetary Gear Train with Combined Non-circular Gear Transmission显示文摘Currently, transplanting mechanisms for dryland plug seedlings in China are mainly semiautomatic and have low efficiency. The rotary seedling pick-up mechanism with a planetary gear train for non-uniform intermittent transmission, and a concave and convex locking arc device, has a large rigid impact. To solve these problems, according to the design requirements for a dryland plug seedling transplanting mechanism, a rotary seedling pick-up mechanism of a planetary gear train with combined non-circular gear transmission of incomplete eccentric circular and noncircular gears was proposed. This has the characteristics of two-times greater fluctuation of the transmission ratio in a cycle, and can achieve a non-uniform continuous drive. Through analysis of the working principle of the seedling pick-up mechanism, its kinematics model was established. The human–computer interaction optimization method and self-developed computer-aided analysis and optimization software were used to obtain a set of parameters that satisfy the operation requirements of the seedling pick-up mechanism. According to the optimized parameters, the structure of the seedling pick-up mechanism was designed, a virtual prototype of the mechanism was created, and a physical prototype was manufactured. A virtual motion simulation of the mechanism was performed, high-speed photographic kinematics tests were conducted, and the kinematic properties of the physical prototype were investigated, whereby the correctness of the theoretical model and the optimized design of the mechanism were verified. Further, laboratory seedling pick-up tests were conducted. 7Using Artificial Neural Networks for Energy Regulation Based Variable-speed Electrohydraulic Drive显示文摘In the energy regulation based varibable-speed electrohydraulic drive system, the supply energy and the demanded energy, which will affect the control performance greatly, are crucial. However, they are hard to be obtained via conventional methods for some reasons. This paper tries to a new route: the definitive numerical values of the supply energy and the demanded energy are not required, except for their relationship which is called energy state. A three-layer back propagation(BP) neural network was built up to act as an energy analysis unit to deduce the energy state. The neural network has three inputs: the reference displacement, the actual displacement of cylinder rod and the system flowrate supply. The output of the neural network is energy state. A Chebyshev type II filter was designed to calculate the cylinder speed for the estimation of system flowrate supply. The training and testing samples of neural network were collected by the system accurate simulation model. After off-line training, the neural network was tested by the testing data. And the testing result demonstrates that the designed neural network was successful. Then, the neural network acts as the energy analysis unit in real-time experiments of cylinder position control, where it works efficiently under square-wave and sine-wave reference displacement. The experimental results validate its feasibility and adaptability. Only a position sensor and some pressure sensors, which are cheap and have quick dynamic response, are necessary for the system control. 10Xuebijing alters tumor necrosis factor-alpha, interleukin-1beta and p38 mitogen activated protein kinase content in a rat model of cardiac arrest following cardiopulmonary resuscitation显示文摘We established a rat model of cardiac arrest by clamping the endotracheal tube of adult rats at expiration. Twenty-four hours after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, nerve cell injury and expression of tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1β, and p38 mitogen activated protein kinase content were increased. Rats injected with Xuebijing, a Chinese herb compound preparation, exhibited normal cellular structure and morphology, dense neuronal cytoplasm, and decreased tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1β, and p38 mitogen activated protein kinase expression at 24 hours following cardiopulmonary resuscitation. 15Highly efficient flexible perovskite solar cells with vacuum-assisted low-temperature annealed SnO2 electron transport layer显示文摘The demand for lightweight, flexible, and high-performance portable power sources urgently requires high-efficiency and stable flexible solar cells. In the case of perovskite solar cells(PSCs), most of the common electron transport layer(ETL) needs to be annealed for improving the optoelectronic properties,while conventional flexible substrates could barely stand the high temperature. Herein, a vacuumassisted annealing SnO_(2) ETL at low temperature(100℃) is utilized in flexible PSCs and achieved high efficiency of 20.14%. Meanwhile, the open-circuit voltage(V_(oc)) increases from 1.07 V to 1.14 V. The flexible PSCs also show robust bending stability with 86.8% of the initial efficiency is retained after 1000 bending cycles at a bending radius of 5 mm. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), atomic force microscopy(AFM), and contact angle measurements show that the density of oxygen vacancies, the surface roughness of the SnO_(2) layer, and film hydrophobicity are significantly increased, respectively. These improvements could be due to the oxygen-deficient environment in a vacuum chamber, and the rapid evaporation of solvents. 16Design of clamping-pot-type planetary gear train transplanting mechanism for rice wide-narrow-row planting显示文摘To design a clamping-pot-type wide-narrow-row pot seedling transplanting(WPST)mechanism with desired spatial beak-shaped trajectory and working posture,a new design method of planetary gear train transplanting mechanism(PGTM)with non-circular gears based on several key spatial poses(position and posture)was proposed.The PGTM was simplified to a spatial open-loop chain with two-revolute(2R)joints.The geometric constraint equations containing only the structural parameters of the chain were then established on the basis of the three key spatial poses,and the homotopy algorithm was used to obtain all the required parameters of the mechanism.In accordance with the parameters obtained,the relative angular displacement relation between the planet carrier and the transplanting arm was optimized,the trajectory of the mechanism was replayed,and the total transmission ratio was determined.The degree of freedom of the spatial 2R mechanism was reduced by attaching to the unequal gear pair,and the transmission ratio was distributed in accordance with the gear type to realize the design of a non-circular gear pitch curve.Lastly,a clamping-pot-type PGTM for rice WPST driven by the combination of planar non-circular and non-conical gears was designed,and virtual simulation and prototype test were conducted.Results showed that the simulation and prototype test trajectories were consistent with the desired trajectory.Under the operating speeds of 50 r/min and 90 r/min,the success rates of seedling picking were 95.32%and 90.15%,respectively,which verified the feasibility of the theoretical method.This method could provide a reference for the design of a spatial PGTM with nonuniform transmission.Lei Wang Liang Sun Hengmin Huang Yaxin Yu Gaohong Yu 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,2:1
17Synthesis of alumina-nitrogen-doped carbon support for CoMo catalysts in hydrodesulfurization process显示文摘More stringent environmental legislation imposes severe requirements to reduce the sulfur content in diesel to ultra-low levels with high efficient catalysts.In this paper,a series of CoMo/NDC@alumina catalysts were synthesized by combination of the chemical vapor deposition of nitrogen-doped carbon(NDC)using 1,10-phenanthroline and co-impregnation of Mo and Co active components.The optimal catalyst with additive of 25%1,10-phenanthroline was screened by a series of property characterization and the hydrodesulfrization(HDS)active test.The amount of“CoMoS”active phase of the optimal CoMo/C3 catalyst increased 5.3%as compared with the CoMo/c-Al_(2)O_(3).The introduction of NDC improved the sulfidation degree of Mo by 21.8%as compared to the CoMo/c-Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst,which was beneficial to form more active sites.The HDS conversion of the NDC supported catalysts are higher than CoMo/c-Al_(2)O_(3) whether for the dibenzothiophene(DBT)or 4,6-dimethyl dibenzothiophene(4,6-DMDBT).Further hydroprocessing evaluation with Dagang diesel revealed that the CoMo/C3 catalyst possessed higher HDS property and the removal rate of DBTs in the diesel increased by 4%–11%as compared to the CoMo/c-Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst.Zhentao Chen Yaxin Liu Jian Chen Yang Zhao Tao Jiang Fangyu Zhao Jiahuan Yu Haoxuan Yang Fan Yang Chunming Xu 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,1:1

19Corrosion fatigue behavior of friction stir processed interstitial free steel显示文摘In this study, interstitial free(IF) steel plates were subjected to double-sided friction stir processing(FSP).The fine-grained structure with an average grain size of about 12 m was obtained in the processed zone(PZ) with a thickness of about 2.5 mm. The yield strength(325 MPa) and ultimate tensile strength(451 MPa) of FSP IF steel were significantly higher than those of base material(BM)(192 and 314 MPa),while the elongation(67.5%) almost remained unchanged compared with the BM(66.2%). The average microhardness value of the PZ was about 130 HV, 1.3 times higher than that of the BM. In addition, the FSP IF steel showed a more positive corrosion potential and lower corrosion current density than the BM,exhibiting lower corrosion tendency and corrosion rates in a 3.5 wt% NaCl solution. Furthermore, FSP IF steel exhibited higher fatigue life than the BM both in air and NaCl solution. Corrosion fatigue fracture surfaces of FSP IF steel mainly exhibited a typical transgranular fracture with fatigue striations, while the BM predominantly presented an intergranular fracture. Enhanced corrosion fatigue performance was mainly attributed to the increased resistance of nucleation and growth of fatigue cracks. 20Dingxin recipe alleviates atherosclerosis injury in Apo E-knockout mice via downregulation of visfatin expression and inhibition of the visfatin-induced inflammatory response显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To further elucidate the mechanism underlying the anti-atherosclerotic effect of Dingxin recipe(DXR).METHODS:Fifty 6-week-old male Apo E^-/-mice were randomly divided into the following groups:model,simvastatin(5 mg·kg^-1·d^-1),DXR low-dose(9.30 g·kg^-1·d^-1),DXR middle-dose(18.59 g·kg^-1·d^-1)and DXR high-dose(37.18 g·kg^-1·d^-1)(n=10).Ten male C57BL/6J mice were used as the control group.All Apo E^-/-mice were fed a high-fat diet(HFD)and the control mice received a common diet.After HFD for 12 weeks,the mice were treated with DXR or simvastatin for another 12 weeks.The expression of inflammatory cytokines and visfatin was determined in serum and atherosclerotic lesions by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Visfatin expression was also assessed in aortic atherosclerotic plaques.Cultured vessel endothelial cells(VECs)were pretreated with DXR sera prior to visfatin.The effects of DXR were analyzed to elucidate its protective mechanism against visfatin-induced inflammation in VECs.RESULTS:DXR regulated blood lipids and reduced tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),intercellular adhesion molecules-1(ICAM-1),vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1)and visfatin expression in Apo E^-/-mice,particularly at the higher doses.The areas of atherosclerotic lesions in the DXR groups were significantly smaller than those in the model group.DXR alleviated visfatin-induced VEC injury via downregulation of TNF-α,IL-6,ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 through mitogen-activated protein kinase pathways.CONCLUSION:DXR alleviated atherosclerosis injury via downregulation of visfatin expression and inhibition of the visfatin-induced inflammatory response in VECs.Cui Xiaobing Huang Zhiyong Lou Linjie Cheng Saibo Zhang Yu Zhang Yaxin Jia Yuhua Zhou Fenghua 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,6:1
