1水流作用下海底管线三维冲刷扩展速度实验研究显示文摘对水流作用下海底管线三维冲刷问题进行了实验室研究,重点研究了不同的水流速度(以底面剪切力系数θ表示,θ=0.046-0.104)、管线埋厚比(e/D=0.1~0.5)、水流作用角(α=45°-90°)下的冲刷沿管线扩展速度.实验结果表明管线下方冲刷以先后两个速度沿管线向两侧扩展.建立起冲刷段扩展速度Vh与θ、e/D、α等影响因素问的关系.发现管线冲刷的扩展速度随底面剪切力系数的增大而增大;随着埋厚比的增大而减小,随水流作用角的增大而增大.最后,根据实验结果建立了一套预测海底管线下方冲刷段扩展过程的经验模型,效果较好.臧志鹏 滕斌 程亮 YEOW Kervin 2009大连理工大学学报2009,49,1:10
2A Flexible and Lightweight Biomass-Reinforced Microwave Absorber显示文摘Developing a flexible,light-weight and effective electromagnetic(EM)absorber remains challenging despite being on increasing demand as more wearable devices and portable electronics are commercialized.Herein,we report a flexible and lightweight hybrid paper by a facile vacuumfiltration-induced self-assembly process,in which cotton-derived carbon fibers serve as flexible skeletons,compactly surrounded by other microwave-attenuating components(reduced graphene oxide and Fe3O4@C nanowires).Owing to its unique architecture and synergy of the three components,the asprepared hybrid paper exhibits flexible and lightweight features as well as superb microwave absorption performance.Maximum absorption intensity with reflection loss as low as-63 dB can be achieved,and its broadest frequency absorption bandwidth of 5.8 GHz almost covers the entire Ku band.Such a hybrid paper is promising to cope with ever-increasing EM interference.The work also paves the way to develop low-cost and flexible EM wave absorber from biomass through a facile method.Yan Cheng Justin Zhu Yeow Seow Huanqin Zhao Zhichuan JXu Guangbin Ji 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,10:7

4Staphylococcal thoracic aortitis complicated by aortic dissection显示文摘BACKGROUND:The diagnosis of aortitis is often delayed as symptoms are largely nonspecific.We report a case of Staphylococcal thoracic aortitis in a 73-year-old Chinese woman complicated by aortic dissection.METHODS:The patient presented with pyrexia of unknown origin,and a contrast enhanced computed tomography aortogram revealed a large thrombus at the anterior aspect of the ascending aorta with two large ulcerations as a result of a chronic type A aortic dissection.A hemiarch replacement with a 28 mm Gleweave Vascutek graft was performed with resuspension of aortic valve commisures.Aortic thrombus cultures were positive for coagulase negative Staphylococcus aureaus,and histology showed chronic dissection of the aorta.RESULTS:The patient was treated with intravenous cefazolin for a 6-week duration and made good progress.CONCLUSIONS:This case highlights Staphylococcal infective aortitis complicated by dissection presenting as fever of unknown origin.Timely diagnosis is essential as progression to catastrophic rupture may occur.Paul Chun Yih Lim Jean Mui Hua Lee Yeow Leng Chua Stanley Chia1 2013World Journal of Emergency Medicine2013,4,2:3

6体外循环下心脏不停跳与非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术治疗冠状动脉左主干病变的对比研究显示文摘目的对比研究体外循环下行心脏不停跳与非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥治疗冠状动脉左主干病变的临床效果。方法 180例单纯冠状动脉左主干病变患者分别进入非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥组(OPCAB组,n=90)和体外循环下心脏不停跳行搭桥组(OPBH,n=90)。两组患者在心绞痛程度、合并慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)、心肌梗死史和糖尿病、高血压、高血脂、中风、肾功能受损等方面无统计学差异(P>0.05),但OPBH组低左室射血分数(LVEF)的患者的比例明显多于OPCAB组(P<0.05)。所有患者均采用胸骨正中切口。OPCAB组用单根心包深吊线,引入一橡皮管,帮助暴露各冠状动脉分支,采用心脏局部固定器,辅以腔内分流栓,完成远端吻合。OPBH组在体外循环(CPB)的辅助下,用OPCAB的方法显露冠状动脉各个分支,完成各个吻合。所有患者术终行桥血流定量测定。结果 OPCAB组无1例需转成OPBH。两组人均冠状动脉远端吻合数(OPCAB组:3.22±0.58。OPBH组:3.06±0.72)和再血管化指数相似,术后呼吸支持时间、胸腔引流量和输血量明显少于OPBH组(P<0.05);两组围手术期心肌梗死、出血再开胸、呼吸功能不全、肾功能异常、脑卒中、心房颤动、纵隔炎、下肢切口感染和围术期死亡例数无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论对比研究结果显示,两种手术方式均可以取得良好的临床效果。对于低LVEF的患者,OPBH可用于治疗冠状动脉左主干病变,能达到完全性再血管化,虽然出血和输血量较大,术后呼吸支持时间和ICU停留时间较长,但能取得与OPCAB相同的疗效。李忠诚 CHUA Yeow Leng LIM See Lim 2010山东大学学报(医学版)2010,48,7:2
