Pre-trained models for natural language processing: A survey显示文摘Recently, the emergence of pre-trained models(PTMs) has brought natural language processing(NLP) to a new era. In this survey, we provide a comprehensive review of PTMs for NLP. We first briefly introduce language representation learning and its research progress. Then we systematically categorize existing PTMs based on a taxonomy from four different perspectives. Next,we describe how to adapt the knowledge of PTMs to downstream tasks. Finally, we outline some potential directions of PTMs for future research. This survey is purposed to be a hands-on guide for understanding, using, and developing PTMs for various NLP tasks. | QIU XiPeng SUN TianXiang XU YiGe SHAO YunFan DAI Ning HUANG XuanJing | 2020 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,10: | 109
Recent progress in luminescent materials based on lanthanide complexes intercalated synthetic clays显示文摘Interest in lanthanide complexes in the synthetic clays remains growing considerably during the last decades because of the attractive features of the individuals. Synthetic clays like Laponite~? and Aminoclay show great potentials in building up the luminescent hybrid materials due to their obvious advantages such as high purity, high dispersibility(or solubility) in water to yield translucent gels and clear aqueous solution. Additionally, their strong adsorption capacity for non-polar molecules or complexes is favorable to the formation of water-soluble and aqueous processable luminescent materials. This feature article summarizes the latest developments in the design and preparation of highly luminescent organicinorganic hybrid materials with excellent aqueous process ability based on lanthanide complexes intercalated synthetic clays. | Yige Wang Peng Li Shufang Wang Huanrong Li | 2019 | Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,5: | 10
Aminoclay decorated with lanthanide complexes and carbon dots:Tunable emission and information encryption显示文摘Herein we present emission color-tunable and multi-functional lanthanide(Ⅲ)luminescent hybrid materials(Ln(DPA)@AC-CDs)by mixing aminoclay(AC),2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid(DPA),Ln3+(Ln=Eu,Tb or Eu and Tb in different molar ratios),and carbon dots(N,S-CDs)in water, showing high quantum yields up to 58.8%.The emission colors can be finely tuned by altering the excitation wavelength and the amounts of the components, and white light emission(CIE-(0.27,0.25))can be achieved for sample Eu1Tb2(DPA)@AC-CDs under 325 nm light irradiation. In addition, under 365 nm UV light excitation, the Eu(DPA)@AC-CDs powder exhibits red luminescence due to the sensitization effect of N,S-CDs on Eu^3+,which turns to bright blue when the powder is dispersed in water attributed to the high dispersion of the aggregated N,S-CDs particles. These luminescent properties afford Ln(DPA)@AC-CDs potential candidates for designing optoelectronic devices like WLEDs or in information encryption applications. | Tianren Wang Jing Yang Huanrong Li Yige Wang | 2019 | Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,9: | 4
APOE and APOC1 gene polymorphisms are associated with cognitive impairment progression in Chinese patients with late-onset Alzheimer's disease显示文摘Current evidence shows that apolipoprotein E(APOE), apolipoprotein CI(APOC1) and low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein(LRP) variations are related to late-onset Alzheimer's disease. However, it remains unclear if genetic polymorphisms in these genes are associated with cognitive decline in late-onset Alzheimer's disease patients. We performed a 30-month longitudinal cohort study to investigate the relationship between Alzheimer's disease and APOE, APOC1, and LRP. In this study, 78 Chinese Han patients with late-onset Alzheimer's disease were recruited form Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in China. APOE, APOC1, and LRP genotyping was performed using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphisms. The Mini-Mental State Examination and Clinical Dementia Rating Scale were used to assess patients' cognitive function. After a 30-month follow-up period, we found a significant reduction in Mini-Mental State Examination total score, a higher proportion of patients fulfilling cognitive impairment progression criteria, and a higher proportion of APOC1 H2 carriers in APOE ε4 carriers compared with non-carriers. In addition, the APOE ε4 allele frequency was significantly higher in the cognitive impairment progression group compared with the non-cognitive impairment progression group. In conclusion, APOE ε4 plays an important role in augmenting cognitive decline, and APOC1 H2 may act synergistically with APOE ε4 in increasing the risk of cognitive decline in Chinese patients with late-onset Alzheimer's disease. | Qin Zhou Dantao Peng Xinrui Yuan Zeping Lv Shenghang Pang Wenyu Jiang Chuyu Yang Xiaohong Shi Guofang Pang Yige Yang Haiqun Xie Wandong Zhang Caiyou Hu Ze Yang | 2014 | Neural Regeneration Research2014,9,6: | 4
Closed-loop cobalt recycling from spent lithium-ion batteries based on a deep eutectic solvent (DES) with easy solvent recovery显示文摘Efficient recycling technology for the rapid growth of spent lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)is essential to tackle the resources and environmental crisis.Hydrometallurgical approach has attracted extensive research due to its potential to reduce the consumption of energy and threat to the environment. However, the simultaneous realization of green, efficient and closed-loop recycling is still challenging.Herein,we report a closed-loop and highly efficient approach to recycle lithium cobalt oxide from spent LIBs based on a choline chloride:oxalic acid(ChCl:OA)type deep eutectic solvent(DES).An ultrafast leaching process is observed at 180°C for 10 s with no observable residues. The energy barrier during leaching is calculated to be 113.9 kJ/mol.Noteworthy,the solubility of cobalt ions can be reversibly tuned by simply adding/evaporating deionized water, thus avoiding the addition of precipitant and enabling the easy recovery of the leaching solvent for realizing a closed-loop recycling process. The simultaneous realization of high efficiency, green and closed-loop process is expected to push the DES into practical application for recycling the electrodes of LIBs. | Taibai Li Yige Xiong Xiaohui Yan Tao Hu Siqi Jing Zhongjie Wang Xiang Ge | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,9: | 3

Li intercalation in an MoSe_(2) electrocatalyst:In situ observation and modulation of its precisely controllable phase engineering for a high-performance flexible Li-S battery显示文摘Sophisticated efficient electrocatalysts are essential to rectifying the shuttle effect and realizing the high performance of flexible lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs).Phase transformation of MoSe_(2) from the 2H phase to the 1T phase has been proven to be a significant method to improve the catalytic activity. However, precisely controllable phase engineering of MoSe_(2) has rarely been reported.Herein,by in situ Li ions intercalation in MoSe_(2),a precisely controllable phase evolution from 2H-MoSe_(2) to 1T-MoSe_(2) was realized.More importantly, the definite functional relationship between cut-off voltage and phase structure was first identified for phase engineering through in situ observation and modulation methods. The sulfur host(CNFs/1T-MoSe_(2))presents high charge density, strong polysulfides adsorption, and catalytic kinetics.Moreover,Li-S cells based on it display capacity retention of 875.3mAh g^(-1) after 500 cycles at 1 C and an areal capacity of 8.71mAh cm^(-2) even at a high sulfur loading of 8.47mg cm^(-2).Furthermore,the flexible pouch cell exhibiting decent performance will endow a promising potential in the wearable energy storage field. This study proposes an effective strategy to precisely control the phase structure of MoSe_(2),which may provide the reference to fabricate the highly efficient electrocatalysts for LSBs and other energy systems. | Yunke Wang Yige Zhao Kangli Liu Shaobin Wang Neng Li Guosheng Shao Feng Wang Peng Zhang | 2023 | Carbon Energy2023,5,2: | 2
State Feedback Control for a Class of Fractional Order Nonlinear Systems显示文摘Using the Lyapunov function method, this paper investigates the design of state feedback stabilization controllers for fractional order nonlinear systems in triangular form, and presents a number of new results.First, some new properties of Caputo fractional derivative are presented, and a sufficient condition of asymptotical stability for fractional order nonlinear systems is obtained based on the new properties. Then,by introducing appropriate transformations of coordinates, the problem of controller design is converted into the problem of finding some parameters, which can be certainly obtained by solving the Lyapunov equation and relevant matrix inequalities. Finally, based on the Lyapunov function method, state feedback stabilization controllers making the closed-loop system asymptotically stable are explicitly constructed.A simulation example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design procedure. | Yige Zhao Yuzhen Wang Haitao Li | 2016 | IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2016,3,4: | 2

Key immunity characteristics of diverse stages of brucellosis in rural population from Inner Mongolia, China显示文摘Background: Brucellosis poses a serious threat to human and animal health, particularly in developing countries such as China. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is one of the most severely brucellosis-endemic provinces in China.Currently, the host immune responses functioning to control Brucella infection and development remain poorly understood. The aim of this study is to further clarify the key immunity characteristics of diverse stages of brucellosis in Inner Mongolia. Methods: We collected a total of 733 blood samples from acute(n=137),chronic(n=316),inapparent(n=35),recovery(n=99),and healthy(n=146)groups from the rural community of Inner Mongolia between 2014 and 2015.The proportions of CD4^(+),CD8^(+),Th1,Th2,and Th17 T cells in peripheral blood and the expression of TLR2 and TLR4 in lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes were examined using flow cytometry analysis. The differences among the five groups were compared using one-way ANOVA and the Kruskal–Wallis method, respectively. Results: Our results revealed that the proportions of CD4^(+) and CD8^(+) T cells were significantly different among the acute, chronic, recovery, and healthy control groups(P<0.05),with lower proportions of CD4^(+) T cells and a higher proportion of CD8^(+) T cells in the acute, chronic, and recovery groups. The proportion of Th1 cells in the acute, chronic, and inapparent groups was higher than that in the healthy and recovery groups;however, there was no significant difference between patients and healthy individuals(P>0.05).The proportion of Th2 lymphocytes was significantly higher in the acute and healthy groups than in the inapparent group(P<0.05).The proportion of Th17 cells in the acute group was significantly higher than that in the healthy control, chronic, and inapparent groups(P<0.05).Finally,the highest expression of TLR4 in lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes was observed in the recovery group, and this was followed by the acute, chronic, healthy control, and inapparent groups. There was a significant difference between the recovery group and the other groups, except for the acute group(P<0.05).Moreover,a correlation in TLR4 expression was observed in lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes among the five groups(r>0.5),except for the inapparent group between lymphocytes and granulocytes(r=0.34).Conclusions: Two key factors(CD8^(+)T cells and TLR4)in human immune profiles may closely correlate with the progression of brucellosis. The detailed function of TLR4 in the context of a greater number of cell types or tissues in human or animal brucellosis and in larger samples should be further explored in the future. | Yongzhang Zhu Li Shi Yige Zeng Dongri Piao Yingbo Xie Juan Du Meng Gao Wei Gao Junli Tian Jun Yue Min Li XiaoKui Guo Yufeng Yao YaoXia Kang | 2022 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2022,11,3: | 1

Direct-writing Process and in vivo Evaluation of Prevascularized Composite Constructs for Muscle Tissue Engineering Application显示文摘Tissue engineered skeletal muscle is expected to treat muscle defects caused by trauma and disease. However, designing and manufacturing thick and complex tissue engineered skeletal muscle requires vascularization to ensure its internal cell viability and nutrient supply in vitro. In this article,we developed a set of Direct-Writing(DW)bio-printing procedure to manufacture a prevascularized composite construct with Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cell(HUVEC)and C2C12 cells for muscle tissue engineering application. We put the cells into the construct during the DW process to obtain the prevascularization and intend to promote its vascularization in vivo later. The constructs with cells or without cells were implanted respectively into nude mice back for 3 weeks, after which the mice healthily live for all the time and all the implants are tightly bonded to the host. From immunohistochemical analysis,CD31-positive blood vessels existed in the implanted samples with cells are more substantial than those without cells, but the implanted samples with HUVEC and C2C12 cells have much more number of small blood vessels distributing evenly. Moreover, the implants with cells, especially that with HUVEC and C2C12 cells, are able to get better fusion with the host skin and subcutaneous tissues.Histological analysis demonstrates that our DW-based constructs have the potential to be getting to vascularize the tissue engineered muscle. | Qin Lian Tingze Zhao Tian Jiao Yige Huyan Heng Gu Lin Gao | 2020 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2020,17,3: | 1
