2A Novel Combinatorics-Based Reconfigurable Bit Permutation Network and Its Circuit Implementation显示文摘Bit permutation is an important operation in many applications. A novel reconfigurable N × N bit permutation network with a compact structure is presented. It is based on combinatorics theory by cascading two recursive N/2 × N/2 sub-networks, while each subnetwork is cascaded by two N/4 × N/4 sub-networks, and so on cascaded until reaching the elementary 4 × 4 seed networks. Its routing algorithm is also established to determine each multiplexor's status. Then the circuits of different sized permutation networks in a reconfigurable cipher co-processor were designed and implemented in 0.18μm CMOS process. The proposed circuit can achieve an arbitrary n × n permutation and support all types of bit permutations in many cryptographic algorithms. 3Experimental study on the mechanical properties and consolidation mechanism of microbial grouted backfill显示文摘Backfill mining technology is the practice of returning waste materials underground for both disposal and geotechnical stability,however,a challenge with current technologies is that they commonly require cement-based binders which have a relatively high environmental impact.Finding alternatives to cement-based binders can improve environmental performance and this paper proposes microbial grouted backfill(MGB)as a potential solution.In this paper,the effects of the cementation solution concentration(CSC),volume ratio of bacterial solution to cementation solution(VRBC),particle sizes of the aggregates,and the number of grouting batches on the mechanical properties of MGB are studied.The experimental results show that MGB strength increased,up to a peak value,as CSC was increased,before decreasing as CSC was increased further.The results also show that MGB strength increased,up to a peak value,as VRBC decreased,before decreasing as the VRBC was decreased further.The peak strength was achieved at a CSC of 2 mol/L and a VRBC of 1:9.The strength of the MGB also increased as the number of grouting batches increased.Graded MGB samples showed the highest UCS,25.12 MPa,at particle sizes of 0.2 to 0.8 mm,while full(non-graded)MGB samples displayed mean UCS values ranging from1.56 MPa when the maximum particle size was 0.2 mm,up to 13 MPa when the maximum particle size was 1.2 mm.MGB samples are consolidated by the calcium carbonate that is precipitated during microbial metabolism,and the strength of MGB increases linearly as calcium carbonate content increases.The calcium carbonate minerals produced in MGB materials are primarily calcite,with secondary amounts of vaterite.Xuejie Deng Yu Li Fei Wang Xiaoming Shi Yinchao Yang Xichen Xu Yanli Huang Benjamin de Wit 2022International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,2:7
4蛇形防护线降低非平行传输线中串扰的研究显示文摘非平行传输线之间的耦合(串扰)是非常复杂且难以预测的,但是在高速电路中,这种串扰影响又必须考虑在内。文中针对非平行传输线问题,在其间加入蛇形防护线以降低串扰,同时根据非平行结构的特殊性,又对蛇形防护线的一般结构进行改进,将非平行传输线单元下的规则蛇形线改用间隔较小的不规则蛇形线,并在蛇形线上加入短路过孔,以进一步减小远端串扰。结果表明,我们的设计能有效抑制线间的串扰,具有实际的应用价值。虞菊花 曹群生 Yinchao Chen 2010微波学报2010,26,6:4
5Effects of degradable films with different degradation cycles on soil temperature,moisture and maize yield显示文摘Photo biodegradable film is an ideal degradable mulch film with synergistic effect of photo-degradability and biodegradability.To examine the covering effects of different films,maize was cultivated in the field with three kinds of degradable films(DF)mulching which had different degradation cycles(DF No.1,No.2 and No.3),with common plastic film mulching and no filming mulching(open ground)as comparison.The degradation rates and degrees of degradable films were examined,and the effects of different films on soil temperature,soil moisture,maize yield and relevant characteristics in each treatment were analyzed.The results indicated that the degradable films had good degradability,and the weight loss rate in 100 d for DF No.1,No.2,and No.3 were 22.31%,19.46%,and 15.63%,which were 4.16,3.63,and 2.92 times of the plastic film,respectively.In the early period of maize growth,the degradable films had good warming effects on soil,which were similar with the plastic film.The effect of DF No.2 on soil water conservation was slightly better than that of DF No.1 or No.3,similar with that of the plastic film.The soil water contents in 0-140 cm depths were significantly higher for DF No.2 than that for the open ground(p<0.05).The degradable films could significantly promote the ear development of maize,improve the ear characteristics,shorten the bald tip,and increase kernel number per plant(KNP)and 1000-kernel weight(TKW).The grain yields(GYs)for DF No.2,No.1,and No.3 were significantly improved,with 35.15%,31.35%,and 30.07%higher than that the open ground respectively(p<0.05).With no significant difference between DF and the plastic film,the GY was increased more for DF No.2 than that for DF No.1 and No.3.The degradable films fulfilled successfully all the functions of the plastic film,thus they were recommended as viable option to the plastic film due to their good degradability.Lixia Shen Yumeng Zhang Yinchao Lan Ruofan Li 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,3:4
6Effectiveness and safety of Shenmai injection in treatment of shock:a Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Shenmai injection for shock.METHODS: Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that evaluated the therapeutic effect of Shenmai injection on shock(including septic shock, cardiogenic shock, hypovolemic shock, neurogenic shock and anaphylactic shock) were included in this analysis. The major electronic databases were searched until May 2015. The methodological quality of the trials was assessed according to the Cochrane Handbook. Review Manager 5.3 and Stata 12.0 software were applied for data analysis.RESULTS: Thirty RCTs involving 2038 participants were included. The methodological quality of the trials was generally passable. The combined use of Shenmai injection and conventional medicine was significantly more effective at managing shock compared to conventional medicine alone in the outcomes of total effective rate [risk ratio(RR 1.25,95% confidence interval(CI) 1.18 to 1.31] and mortality rate [risk difference(RD)-0.10, 95% CI-0.17 to-0.02]. Likewise, improvements were observed in other metrics. Three trials reported adverse events, but no trial reported serious adverse effects.CONCLUSION: Our results indicated the potential effectiveness of Shenmai injection combined with conventional medicine treatment for shock. 8Respiratory Control by Phox2b-expressing Neurons in a Locus Coeruleus–pre B?tzinger Complex Circuit显示文摘The locus coeruleus(LC) has been implicated in the control of breathing.Congenital central hypoventilation syndrome results from mutation of the paired-like homeobox 2 b(Phox2 b) gene that is expressed in LC neurons.The present study was designed to address whether stimulation of Phox2 b-expressing LC(Phox2 b~(LC)) neurons affects breathing and to reveal the putative circuit mechanism.A Cre-dependent viral vector encoding a Gqcoupled human M3 muscarinic receptor(hM3 Dq) was delivered into the LC of Phox2 b-Cre mice.The hM3 Dqtransduced neurons were pharmacologically activated while respiratory function was measured by plethysmography.We demonstrated that selective stimulation of Phox2 b~(LC) neurons significantly increased basal ventilation in conscious mice.Genetic ablation of these neurons markedly impaired hypercapnic ventilatory responses.Moreover,stimulation of Phox2 b~(LC) neurons enhanced the activity of preBotzinger complex neurons.Finally,axons of Phox2 b~(LC) neurons projected to the preBotzinger complex.Collectively,Phox2 b~(LC) neurons contribute to the control of breathing most likely via an LC-preBotzinger complex circuit.Na Liu Congrui Fu Hongxiao Yu Yakun Wang Luo Shi Yinchao Hao Fang Yuan Xiangjian Zhang Sheng Wang 2021Neuroscience Bulletin2021,37,1:3

10Effects of novel Fufang Biejia Ruangan Tablets with sheep placenta as substitute for Hominis Placenta on CCl4-induced liver fibrosis显示文摘Objective:Fufang Biejia Ruangan Tablet(FBRT) is widely used for the treatment of liver fibrosis.However,Hominis Placenta(HP),as an important adjuvant of FBRT,has been restricted for medicinal using due to the limited availability,ethical controversy and safety issues.The present study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effects of novel FBRT(N-FBRT) with sheep placenta(SP) as substitute for HP on liver fibrosis and explore its possible mechanisms.Different dosages of SP in N-FBRT were also evaluated.Methods:Rats were subcutaneously injected with CCl_(4)to induce liver fibrosis and then treated with NFBRT and FBRT.The anti-hepatic fibrosis effect was determined based on biomarkers analysis of liver function and hepatic fibrosis,and the liver pathology was visualized by H&E staining and Masson staining.The oxidative stress and inflammatory cytokines were also detected.Immunohistochemical staining of a-SMA,real time PCR and Western blotting were performed to evaluate hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)activation and TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway.Results:N-FBRT and FBRT could ameliorate CCl_(4)-induced liver fibrosis and improve liver function,as evidenced by lowering serum biomarkers levels of liver function and hepatic fibrosis,and decreasing hepatic Hyp content and collagen deposition,and improving the hepatic morphology and architecture changes.Moreover,the anti-liver fibrosis effect was better when the dosage of SP used in N-FBRT was 1/2 of HP in FBRT.Administration of N-FBRT markedly alleviated oxidative stress and inflammatory cytokines,and inhibited a-SMA expression.Furthermore,the mRNA expression of Col Ⅰ,Col Ⅲ,a-SMA and TGF-β1,and proteins expression of a-SMA,TGF-β1,Smad2/3 and p-Smad2/3 were significantly down-regulated by N-FBRT treatment.Conclusion:SP can be used as substitute for HP to prepare N-FBRT for the treatment of liver fibrosis and the anti-liver fibrosis effect of N-FBRT is achieved by eliminating oxidative stress and inflammation,and inhibiting HSCs activation and ECM production by blocking TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway.Baode Shen Li Deng Yuan Liu Ruisheng Li Chengying Shen Xiao Liu Yinchao Li Hailong Yuan 2022Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,1:2
11A strategy for improving sinterability and electrical properties of gadolinium-doped ceria electrolyte using calcium oxide additive显示文摘In this study,Gd and Ca co-doped ceria electrolytes with the compositions of Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.2-x)Ca_(x)O_(2-δ)(x=0-0.08) were prepared by a novel gel-casting method.The effects of the addition of Ca on the phase compositions,sintering behavio r,and electrical prope rties of samples were investigated.According to the scanning electron microscope results and relative density measurement results,it is found that the addition of particular quantity of CaO can promote the sintering densification with a uniform grain growth.When the sintering temperature is 1400℃,the sample with 6 mol% addition of Ca has the highest relative density,which reaches 98.5% of the theoretical density.The electrical properties testing results confirm that the electrical conductivity of the samples can be improved significantly by doping appropriate CaO content.The maximum conductivity of 0.082 S/cm can be obtained at 800℃ in the Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.12)-Ca_(0.06)O_(1.87) sample.It suggests that CaO can be used as an effective sintering aid and a codopant on the optimization of electrical properties for ceria-based electrolytes.Jihai Cheng Ronghao Xu Yinchao Shi 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,6:1

15Effects of febrile seizures in mesial temporal lobe epilepsy with hippocampal sclerosis on gene expression using bioinformatical analysis显示文摘Background:To investigate the effect of long-term febrile convulsions on gene expression in mesial temporal lobe epilepsy with hippocampal sclerosis(MTLE-HS)and explore the molecular mechanism of MTLE-HS.Methods:Microarray data of MTLE-HS were obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus database.Differentially expressed genes(DEGs)between MTLE-HS with and without febrile seizure history were screened by the GEO2R software.Pathway enrichment and gene ontology of the DEGs were analyzed using the DAVID online database and FunRich software.Protein–protein interaction(PPI)networks among DEGs were constructed using the STRING database and analyzed by Cytoscape.Results:A total of 515 DEGs were identified in MTLE-HS samples with a febrile seizure history compared to MTLEHS samples without febrile seizure,including 25 down-regulated and 490 up-regulated genes.These DEGs were expressed mostly in plasma membrane and synaptic vesicles.The major molecular functions of those genes were voltage-gated ion channel activity,extracellular ligand-gated ion channel activity and calcium ion binding.The DEGs were mainly involved in biological pathways of cell communication signal transduction and transport.Five genes(SNAP25,SLC32A1,SYN1,GRIN1,and GRIA1)were significantly expressed in the MTLE-HS with prolonged febrile seizures.Conclusion:The pathogenesis of MTLE-HS involves multiple genes,and prolonged febrile seizures could cause differential expression of genes.Thus,investigations of those genes may provide a new perspective into the mechanism of MTLE-HS.Yinchao Li Chengzhe Wang Peiling Wang Xi Li Liemin Zhou 2020Acta Epileptologica2020,2,1:1

17A Neural Circuit Mechanism Controlling Breathing by Leptin in the Nucleus Tractus Solitarii显示文摘Leptin,an adipocyte-derived peptide hormone,has been shown to facilitate breathing.However,the central sites and circuit mechanisms underlying the respiratory effects of leptin remain incompletely understood.The present study aimed to address whether neurons expressing leptin receptor b(LepRb)in the nucleus tractus solitarii(NTS)contribute to respiratory control.Both chemogenetic and optogenetic stimulation of LepRb-ex-pressing NTS(NTS^(LepRb))neurons notably activated breathing.Moreover,stimulation of NTS^(LepRb) neurons projecting to the lateral parabrachial nucleus(LPBN)not only remarkably increased basal ventilation to a level similar to that of the stimulation of all NTS^(LepRb) neurons,but also activated LPBN neurons projecting to the preBotzinger complex(preBotC).By contrast,ablation of NTS^pRb neurons projecting to the LPBN notably eliminated the enhanced respiratory effect induced by NTSLepRb neuron stimulation.In brainstem slices,bath application of leptin rapidly depolarized the membrane potential,increased the spontaneous firing rate,and accelerated the Ca2+transients in most NTSLepRb neurons.Therefore,leptin potentiates breathing in the NTS most likely via an NTS-LPBN-preBdtC circuit.Hongxiao Yu Luo Shi Jinting Chen Shirui Jun Yinchao Hao Shuang Wang Congrui Fu Xiang Zhang Haiyan Lu Sheng Wang Fang Yuan 2022Neuroscience Bulletin2022,38,2:1
