1QoE-Aware Proportional Fair Scheduling for Multiuser Multiservice Wireless Networks显示文摘The effective radio resource allocation algorithms,which satisfy diversiform requirements of mobile multimedia services in wireless cellular networks,have recently attracted more and more attention.This paper proposes a service-aware scheduling algorithm,in which the Mean Opinion Score (MOS) is chosen as the unified metric of the Quality of Experience (QoE).As the network needs to provide satisfactory services to all the users,the fairness of QoE should be considered.The Proportional Fair (PF) principle is adopted to achieve the trade-off between the network performance and user fairness.Then,an integer programming problem is formed and the QoE-aware PF scheduling principle is derived by solving the relaxed problem.Simulation results show that the proposed scheduling principle can perform better in terms of user fairness than the previous principle maximizing the sum of MOS.It also outperforms the max-min scheduling principle in terms of average MOS.Wu Wenjun Zhang Yingkai Zhang Yueying Zheng Karl Wang Wenbo 2012China Communications2012,9,9:1

6Hysteresis-Free, High-Performance Polymer-Dielectric Organic Field-Effect Transistors Enabled by Supercritical Fluid显示文摘Organic field-effect transistors(OFETs)are of the core units in organic electronic circuits,and the performance of OFETs replies critically on the properties of their dielectric layers.Owing to the intrinsic flexibility and natural compatibility with other organic components,organic polymers,such as poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA),have emerged as highly interesting dielectric materials for OFETs.However,unsatisfactory issues,such as hysteresis,high subthreshold swing,and low effective carrier mobility,still considerably limit the practical applications of the polymer-dielectric OFETs for high-speed,low-voltage flexible organic circuits.This work develops a new approach of using supercritical CO_(2) fluid(SCCO_(2))treatment on PVA dielectrics to achieve remarkably high-performance polymer-dielectric OFETs.The SCCO_(2) treatment is able to completely eliminate the hysteresis in the transfer characteristics of OFETs,and it can also significantly reduce the device subthreshold slope to 0._(2)5 V/dec and enhance the saturation regime carrier mobility to 30.2 cm^(2) V^(-1) s^(-1),of which both the numbers are remarkable for flexible polymer-dielectric OFETs.It is further demonstrated that,coupling with an organic light-emitting diode(OLED),the SCCO_(2)-treated OFET is able to function very well under fast switching speed,which indicates that an excellent switching behavior of polymer-dielectric OFETs can be enabled by this SCCO_(2) approach.Considering the broad and essential applications of OFETs,we envision that this SCCO_(2) technology will have a very broad spectrum of applications for organic electronics,especially for high refresh rate and low-voltage flexible display devices.Yuhao Shi Yingkai Zheng Jialiang Wang Ran Zhao Tao Wang Changbin Zhao Kuan-Chang Chang Hong Meng Xinwei Wang 2020Research2020,,1:0
7Experimental evidence for field-induced metamagnetic transition of EuCd_(2)As_(2)显示文摘Recent studies have shown that layered compound EuCd_(2)As_(2) could exhibit diverse topological states depending on the different magnetic structures,such as Weyl semimetal,Dirac semimetal and topological insulato r.In order to further study the interplay between magnetism and topology of EuCd_(2)As_(2),it is necessary to figure out its magnetic structure.Here,by magnetization(M) measurements and negative magnetostriction(λ) along the [001] direction measured by scanning tunneling microscopy on EuCd_(2)As_(2) single crystals,we observe field-induced metamagnetic phase transition from A-type antiferromagnetic(AFM) ground state to field-polarized state,with canted AFM(CAFM) state in between.Magnetization and magnetostriction are more sensitive to the in-plane field than the out-of-plane field,indicating the magnetic moments lying in the ab plane.The absence of abrupt jump on M-H and λ-H curves demonstrates that the phase transition is a second-order type.In CAFM state,M increases linearly with the field and λ is proportional to M~2.Tunneling conductance spectra show the field-induced evolution of the electronic density of states.Our results provide experimental evidence for understanding the magnetic structure of EuCd_(2)As_(2).Yingkai Sun Yong Li Shuaishuai Li Changjiang Yi Hanbin Deng Xin Du Limin Liu Changjiang Zhu Yuan Li Zheng Wang Hanqing Mao Youguo Shi Rui Wu 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,10:0
