| 4 | Unveiling the role of lithiophilic sites denseness in regulating lithium ion deposition显示文摘The construction of lithiophilic sites is an effective way to achieve uniform lithium(Li)ion deposition for stably cycling Li metal batteries.However,in-depth investigations involving lithiophilic sites denseness(LSD)in impacting Li ion deposition remain unknown.Herein we propose an insight into this issue by probing the effect of LSD on determining the Li ion deposition.Experimental characterization and theoretical simulation demonstrate that rational LSD plays a vital role in both Li nucleation and the subsequent Li ion plating behaviors.By tailoring the LSD from low to high,the accompanied Li nucleation overpotentials continuously decrease.Additionally,the Li ion mobility increases first and then weakens in the subsequent Li ion plating stage.Consequently,the Li metal with a moderate LSD allows a dendritefree morphology and satisfactory long-term cycling performances.This work affords a deeper fundamental understanding of lithiophilic chemistry that directs the development of efficient strategies to realize dendrite-free Li metal batteries. | Tianlai Wu Yongyin Wang Weicai Zhang Kaixin Lu Jieyin Tan Mingtao Zheng Yong Xiao Yingliang Liu Yeru Liang | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,8: | 1 |

| 8 | High-speed penetration of ogive-nose projectiles into thick concrete targets:Tests and a projectile nose evolution model显示文摘The majority of the projectiles used in the hypersonic penetration study are solid flat-nosed cylindrical projectiles with a diameter of less than 20 mm.This study aims to fill the gap in the experimental and analytical study of the evolution of the nose shape of larger hollow projectiles under hypersonic penetration.In the hypersonic penetration test,eight ogive-nose AerMet100 steel projectiles with a diameter of 40 mm were launched to hit concrete targets with impact velocities that ranged from 1351 to 1877 m/s.Severe erosion of the projectiles was observed during high-speed penetration of heterogeneous targets,and apparent localized mushrooming occurred in the front nose of recovered projectiles.By examining the damage to projectiles,a linear relationship was found between the relative length reduction rate and the initial kinetic energy of projectiles in different penetration tests.Furthermore,microscopic analysis revealed the forming mechanism of the localized mushrooming phenomenon for eroding penetration,i.e.,material spall erosion abrasion mechanism,material flow and redistribution abrasion mechanism and localized radial upsetting deformation mechanism.Finally,a model of highspeed penetration that included erosion was established on the basis of a model of the evolution of the projectile nose that considers radial upsetting;the model was validated by test data from the literature and the present study.Depending upon the impact velocity,v0,the projectile nose may behave as undistorted,radially distorted or hemispherical.Due to the effects of abrasion of the projectile and enhancement of radial upsetting on the duration and amplitude of the secondary rising segment in the pulse shape of projectile deceleration,the predicted DOP had an upper limit. | Xu Li Yan Liu Junbo Yan Zhenqing Shi Hongfu Wang Yingliang Xu Fenglei Huang | 2024 | Defence Technology(防务技术)2024,32,2: | 0 |
| 9 | Research on the quasi-isentropic driving model of aluminized explosives in the detonation wave propagation direction显示文摘Taking CL-20(Hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane)-based aluminized explosives with high gurney energy as the research object, this research experimentally investigates the work capability of different aluminized explosive formulations when driving metal flyer plates in the denotation wave propagation direction.The research results showed that the formulations with 43 μm aluminum(Al) powder particles(The particle sizes of Al powder were in the range of 2~43 μm) exhibited the optimal performance in driving flyer plates along the denotation wave propagation direction. Compared to the formulations with Al powder 13 μm, the formulations with Al powder 2 μm delivered better performance in accelerating metal flyer plates in the early stage, which, however, turned to be poor in the later stage. The CL-20-based explosives containing 25% Al far under-performed those containing 15% Al. Based on the proposed quasi-isentropic hypothesis, relevant isentropy theories, and the functional relationship between detonation parameters and entropy as well as Al reaction degree, the characteristic lines of aluminized explosives in accelerating flyer plates were theoretically studied, a quasi-isentropic theoretical model for the aluminized explosive driving the flyer plate was built and the calculation methods for the variations of flyer plate velocity, Al reaction degree, and detonation product parameters with time and axial positions were developed. The theoretical model built is verified by the experimental results of the CL-20-based aluminized explosive driving flyer plate. It was found that the model built could accurately calculate the variations of flyer plate velocity and Al reaction degree over time. In addition, how physical parameters including detonation product pressure and temperature varied with time and axial positions was identified. | 10 | Management of traumatic peripheral artery pseudoaneurysm:A 10-year experience at a single center显示文摘Purpose: This study aimed to report our 10-year experience with the management of iatrogenic(penetrating trauma) and traumatic(blunt or penetrating trauma) peripheral artery pseudoaneurysms, based on data from a tertiary referral center.Methods: From January 2012 to December 2021, the medical records of consecutive patients with iatrogenic and traumatic peripheral artery pseudoaneurysms were retrospectively reviewed. Patient demographics, clinical features, imaging data, treatment details, and follow-up results were analyzed.Results: Sixty-one consecutive patients were included in this study;48(79%) were men and 13(21%) women,with a mean age of 49.4 ± 13.4 years(range 24–73 years). There were 42 patients(69%) who underwent open surgery, 18(29%) undergoing endovascular embolization or stent implantation, and one(2%) undergoing ultrasound-guided thrombin injection. All patients successfully underwent open or interventional treatment. The median follow-up was 46.8 months(2.5–117.9 months), and the overall reintervention rate was 10%. Of these,one(5%) patient in the interventional treatment group and five(12%) patients in the open surgery group underwent reintervention. The overall complication rate was 8%, with complications occurring only in the open surgery group. No deaths occurred in the peri-operative period. | 11 | Cell-type-specific genes associated with cortical structural abnormalities in pediatric bipolar disorder显示文摘Background Pediatric bipolar disorder(PBD)has been proven to be related to abnormal brain structural connectivity,but how the abnormalities in PBD correlate with gene expression is debated.Objective This study aims at identification of cell-type-specific gene modules based on cortical structural differences in PBD.Methods Morphometric similarity networks(MSN)were computed as a marker of interareal cortical connectivity based on MRI data from 102 participants(59 patients and 43 controls).Partial least squares(PLS)regression was used to calculate MSN differences related to transcriptomic data in AHBA.The biological processes and cortical cell types associated with this gene expression profile were determined by gene enrichment tools.Results MSN analysis results demonstrated differences of cortical structure between individuals diagnosed with PBD and healthy control participants.MSN differences were spatially correlated with the PBD-related weighted genes.The weighted genes were enriched for“trans-synaptic signaling”and“regulation of ion transport”,and showed significant specific expression in excitatory and inhibitory neurons.Conclusions This study identified the genes that contributed to structural network aberrations in PBD.It was found that transcriptional changes of excitatory and inhibitory neurons might be associated with abnormal brain structural connectivity in PBD. | Wenkun Lei Qian Xiao Chun Wang Weijia Gao Yiwen Xiao Yingliang Dai Guangming Lu Linyan Su Yuan Zhong | 2022 | Psychoradiology2022,2,2: | 0 |
| 12 | Synergistic effects of alginate oligosaccharide and cyanidin-3-O-glucoside on the amelioration of intestinal barrier function in mice显示文摘Emerging evidence shows that dietary oligosaccharides are important prebiotics that can improve intestinal flora,while dietary polyphenols can act directly on intestinal cells.However,information about their synergistic effects on gut health is still limited.In this study,alginate oligosaccharide(AOS)and cyanidin-3-O-glucoside(C3G)were selected as a common marine plant oligosaccharide and terrestrial plant polyphenol,respectively,to study their effects on intestinal health.The results show that,in comparison to their individual applications,the combination of AOS and C3G(mass ratio,3:1)displayed a stronger ability to up-regulate the expression of tight junction proteins,while enhanced intestinal epithelial barrier was also observed and levels of mucin-2 andβ-defensins were simultaneously increased in the intestinal mucus.Interestingly,the secretion of immunoglobulin A and immune-related cytokines were approximately doubled by the AOS+C3G mixture.In addition,the AOS+C3G mixture was found to be more conducive to the positive transformation of intestinal flora,which stimulated the growth of beneficial bacteria Akkermansia,Lachnospiraceae and Feacalibaculum while inhibiting the growth of harmful bacteria Helicobacter and Turicibacter.The data generated herein thus suggests that dietary oligosaccharides and dietary polyphenols may be more beneficial to intestinal health when applied in combination than their individual effects alone. | Jie Li Yuanjie Guo Liyuan Ma Yixiang Liu Chao Zou Huiying Kuang Bing Han Yingliang Xiao Yanbo Wang | 2023 | Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,6: | 0 |
