| 1 | The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE) mission: An overview显示文摘The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE), dubbed “Xihe”—Goddess of the Sun, was launched on October 14, 2021 as the first solar space mission of China National Space Administration(CNSA). The CHASE mission is designed to test a newly developed satellite platform and to acquire the spectroscopic observations in the Hα waveband. The Hα Imaging Spectrograph(HIS)is the scientific payload of the CHASE satellite. It consists of two observational modes: raster scanning mode and continuum imaging mode. The raster scanning mode obtains full-Sun or region-of-interest spectral images from 6559.7 to 6565.9 ? and from 6567.8 to 6570.6 ? with 0.024 ? pixel spectral resolution and 1 min temporal resolution. The continuum imaging mode obtains photospheric images in continuum around 6689 ? with the full width at half maximum of 13.4 ?. The CHASE mission will advance our understanding of the dynamics of solar activity in the photosphere and chromosphere. | 2 | High Quality Data Hiding in Halftone Image Based on Block Conjugate显示文摘This paper proposes a High quality data hiding in halftone image based on block conjugate(HQDHBC). We construct Least mean square filters(LMSF),and using LMSFs to evaluate the quality of halftone images. This paper proposes block conjugate property, and this property can be applied to hide a secret pattern.Therefore a data hiding method based on block conjugate can be proposed, and in this method two images should be divided into multiple blocks of M × N pixels, and in the corresponding block if the first M × N-1 pixels are conjugate or identical, the last pixel can implement normal halftone method instead of date hiding methods. | 4 | Dynamic Landscapes of tRNA Transcriptomes and Translatomes in Diverse Mouse Tissues显示文摘Although the function of tRNAs in the translational process is well established,it remains controversial whether tRNA abundance is tightly associated with translational efficiency(TE)in mammals.Moreover,how critically the expression of tRNAs contributes to the establishment of tissue-specific proteomes in mammals has not been well addressed.Here,we measured both tRNA expression using demethylase-tRNA sequencing(DM-tRNA-seq)and TE of mRNAs using ribosome-tagging sequencing(RiboTag-seq)in the brain,heart,and testis of mice.Remarkable variation in the expression of tRNA isodecoders was observed among different tissues.When the statistical effect of isodecoder-grouping on reducing variations is considered through permutating the anticodons,we observed an expected reduction in the variation of anticodon expression across all samples,an unexpected smaller variation of anticodon usage bias,and an unexpected larger variation of tRNA isotype expression at amino acid level.Regardless of whether or not they share the same anticodons,the isodecoders encoding the same amino acids are co-expressed across different tissues.Based on the expression of tRNAs and the TE of mRNAs,we find that the tRNA adaptation index(tAI)and TE are significantly correlated in the same tissues but not between tissues;and tRNA expression and the amino acid composition of translating peptides are positively correlated in the same tissues but not between tissues.We therefore hypothesize that the tissue-specific expression of tRNAs might be due to post-transcriptional mechanisms.This study provides a resource for tRNA and translation studies,as well as novel insights into the dynamics of tRNAs and their roles in translational regulation. | Peng Yu Siting Zhou Yan Gao Yu Liang Wenbing Guo Dan Ohtan Wang Shuaiwen Ding Shuibin Lin Jinkai Wang Yixian Cun | 2023 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2023,21,4: | 1 |

| 6 | Power Grid Fault Diagnosis Based on Deep Pyramid Convolutional Neural Network显示文摘Existing power grid fault diagnosis methods relyon manual experience to design diagnosis models, lack theability to extract fault knowledge, and are difficult to adaptto complex and changeable engineering sites. Considering thissituation, this paper proposes a power grid fault diagnosismethod based on a deep pyramid convolutional neural networkfor the alarm information set. This approach uses the deepfeature extraction ability of the network to extract fault featureknowledge from alarm information texts and achieve end-to-endfault classification and fault device identification. First, a deeppyramid convolutional neural network model for extracting theoverall characteristics of fault events is constructed to identifyfault types. Second, a deep pyramidal convolutional neuralnetwork model for alarm information text is constructed, thetext description characteristics associated with alarm informationtexts are extracted, the key information corresponding to faultsin the alarm information set is identified, and suspicious faultydevices are selected. Then, a fault device identification strategythat integrates fault-type and time sequence priorities is proposedto identify faulty devices.
