1Measurement of the expression levels of BLyS and its receptors mRNA in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus显示文摘Objective: To measure the expression levels of BLyS and its receptors mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) using real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RFQ-PCR) method and to investigate the relationship between BLyS and its receptors mRNA expression and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods: Specific primers and TaqMan probe were designed, and RFQ-PCR was performed. According to the standard curve of plasmid DNA, the level of BLyS and its receptors mRNA expression in 23 patients with SLE and 23 healthy subjects were determined. The ratio of the copy number of BLyS mRNA to that of β2-microgluobulin (β2M) mRNA and the ratio of the copy number of BLyS receptors mRNA to that of β2M mRNA were regarded as indicator for the levels of BLyS and BLyS mRNA expression. Results: The concentration of RFQ-PCR was in the range of 10-109 pg/ml, and the coefficient of variation values for both intra-experimental and inter-experimental reproducibility ranged from 2.40% to 10.12% and from 4.26% to 12.29%, respectively. In 23 SLE patients, the level of BLyS and its receptors(BCMA, TACI, BAFF-R) mRNA were in the ranges of 1.27~1.49, 0.64~0.77, 0.83~1.05 and 0.98~1.37, respectively. The mean values were 1.38±0.07, 0.70±0.04, 0.91±0.06 and 1.15±0.12, respectively. In 23 healthy donors, the levels of BLyS and its receptors(BCMA, TACI, BAFF-R) mRNA were: 0.60~1.0, 0.55~0.80, 0.54~0.74 and 0.54~0.77, respectively. The mean values were 0.83±0.13, 0.68±0.08, 0.65±0.07 and 0.68±0.06, respectively. 2Experimental Research on Dynamic Shear Modular Ratio and Damping Ratio of Sandy Gravel Soil显示文摘The dynamic shear modulus ratio and damping ratio of sandy gravel are important parameters for the seismic response analysis of valley geomorphic sites,which have an important impact on the determination of design ground motion parameters. In this paper,the dynamic triaxial test of sandy gravels has been performed based on the project of the Shangluo Seismic Microzonation. Combined with the other results of sandy gravel,the recommended results of slightly dense,medium dense and dense sandy gravel were obtained. By building the typical site model,the influence of the dynamic shear modulus ratio and the damping ratio uncertainty on the seismic response of the site is studied. The results show that the uncertainty of the average of the dynamic shear modulus ratio and the damping ratio ± 1 times the standard deviation has little effect on the peak acceleration of the sandy gravel site,and the rationality of the grouping and statistical results is explained. Under different probability levels,the change in the shear modulus ratio and damping ratio leads to a significant difference in the high frequency response spectrum.The response spectrum of 0. 04-0. 1s ranges from about 20%,but it has little effect on the long period spectrum of more than 1. 0s. 3Characteristic Period Value of the Seismic Design Response Spectrum of UHV Electrical Equipment显示文摘Characteristic period is an important parameter of the seismic design response spectrum.There is important theoretical significance and engineering application value to the study of the characteristic period of seismic design response spectrum of ultra high voltage(UHV)electrical equipment.In this paper,1448 horizontal earthquake records within the world scope including the United States and Japan for Site Class Ⅲ were analyzed.Results show that both magnitude and epicentral distance have great influence on the characteristic period.About80% of characteristic periods of strong earthquake records are about 0.9s.Statistical analysis was conducted on the seismic hazard assessment results of 312 projects of China in recent years,and it is found that about 70% of characteristic periods are about 0.9s.Combined with the related code comparison and analysis,it is suggested that the characteristic period of the seismic design response spectrum of UHV electrical equipment should select 0.9s in order to effectively guarantee the seismic safety of UHV electrical equipment.You Hongbing Zhao Fengxin You He 2015Earthquake Research in China2015,29,1:0

5The origin of different morphology of internal oxide precipitates in ferritic and austenitic steels显示文摘The internal oxide precipitates were supposed to be spherical in Wagner’s original theory,while the fol-lowing research demonstrated that this assumption is an exception rather than the truth,which caused deviations in the application of this theory.In this study,the internal oxide precipitates have a needle-like and a near-spherical morphology in a Fe-9Cr ferritic and a Fe-17Cr-9Ni austenitic steels after expo-sure to 600℃ deaerated steam for 600 h,respectively.The nano-to-atomic scale characterization shows that the morphology of the internal oxide precipitates is controlled by the structure of the interfaces be-tween the metal matrix and the internal oxide,while the interface structure is mainly affected by the crystallographic structure of the two phases and their orientation relationship.In addition,the internal oxide precipitation-induced volume expansion and the outward Fe diffusion-induced volume shrink oc-cur simultaneously during the oxidation process.The stress status in the internal oxidation zone(IOZ)is the competing result of the two factors,which could dynamically affect the high-temperature oxidation.The results obtained in this study suggest that there is potential to control the distribution,morphology,and interface structure of the internal oxide precipitates by selecting appropriate base metal and internal oxide-forming element,in order to obtain better high-temperature oxidation-resistant materials.Zhao Shen Xiaoqin Zeng Shengchuan Wu Hongbing Yu Benjamin M.Jenkins Phani Karamched Michael P.Moody Jianqiang Zhang You Wang Sergio Lozano-Perez 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,30:0
6A Comparison of Domestic and Foreign Seismic Fortification Standards for Electrical Equipment显示文摘It is of great significance to make comparative analyses of seismic fortification criteria at home and abroad for improving the anti-seismic capability of electrical equipment and revising the relevant national standards.A brief overview of American,Japanese,IEC standards and Chinese seismic design codes for electrical equipment is presented.Differences between these seismic fortification standards of electrical equipment are compared and analyzed in respect of the goal and level of seismic fortification and the seismic design spectrum.The advantages and disadvantages of Chinese standards are pointed out.Through learning from foreign experience on the determination of seismic fortification standards,recommendations are made for the improvement and revision of Chinese seismic fortification standards for electrical equipment.You Hongbing Zhao Fengxin 2013Earthquake Research in China2013,27,4:0
