1Geothermal Power Generation Potential in the Eastern Linqing Depression显示文摘China has been the leading country worldwide in direct geothermal utilization for a rather long time, which has contributed significantly to reducing carbon emissions. But the installed capacity of geothermal power generation in China is very small, and there are only a few geothermal power plants in China, specifically in Tibet, including the well-known Yangbajing geothermal power plant. Therefore, it is anticipated that more high-temperature geothermal resources will be discovered in order to promote China’s power generation. There is potential for high-enthalpy geothermal in the Eastern Linqing Depression in Shandong Province, where geothermal energy is stored in Ordovician and Cambrian carbonate strata. Based on the geothermal gradient in Cenozoic strata and the depth of the target geothermal reservoir, the temperature distribution pattern of the reservoir was analyzed, and two 'sweet points' were identified in the Yucheng geothermal field and the Guanxian geothermal field, where the reservoir temperature is predicted to be higher than 200°C at a depth of less than 8000 m. Due to the low karst fissure ratio and the insufficient geothermal fluid in the geothermal reservoir, it is recommended that an enhanced geothermal system be set up, to increase the permeability of the natural fracture system in the carbonate formations and provide sufficient fluid for power generation through reinjection of used geothermal fluid. 2Experimental Research on Dynamic Shear Modular Ratio and Damping Ratio of Sandy Gravel Soil显示文摘The dynamic shear modulus ratio and damping ratio of sandy gravel are important parameters for the seismic response analysis of valley geomorphic sites,which have an important impact on the determination of design ground motion parameters. In this paper,the dynamic triaxial test of sandy gravels has been performed based on the project of the Shangluo Seismic Microzonation. Combined with the other results of sandy gravel,the recommended results of slightly dense,medium dense and dense sandy gravel were obtained. By building the typical site model,the influence of the dynamic shear modulus ratio and the damping ratio uncertainty on the seismic response of the site is studied. The results show that the uncertainty of the average of the dynamic shear modulus ratio and the damping ratio ± 1 times the standard deviation has little effect on the peak acceleration of the sandy gravel site,and the rationality of the grouping and statistical results is explained. Under different probability levels,the change in the shear modulus ratio and damping ratio leads to a significant difference in the high frequency response spectrum.The response spectrum of 0. 04-0. 1s ranges from about 20%,but it has little effect on the long period spectrum of more than 1. 0s. 3Characteristic Period Value of the Seismic Design Response Spectrum of UHV Electrical Equipment显示文摘Characteristic period is an important parameter of the seismic design response spectrum.There is important theoretical significance and engineering application value to the study of the characteristic period of seismic design response spectrum of ultra high voltage(UHV)electrical equipment.In this paper,1448 horizontal earthquake records within the world scope including the United States and Japan for Site Class Ⅲ were analyzed.Results show that both magnitude and epicentral distance have great influence on the characteristic period.About80% of characteristic periods of strong earthquake records are about 0.9s.Statistical analysis was conducted on the seismic hazard assessment results of 312 projects of China in recent years,and it is found that about 70% of characteristic periods are about 0.9s.Combined with the related code comparison and analysis,it is suggested that the characteristic period of the seismic design response spectrum of UHV electrical equipment should select 0.9s in order to effectively guarantee the seismic safety of UHV electrical equipment.You Hongbing Zhao Fengxin You He 2015Earthquake Research in China2015,29,1:0
4EVALUATING QUINOA LODGING RISK AND YIELD UNDER DIFFERENT IRRIGATION THRESHOLDS, NITROGEN RATES AND PLANTING DENSITIES IN NORTH-WESTERN CHINA显示文摘Lodging is a major yield-limiting factor of quinoa production.In 2018 and 2019,the orthogonal field experiments were conducted to investigate the responses of quinoa lodging risk and yield to irrigation threshold(soil matric potential of−15,−25 and−55 kPa),nitrogen rate(80,160 and 240 kg·ha^(−1))and planting density(20,30 and 40 plants m^(−2)).Results showed that high irrigation thresholds and nitrogen rates significantly(P<0.05)increased plant height and fresh weight per plant,and high planting densities reduced stem diameter and strength,all of those led to significantly(P<0.05)high lodging risks.The−15 and−55 kPa treatments gave the lowest actual yield(P<0.05)in 2018 and 2019,respectively.Higher lodging rate with a nitrogen rate of 240 kg·ha^(−1) resulted in a lower actual yield than 80 and 160 kg·ha^(−1) in both years.Planting density of 30 plants m^(−2) gave a significantly(P<0.05)greater estimated yield than 20 plants m^(−2) and had a lower lodging rate than 40 plants m^(−2),resulting in the maximum actual yield among planting densities.In conclusion,a moderate irrigation threshold of−25 kPa,a nitrogen rate of 80−160 kg·ha^(−1) and an intermediate planting density of 30 plants m−2 were determined to be best for quinoa cultivation in North-western China.In addition,the lower-stem lodging index(quarter plant height)could evaluate lodging risk more accurately than middle-stem(half plant height)or upper-stem(three quarters plant height)lodging indexes.Ning WANG Fengxin WANG Clinton C.SHOCK Lei GAO Chaobiao MENG Zejun HUANG Jianyu ZHAO 2022Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2022,9,4:0
5Study on the Uncertainty of Earthquake Damage Prediction Based on Damage Indices for RC Structures显示文摘Seismic damage indices of structure are widely used to quantificationally analyze structural damage levels under earthquake action. In this paper, a five-storey building model and a seventeen-storey building model are established. According to seven typical indices and different earthquake-inputs, a structural damage prediction is performed, with the results showing serious uncertainty of structural damage prediction due to different indices. 7The appearance of cytoplasmic cytochrome C precedes apoptosis during Drosophila salivary gland degradation显示文摘Apoptosis is an important process for organism development that functions to eliminate cell damage,maintain homeostasis,and remove obsolete tissues during morphogenesis.In mammals,apoptosis is accompanied by the release of cytochrome C(Cyt-c)from mitochondria to the cytoplasm.However,whether this process is conserved in the fruit fly,Drosophila melanogaster,remains controversial.In this study,we discovered that during the degradation of Drosophila salivary gland,the transcription of mitochondria apoptosis factors(MAPFs),Cyt-c,and death-associated APAF1-related killer(Dark)encoding genes are all upregulated antecedent to initiator and effector caspases encoding genes.The proteins Cyt-c and the active caspase 3 appear gradually in the cytoplasm during salivary gland degradation.Meanwhile,the Cyt-c protein colocates with mito-GFP,the marker indicating cytoplasmic mitochondria,and the change in mitochondrial membrane potential coincides with the appearance of Cyt-c in the cytoplasm.Moreover,impeding or promoting 20E-induced transcription factor E93 suppresses or enhances the staining of Cyt-c and the active caspase 3 in the cytoplasm of salivary gland,and accordingly decreases or increases the mitochondrial membrane potential,respectively.Our research provides evidence that cytoplasmic Cyt-c appears before apoptosis during Drosophila salivary gland degradation,shedding light on partial conserved mechanism in apoptosis between insects and mammals.Shihui Long Wenxin Cao Yongyu Qiu Ruohan Deng Jiali Liu Lidan Zhang Renke Dong Fengxin Liu Sheng Li Haigang Zhao Na Li Kang Li 2024Insect Science2024,31,1:0
8Advances in self-powered sports monitoring sensors based on triboelectric nanogenerators显示文摘The new era of the internet of things brings great opportunities to the field of intelligent sports.The collection and analysis of sports data are becoming more intelligent driven by the widely-distributed sensing network system.Triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs)can collect and convert energy as selfpowered sensors,overcoming the limitations of external power supply,frequent power replacement and high-cost maintenance.Herein,we introduce the working modes and principles of TENGs,and then summarize the recent advances in self-powered sports monitoring sensors driven by TENGs in sports equipment facilities,wearable equipment and competitive sports specialities.We discuss the existing issues,i.e.,device stability,material sustainability,device design rationality,textile TENG cleanability,sports sensors safety,kinds and manufacturing of sports sensors,and data collection comprehensiveness,and finally,propose the countermeasures.This work has practical significance to the current TENG applications in sports monitoring,and TENG-based sensing technology will have a broad prospect in the field of intelligent sports in the future.Fengxin Sun Yongsheng Zhu Changjun Jia Tianming Zhao Liang Chu Yupeng Mao 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,4:0
9A Comparison of Domestic and Foreign Seismic Fortification Standards for Electrical Equipment显示文摘It is of great significance to make comparative analyses of seismic fortification criteria at home and abroad for improving the anti-seismic capability of electrical equipment and revising the relevant national standards.A brief overview of American,Japanese,IEC standards and Chinese seismic design codes for electrical equipment is presented.Differences between these seismic fortification standards of electrical equipment are compared and analyzed in respect of the goal and level of seismic fortification and the seismic design spectrum.The advantages and disadvantages of Chinese standards are pointed out.Through learning from foreign experience on the determination of seismic fortification standards,recommendations are made for the improvement and revision of Chinese seismic fortification standards for electrical equipment.You Hongbing Zhao Fengxin 2013Earthquake Research in China2013,27,4:0
