| 1 | Evolution of a mining induced fracture network in the overburden strata of an inclined coal seam显示文摘The geological conditions of the Pingdingshan coal mining group were used to construct a physical model used to study the distribution and evolution of mining induced cracks in the overburden strata.Digital graphics technology and fractal theory are introduced to characterize the distribution and growth of the mining induced fractures in the overburden strata of an inclined coal seam.A relationship between fractal dimension of the fracture network and the pressure in the overburden strata is suggested.Mining induced fractures spread dynamically to the mining face and up into the roof as the length of advance increases.Moreover,the fractal dimension of the fracture network increases with increased mining length,in general,but decreases during a period from overburden strata separation until the main roof collapses.It is a1so shown that overburden strata pressure plays an important role in the evolution of mining induced fractures and that the fractal dimension of the fractures increases with the pressure of the overburden. | Wei Xiujun Gao Mingzhong Lv Youchang Shi Xiangchao Gao Hailian Zhou Hongwei | 2012 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012，22，6： | 7 |
| 2 | Acoustic emission from gas-filled coal under triaxial compression显示文摘Acoustic emission(AE) experiments have been performed on gas-saturated coal specimens under conventional triaxial compression.The AE characteristics were investigated for a methane gas flow through the coal specimen.One AE parameter,AE count,when normalized by the total count number was used to represent the damage evolution in the gassy coal.It is shown that this AE parameter is a reasonable indicator for damage occurring within the coal specimen since its envelope has almost the same shape as the complete stress-strain curve,except for a short time delay.In addition,the change in AE count is highly consistent with the change in coal permeability.Test results also show that methane containing coal emits a small number of AE events before entering the yield stage.AE activity gradually increases during the yield process up to the peak stress.The lowest permeability corresponds to the highest AE activity,implying failure will soon occur.An AE based constitutive model was constructed and the theoretical results agree well with those of experiments. | Yin Guangzhi Qin Hu Huang Gun Lv Youchang Dai Zhixu | 2012 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012，22，6： | 4 |

| 4 | Analysis of short fruiting branch gene and Marker-assisted selection with SNP linked to its trait in upland cotton显示文摘Background: With the rapid development of genomics, many functional genes have been targeted. The performance of MTBK to extract o, m, p-benzenediol from wastewaters was estimated by partition coefficients and separation factors. The Hand and Bachman equations were both applied to check the reliability of the experimental LLE data. Furthermore, the Non-Random Two-Liquid(NRTL) and Universal Quasi Chemical(UNIQUAC) models were applied to correlate the measured LLE data. The results showed a good agreement with the determined ternary LLE data with the root-mean-square error(RMSE) values below 0.71%.
