| 1 | CD30 expression in extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type among 622 cases of mature T-cell and natural killer-cell lymphoma at a single institution in South China显示文摘Background:Mature T-cell and natural killer(NK)-cell lymphomas compose a heterogeneous group of non-Hodgkin lymphomas,and extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type(ENKTL) is an aggressive subtype with sporadic CD30 expression.However,the significance of CD30 expression in ENKTL is controversial.We aimed to classify a large cohort of patients with mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphomas according to the 2016 World Health Organization(WHO) classification guidelines and to study the association between CD30 expression and prognosis of patients with ENKTL.Methods:We selected consecutive patients with mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphomas who attended our institution between September 1,2009 and August 31,2013.We classified the lymphomas according to the 2016 revision of the WHO classification of lymphoid neoplasms,analyzed the associations between CD30 expression and clinicopathologic features of ENKTL patients,and evaluated the prognostic implications of CD30 expression.Results:We identified 622 consecutive patients with mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphomas,including 317(51.0%)patients with ENKTL.In addition,CD30 expression was detected in 43(47.3%) of a subset of 91 patients with ENKTL.No clinicopathologic features were associated with CD30 expression,and CD30 positivity showed no prognostic significance in patients with ENKTL.Conclusions:ENKTL is the most common type of mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphoma diagnosed at our institution.CD30 is frequently expressed in ENKTL and represents a therapeutic target;however,it may not be a prognostic marker. | Yanfen Feng Huilan Rao Yiyan Lei Yuhua Huang Fang Wang Yu Zhang Shaoyan Xi Qiuliang Wu Jianyong Shao | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Cancer2017,36,6: | 10 |
| 2 | Clinical Prediction Models for Hepatitis B Virus-related Acute-on-chronic Liver Failure:A Technical Report显示文摘Background and Aims:It is critical but challenging to predict the prognosis of hepatitis B virus-related acute-on-chronic liver failure(HBV-ACLF).This study systematically summarized and evaluated the quality and performance of available clinical prediction models(CPMs).Methods:A keyword search of articles on HBV-ACLF CPMs published in PubMed from January 1995 to April 2020 was performed.Both the quality and performance of the CPMs were assessed.Results:Fifty-two CPMs were identified,of which 31 were HBV-ACLF specific.The modeling data were mostly derived from retrospective(83.87%)and single-center(96.77%)cohorts,with sample sizes ranging from 46 to 1,202.Three-month mortality was the most common endpoint.The Asian Pacific Association for the Study of the Liver consensus(51.92%)and Chinese Medical Association liver failure guidelines(40.38%)were commonly used for HBV-ACLF diagnosis.Serum bilirubin(67.74%),the international normalized ratio(54.84%),and hepatic encephalopathy(51.61%)were the most frequent variables used in models.Model discrimination was commonly evaluated(88.46%),but model calibration was seldom performed.The model for end-stage liver disease score was the most widely used(84.62%);however,varying performance was reported among the studies.Conclusions:Substantial limitations lie in the quality of HBV-ACLF-specific CPMs.Disease severity of study populations may impact model performance.The clinical utility of CPMs in predicting short-term prognosis of HBV-ACLF remains to be undefined. | Xia Yu Yi Lu Shanshan Sun Huilan Tu Xianbin Xu Kai Gong Junjie Yao Yu Shi Jifang Sheng | 2021 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2021,9,6: | 3 |
| 3 | Comparison of a rapid diagnostic test and microimmunofluorescence assay for detecting antibody to Orientia tsutsugamushi in scrub typhus patients in China显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the detection of IgM and IgG antibodies to Orientia tsutsugamushi(O. tsutsugamushi) by rapid diagnostic test(RDT) and microimmunofluorescence assay(ml FA). Methods:RDT using a mixture of recombinant 56-kDa proteins of O.tsutsugamushi and mIFA assay were performed on 20 patients from Fujian and 13 patients from Yunnan Province,and 82 sera samples from healthy farmers in Anhui Province and Beijing City in 2009.Comparison of the RDT and mIFA assay was performed by using X test and the P level of <0.05 was considered to be significance.Results:Among these 82 normal sera samples,the specificity of RDT was 100%for both IgM and IgG tests.In 33 samples from patients with scrub typhus,5 cases were positively detected earlier by RDT than by mIFA in IgM test,and 2 cases were positive in IgG test.Sensitivities of RDT were 93.9%and 90.9%for IgM and IgG,respectively.The sensitivity of combination lest of IgM and IgG was 100%.Geometric mean titer diluted sera from confirmed cases by IFA and RDT assay were 1:37 vs.1:113(P<0.001) in IgM test and 1:99 vs.1:279 (P<0.05) in IgG test.Conclusions:RDT is more sensitivite than mIFA in the early diagnosis of scrub typhus and it is particularly applicable in rural areas. | Lijuan Zhang Si He Shiwen Wang Huilan Yu Xuemei Li Derong Zhang Lei Pan Qiang Yu | 2011 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2011,4,8: | 2 |
| 4 | Effects of Coupling Treatment of Acid and Aluminum under Soilless Culture on Water Content of Ginkgo biloba L.显示文摘In this experiment,two-factor 7-level uniform design scheme was applied.Separate treatment of each factor was performed for single effect test.Then,it analyzed the effects of acid and aluminum stress under soilless culture on the water content of plant during the growth of Ginkgo biloba L.seedlings,so as to provide a theoretical basis for studying the connection between plant water and physiological stress.The results showed that the water content of G.biloba plants declined with the decrease of p H,but the water content of G.biloba plants declined with the increase in the concentration of aluminum treatment,indicating that the stronger the acid and aluminum stress,the lower the water content of the plants,affecting the normal absorption of water content of G.biloba plants,accordingly leading to lack of water.According to the analysis of the degree of influence on the water content,p H is the first factor influencing the growth of G.biloba plants.If p H is lower than 3.5,G.biloba plants will not growth,while p H is higher than 5.0,aluminum has no significant effect on the water content of G.biloba plants.In conclusion,the water content of G.biloba plants can be used as an essential indicator for acid and aluminum stress. | Qiuliang YU Huilan SU Chunlan CHEN Zhongfang LI | 2018 | Asian Agricultural Research2018,10,7: | 1 |

| 8 | Ralstonia solanacearum type Ⅲ effector RipAS associates with potato type one protein phosphatase StTOPP6 to promote bacterial wilt显示文摘The bacterial pathogen Ralstonia solanacearum(R.solanacearum)delivered type III secretion effectors to inhibit the immune system and cause bacterial wilt on potato.Protein phosphatases are key regulators in plant immunity,which pathogens can manipulate to alter host processes.Here,we show that a type III effector RipAS can reduce the nucleolar accumulation of a type one protein phosphatase(PP1)StTOPP6 to promote bacterial wilt.StTOPP6 was used as bait in the Yeast two-Hybrid(Y2H)assay and acquired an effector RipAS that interacts with it.RipAS was characterized as a virulence effector to contribute to R.solanacearum infection,and stable expression of RipAS in potato impaired plant resistance against R.solanacearum.Overexpression of StTOPP6 showed enhanced disease symptoms when inoculated with wild strain UW551 but not the ripAS deletion mutant,indicating that the expression of StTOPP6 facilitates the virulence of RipAS.RipAS reduced the nucleolar accumulation of StTOPP6,which occurred during R.solanacearum infection.Moreover,the association also widely existed between other PP1s and RipAS.We argue that RipAS is a virulence effector associated with PP1s to promote bacterial wilt. | Bingsen Wang Wenfeng He Mengshu Huang Jiachen Feng Yanping Li Liu Yu Yuqi Wang Dan Zhou Chengzhen Meng Dong Cheng Ning Tang Botao Song Huilan Chen | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,6: | 0 |
| 9 | Ternary solvent-processed efficient organic solar cells based on a new A-DA'D-A acceptor derivative employing the 3^(rd)-position branching side chains on pyrroles显示文摘Recent advances in non-fullerene acceptors(NFAs),typically Y6,have driven power conversion efficiency(PCE) of single-junction orga nic solar cells(OSCs) over 16%.Mea nwhile,it becomes essential to know how to adopt simple strategies to further improve device performance.In this work,a new A-DA'D-A acceptor derivative,Y19-N3 employing 3-ethylheptyl branched at the 3^(rd)-position instead of 2-ethylhexyl on the pyrroles of Y19 is reported.The selection of an appropriate solvent in casting device is implemented to maximize the photovoltaic performance.PBDB-T:Y19-N3-based OSCs treated with a ternary solvent of CF/CB(1:3,v/v) and 0.8% DIO exhibit the optimal PCE of 13.77% here,with the significantly improved V_(oc)(0.78 V) and FF(0.72) as well as the high J_(sc)(24.46 mA/cm^(2)).Further characterizations indicate that this ternary solvent-treated PBDB-T/Y19-N3 film exhibits the more appropriate morphological features with the highly efficient charge generation and collection as well as the more balanced electron and hole mobilities.This work combines molecular design and device engineering to improve the photovoltaic properties,which is important to the development of OSCs. | Yu Chen Honggang Chen Huilan Guan Wei Liu Zhe Li Hui Liu Yongfang Li Yingping Zou | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,1: | 0 |

| 12 | Can Tibetan medicine Honghua Ruyi pills relieve endometriosisassociated dysmenorrhea?Protocol for a randomized placebocontrolled trial显示文摘Objective:To provide high-quality clinical evidence of the efficacy of Tibetan medicine Honghua Ruyi(HHRY)pills for endometriosis-associated dysmenorrhea.Methods:This study constitutes a multicenter,randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled trial encompassing a three-menstrual cycle intervention followed by a three-menstrual cycle follow-up period.A total of 164 eligible females with endometriosis-associated dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into HHRY pills and placebo groups in a 1:1 ratio.The primary outcome included dysmenorrhea symptoms assessed using Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores and quality of life,whereas the secondary outcome measures included the maximum VAS for non-menstrual pelvic pain,duration of pain episodes(in days),frequency and quantity of the consumption of ibuprofen sustained-release capsules(or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs),and days off work/study for staff/student due to dysmenorrhea,ovarian cyst,and/or pelvic nodule size.The safety was monitored throughout the treatment period.All the analyses were based on the intention-to-treat principle.For continuous outcomes,simple or multiple linear regressions were used to estimate the differences between the HHRY pills and placebo groups,with categorical data expressed as the number and percentage of occurrences.Differences were compared using the chi-square test or Fisher's exact test.The predefined analysis was adjusted for concomitant treatment,a variable considered to be associated with outcomes but unaffected by treatment allocation.Estimates of treatment effects were reported with 95%confidence intervals.Two-tailed P values≤.05 were considered statistically significant.Conclusion:Positive results from this trial,upon completion would provide robust evidence for the efficacy and safety of HHRY pills in treating dysmenorrhea in patients with endometriosis. | Mei Han Jiahui Cao Jiali Wei Hui Luo Chaoqin Yu Xuefang Liang Nyangmotse Guoyan Yang Huilan Du Jianping Liu | 2024 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2024,11,1: | 0 |
