| 1 | A novel conflict-free parallel memory access scheme for FFT constant geometry architectures显示文摘In this paper,a parallel conflict-free access scheme for a constant geometry architecture which is unlike the previous schemes is proposed.The proposed method only uses one modular addition operation,and does not involve complicated operations,thus reducing the hardware complexity of address generation.Because of the reduction of the combinational logic which is used to generate the access address,the scheme also reduces the time delay and accordingly improves the executable frequency of fast Fourier transform(FFT) processors.In the scheme,we use an arbitrary radix,i.e.,radix-r,to implement the scheme.The scheme is not only applicable to radix-r FFT processors with one butterfly unit,but is also suitable for FFT processors with multiple butterfly units.Because the same architecture is used for every stage of the constant geometry,it can enhance the flexibility of the FFT implementation.Finally,we analyze the resource costs and time delay of the proposed method,and the results verify the advantages of the proposed scheme. | MA CuiMei CHEN He YU JiYang LONG Teng | 2013 | Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,4: | 5 |

| 5 | Carbon Dots-in-Zeolite via In-Situ Solvent-Free Thermal Crystallization:Achieving High-Efficiency and Ultralong Afterglow Dual Emission显示文摘Organic afterglow materials are highly desirable for optoelectronic applications,but they usually suffer from complex preparation process,low quantum efficiency,and short lifetime due to the ultrafast deactivation of the highly active excited states involved.Here,we succeeded in achieving solventfree thermal syntheses of high-efficiency afterglow CDs@zeolite composite materials by simply grinding the solid raw materials of zeolite and precursor CDs at room temperature,followed by thermal crystallization.This method afforded maximum embedding of CDs into growing zeolite crystals,as well as strong host–guest interaction to surpass the nonradiative transition of CDs,thus producing composite materials with ultralong dual emission of thermally activated delayed fluorescence and room temperature phosphorescence with a record high lifetime of 1.7 and 2.1 s,respectively,and the quantum yield of 90.7%.Furthermore,in a preliminary experiment,we applied the composite materials in alternatingcurrent light-emitting diode supplementary lighting,which exhibited a promising potential in optoelectronic applications. | Hongyue Zhang Kaikai Liu Jiancong Liu Bolun Wang Chengyu Li Wei Song Jiyang Li Ling Huang Jihong Yu | 2020 | CCS Chemistry2020,2,3: | 1 |

| 7 | [Cu(en)_2]_(0.5)[Al_3P_3O_(12)(OH)]-aluminophosphate with zeotype AWO:Synthesis,crystal structure and phase transformation显示文摘A new aluminophosphate [Cu(en)2]0.5[Al3P3O12(OH)] (denoted as AlPO-CJ53; en = ethylenediamine) with zeotype AWO topology has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions in which the self-assembled Cu(en)22+ cations in the reaction system act as the template. AlPO-CJ53 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n (No. 14) with a = 0.85547(11) nm, b = 1.7671(2) nm, c = 0.90500(12) nm, β= 107.725(2)°, V = 1.3031(3) nm3. Its framework consists of AlO4(OH)/AlO4 and PO4 units forming 8-ring channels along the c direction, where the copper complex cations Cu(en)22+ are located to neutralize the negative charges of the framework. The improved division method does not need the initial approximation, which means that the look-up table can be saved. Then a mapping method is proposed to reduce the relative errors of the iteration results through multiplying the dividends and divisors by the mapping coefficients simultaneously. Since the mapping coefficients are all fixed factors, the mapping method applies CSD coding in the multiplication with fixed factors to reduce the hardware resources. | 18 | Confining carbon dots in amino-functionalized mesoporous silica:n→π^(*) interaction triggered deep-red solid-state fluorescence显示文摘Deep-red and near-infrared emissive carbon dots(CDs)are highly desired for bioimaging,especially in deep tissue imaging,but they are extremely rare and the known ones usually suffer from low-efficient fluorescence in water and aggregation-induced fluorescence quenching in solid state.In this work,CDs with intriguing solvent-dependent and two-photon fluorescence emissions have been prepared by a facile solvothermal method.Detailed characterizations reveal that there is an n→π*interaction between the carboxyl functional groups on CDs and the electron donor groups in solvent,which leads to the increase of energy density of CDs and the decrease of energy level,resulting in the red shift of luminescence with enhanced electron donating ability of solvent.Inspired by this finding,mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSNs)with suitable pore size and low biological toxicity are modified by amino groups to confine CDs,thus the deep-red fluorescence emission is achieved both in solid state and in water facilitated by the n→π*interaction of host-guest.The as-prepared CDs@EDA-MSN composite exhibits high-efficient fluorescence with 650 nm wavelength,low toxicity,and good biocompatibility,which endow them a promising application in bio-imaging. | Hongyue Zhang Qingyi Li Shuo Wang Xiaowei Yu Bolun Wang Guangrui Chen Li Ren Jiyang Li Mingxing Jin Jihong Yu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,3: | 0 |
