1Precipitation behaviors of X70 acicular ferrite pipeline steel显示文摘The morphology, structure, and chemical composition of precipitates in the final microstructure of Nb-V-Ti microalloyed X70 acicular ferrite pipeline steel were investigated using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). Precipitates observed by TEM can be classified into two groups. The large precipitates are complex compounds that comprise square-shaped TiN precipitate as core with fine Nb-containing precipitate nucleated on pre-existing TiN precipitate as caps on one or more faces at high temperature. In contrast, the fine and spherical Nb carbides and/or carbonitrides precipitate heterogene-ously on dislocations and sub-boundaries at low temperature. From the analysis in terms of thermodynamics, EDS and chemical composition of the steel, NbC precipitation is considered to be the predominant precipitation behavior in the tested steel under the processing conditions of this research.Hao Yu Yi Sun Qixiang Chen Haitao Jiang Lihong Zhang 2006Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2006,13,6:6
2Intestinal dysbiosis exacerbates the pathogenesis of psoriasis-like phenotype through changes in fatty acid metabolism显示文摘The intestinal microbiota has been associated with host immunity as well as psoriasis;however,the mechanism of intestinal microbiota regulating psoriasis needs to be demonstrated systematically.Here,we sought to examine its role and mechanism of action in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.We found that the severity of psoriasis-like skin phenotype was accompanied by changes in the composition of the intestinal microbiota.We performed co-housing and fecal microbial transplantation(FMT)experiments using the K14-VEGF transgenic mouse model of psoriasis and demonstrated that the transfer of intestinal microbiota from mice with severe psoriasis-like skin phenotype exacerbated psoriasiform skin inflammation in mice with mild symptoms,including increasing the infiltration and differentiation of Th17,and increased the abundance of Prevotella,while decreasing that of Parabacteroides distasonis,in the colon.These alterations affected fatty acid metabolism,increasing the abundance of oleic and stearic acids.Meanwhile,gentamicin treatment significantly reduced the abundance of Prevotella and alleviated the psoriasis-like symptoms in both K14-VEGF mice and imiquimod(IMQ)-induced psoriasis-like mice.Indeed,administration of oleic and stearic acids exacerbated psoriasis-like symptoms and increased Th17 and monocyte-derived dendritic cell infiltration in the skin lesion areas in vivo,as well as increased the secretion of IL-23 by stimulating DCs in vitro.At last,we found that,treatment of PDE-4 inhibitor alleviated psoriasis-like phenotype of K14-VEGF mice accompanied by the recovery of intestinal microbiota,including the decrease of Prevotella and increase of Parabacteroides distasonis.Overall,our findings reveal that the intestinal microbiota modulates host metabolism and psoriasis-like skin inflammation in mice,suggesting a new target for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis.Qixiang Zhao Jiadong Yu Hong Zhou Xiaoyan Wang Chen Zhang Jing Hu Yawen Hu Huaping Zheng Fanlian Zeng Chengcheng Yue Linna Gu Zhen Wang Fulei Zhao Pei Zhou Haozhou Zhang Nongyu Huang Wenling Wu Yifan Zhou Jiong Li 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,2:2
3Genome assembly and resequencing analyses provide new insights into the evolution, domestication and ornamental traits of crape myrtle显示文摘Crape myrtle(Lagerstroemia indica)is a globally used ornamental woody plant and is the representative species of Lagerstroemia.However,studies on the evolution and genomic breeding of L.indica have been hindered by the lack of a reference genome.Here we assembled the first high-quality genome of L.indica using PacBio combined with Hi-C scaffolding to anchor the 329.14-Mb genome assembly into 24 pseudochromosomes.We detected a previously undescribed independent whole-genome triplication event occurring 35.5 million years ago in L.indica following its divergence from Punica granatum.After resequencing 73 accessions of Lagerstroemia,the main parents of modern crape myrtle cultivars were found to be L.indica and L.fauriei.During the process of domestication,genetic diversity tended to decrease in many plants,but this was not observed in L.indica.We constructed a high-density genetic linkage map with an average map distance of 0.33 cM.Furthermore,we integrated the results of quantitative trait locus(QTL)using genetic mapping and bulk segregant analysis(BSA),revealing that the major-effect interval controlling internode length(IL)is located on chr1,which contains CDL15,CRG98,and GID1b1 associated with the phytohormone pathways.Analysis of gene expression of the red,purple,and white flower-colour flavonoid pathways revealed that differential expression of multiple genes determined the flower colour of L.indica,with white flowers having the lowest gene expression.In addition,BSA of purple-and green-leaved individuals of populations of L.indica was performed,and the leaf colour loci were mapped to chr12 and chr17.Within these intervals,we identified MYB35,NCED,and KAS1.Our genome assembly provided a foundation for investigating the evolution,population structure,and differentiation of Myrtaceae species and accelerating the molecular breeding of L.indica.Yang Zhou Tangchun Zheng Ming Cai Lu Feng Xiufeng Chi Ping Shen Xin Wang Zhiting Wan Cunquan Yuan Man Zhang Yu Han Jia Wang Huitang Pan Tangren Cheng Qixiang Zhang 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,9:1

5Facile preparation and efficient MnxCoy porous nanosheets for the sustainable catalytic process of soot显示文摘The pursuit of high-performance is worth considerable effort in catalysis for energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. To develop redox catalysts with superior performance for soot combustion, a series of Mn_(x)Co_(y) oxides were synthesized using MgO template substitution.This method greatly improves the preparation and catalytic efficiency and is more in line with the current theme of green catalysts and sustainable development. The resulting Mn_(1)Co_(2.3) has a strong activation capability of gaseous oxygen due to a high concentration of Co^(3+) and Mn^(3+). The Mn doping enhanced the intrinsic activity by prompting oxygen vacancy formation and gaseous oxygen adsorption. The nanosheet morphology with abundant mesoporous significantly increased the solid–solid contact efficiency and improved the adsorption capability of gaseous reactants. 6Modulation of neuronal activity of cerebellar fastigial nucleus by locus coeruleus stimulation in the rat显示文摘The effects of stimulating locus coeruleus (LC) on neuronal activity of cerebellar fastigial nucleus (FN) was investigated. Stimulation of LC elicited inhibitory, excitatory and biphasic (inhibition-excitation) responses from FN cells. The majority of responsive cells showed an inhibitory response with a latency of less than 10 ms. Injection of α adrenoreceptor antagonists phentolamine (ⅳ) could block the inhibitory response of FN cells to the LC stimulation, but propranolol (ⅳ), a β adrenoreceptor antagonist, could not.
